1. A multi-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center is characterized by comprising a conveying rack;
the conveying roller table is fixed on the conveying rack and is used for conveying the plate to be processed along the plate feeding direction and provided with a plurality of plate conveying channels;
the backup plate mechanism is fixed on the conveying roller table and used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed in the Y direction;
the measuring mechanism is fixed on the conveying roller table and used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed in the X direction;
and the brush platform is fixed on the conveying roller table and can extend out of a roller gap of the conveying roller table so as to lift the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table to a clamping height.
2. The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying roller table comprises roller supporting beams, roller supporting seats, rollers and roller transmission mechanisms, the plurality of roller supporting beams are arranged on the conveying table frame in parallel, and the length directions of the roller supporting beams are consistent with the plate feeding direction; a plurality of roller supporting seats are arranged on each roller supporting beam at equal intervals, a roller is fixed between every two opposite roller supporting seats, so that a plurality of rows of rollers are formed to form a plurality of plate conveying channels, and each row of rollers are connected with a respective roller transmission mechanism.

The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center of claim 2, wherein the roller transmission mechanism comprises a plurality of support bearing seats fixed on the roller support beam, a roller transmission shaft fixed in the support bearing seats, and a roller motor connected with the roller transmission shaft through a transmission main belt to drive the roller transmission shaft to rotate, the roller motor is fixed on the conveying table frame, and each roller is connected with the roller transmission shaft through a roller transmission belt.
4. The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a plurality of conveying table hoisting plates are symmetrically fixed on the conveying rack.

The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center as claimed in claim 1, wherein the backup plate mechanism comprises a backup plate, two lead screw transmission mechanisms fixed on opposite inner walls of the conveying table frame, and a backup plate motor connected with the lead screw transmission mechanisms through a backup plate transmission belt, two ends of the backup plate are respectively fixed with the lead screw transmission mechanisms on corresponding sides, and when the backup plate motor drives the lead screw transmission mechanisms through the backup plate transmission belt, the backup plate can move along the lead screw transmission mechanisms so as to position the position of the plate to be processed in the Y direction.
6. The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center as claimed in claim 5, wherein the screw transmission mechanism is further provided with a linear guide rail, and the protrusion at the end of the backup plate is clamped in the linear guide rail.
7. The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking processing center of claim 1, wherein the measuring mechanism comprises a mounting base plate, a measuring cylinder fixed on the mounting base plate, and a measuring contact assembly,
the measuring contact assembly comprises a measuring connecting plate fixed with a piston rod of the measuring cylinder, an avoiding cylinder and a measuring guide rod fixed at one end of the measuring connecting plate, a measuring block fixed on the measuring guide rod and fixed with the piston rod of the avoiding cylinder, and a measuring slide block fixed at the other end of the measuring connecting plate.
8. The multi-channel board transport table for a woodworking center of claim 1, wherein the brush platform comprises a plurality of sets of brush lifts, a brush beam transversely secured to the plurality of sets of brush lifts, and support brushes vertically secured to the brush beam.
9. The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center of claim 8, wherein the brush lifting mechanism comprises a brush platform supporting plate, a lifting cylinder connected with the brush platform supporting plate through a cylinder rotating shaft, and a brush swing frame fixed with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the brush cross beam is fixed on the brush swing frame.

The multi-channel plate conveying table for the woodworking center as claimed in claim 8, wherein an air floating platform for interfacing with a processing area of the woodworking center is further disposed at a discharge end of the dual-channel plate conveying table, the air floating platform includes an air floating plate and an air blower fixed at a bottom of the air floating plate, a plurality of air vents are disposed on the air floating plate, and when the plate to be processed is conveyed to the air floating platform, a certain air pressure space is formed between the plate to be processed and the air floating plate, so that the plate to be processed is suspended above the air floating plate.
Background
At present, the production of panel furniture enters an unmanned and intelligent era, equipment is constructed by an unmanned and intelligent production line, and the automatic conveying and positioning of panels are one of the very critical procedures, so that the production efficiency of the whole production line is involved, and the processing precision and quality of workpieces are influenced.
At present, workpieces are conveyed and positioned through a conveying table, servo shafts in X/Y directions are additionally arranged on the conveying table, and the servo shafts are used for positioning the workpieces to preset zero positions of a machine tool. However, the following disadvantages still exist in the current market of the transmission station:
1. the positioning of the plate in the X/Y directions can be realized only by driving the plate pushing mechanism by two sets of servo motors to push the plate to the preset zero baffle, so that the positioning of the plate is realized, and the cost of the scheme is relatively high;
2. the mechanical structure design of the servo shaft is relatively complex, the requirement on space is high, and enough space is needed for arranging the shaft moving component, so that the multipurpose design of the conveying table has certain limitation.
3. Based on the requirements of safety and motion logic, the servo shaft needs to run slowly in the starting and stopping processes, and certain sequentiality exists in the X direction and the Y direction, so that the positioning time of a workpiece is long, and the efficiency of equipment is influenced.
4. Due to the cost and the mechanism complexity, the double-channel conveying and positioning are greatly limited, and the large-scale popularization and application are not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a multi-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center, which not only can reduce the application number of servo shafts, but also can realize the positioning of a plate to be processed in the Y direction and the X direction through a backup plate mechanism and a measuring mechanism of the multi-channel plate conveying table, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the whole system and improving the processing precision, the processing quality and the processing efficiency of the plate to be processed.
A multi-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center comprises a conveying table frame;
the conveying roller table is fixed on the conveying rack and is used for conveying the plate to be processed along the plate feeding direction and provided with a plurality of plate conveying channels;
the backup plate mechanism is fixed on the conveying roller table and used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed in the Y direction;
the measuring mechanism is fixed on the conveying roller table and used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed in the X direction;
and the brush platform is fixed on the conveying roller table and can extend out of a roller gap of the conveying roller table so as to lift the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table to a clamping height.
Preferably, the conveying roller table comprises roller supporting beams, a roller supporting seat, a roller and a roller transmission mechanism, the plurality of roller supporting beams are arranged on the conveying table frame in parallel, and the length direction of the roller supporting beams is consistent with the plate feeding direction; a plurality of roller supporting seats are arranged on each roller supporting beam at equal intervals, a roller is fixed between every two opposite roller supporting seats, so that a plurality of rows of rollers are formed to form a plurality of plate conveying channels, and each row of rollers are connected with a respective roller transmission mechanism.
Preferably, the roller transmission mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting bearing seats fixed on the roller supporting beam, a roller transmission shaft fixed in the supporting bearing seats, and a roller motor connected with the roller transmission shaft through a transmission main belt to drive the roller transmission shaft to rotate, the roller motor is fixed on the conveying rack, and each roller is connected with the roller transmission shaft through a roller transmission belt.
Preferably, a plurality of conveying table hoisting plates are symmetrically fixed on the conveying table frame.
Preferably, the backup plate mechanism comprises a backup plate, two lead screw transmission mechanisms fixed on the relative inner wall of the conveying rack and a backup plate motor connected with the lead screw transmission mechanisms through backup plate transmission belts, the two end parts of the backup plate are respectively fixed with the lead screw transmission mechanisms on the corresponding sides, and when the backup plate motor drives the lead screw transmission mechanisms through the backup plate transmission belts, the backup plate can move along the lead screw transmission mechanisms to position the position of the plate to be processed in the Y direction.
Preferably, the screw transmission mechanism is further provided with a linear guide rail, and the protrusion at the end part of the backup plate is clamped in the linear guide rail.
Preferably, the measuring mechanism comprises a mounting bottom plate, a measuring cylinder and a measuring contact assembly which are fixed on the mounting bottom plate,
the measuring contact assembly comprises a measuring connecting plate fixed with a piston rod of the measuring cylinder, an avoiding cylinder and a measuring guide rod fixed at one end of the measuring connecting plate, a measuring block fixed on the measuring guide rod and fixed with the piston rod of the avoiding cylinder, and a measuring slide block fixed at the other end of the measuring connecting plate.
Preferably, the brush platform comprises a plurality of groups of brush lifting mechanisms, a brush cross beam transversely fixed on the plurality of groups of brush lifting mechanisms, and a supporting brush vertically fixed on the brush cross beam.
Preferably, the brush lifting mechanism comprises a brush platform supporting plate, a lifting cylinder connected with the brush platform supporting plate through a cylinder rotating shaft, and a brush swing frame fixed with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the brush cross beam is fixed on the brush swing frame.
Preferably, the discharge end of the double-channel plate conveying table is further provided with an air floating platform which is used for being butted with a processing area of a woodworking processing center, the air floating platform comprises an air floating plate and an air blower fixed at the bottom of the air floating plate, the air floating plate is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes, and when a plate to be processed is conveyed to the air floating platform, a certain air pressure space is formed between the plate to be processed and the air floating plate, so that the plate to be processed is suspended above the air floating plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the plate conveying table has a positioning function, and the positioning of the plate to be processed in the Y direction and the X direction is realized through the backup plate mechanism and the measuring mechanism, so that the application number of the servo shafts is greatly reduced, the manufacturing cost and the plate positioning cost of the whole system are reduced, and the processing precision, the processing quality and the processing efficiency of the plate to be processed are improved.
2. The multi-channel independent plate conveying device can realize multi-channel independent plate conveying in a smaller field space, so that plates are conveyed to a working platform of a woodworking processing center for processing at conveying efficiency which is several times that of the traditional conveying platform, the structure of the conveying platform is simplified, and a more flexible scheme is provided for plate conveying.

The invention provides a multi-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center, which has a positioning function and can realize multi-channel independent conveying of plates in a smaller field space, so that the plates are conveyed to a working platform of the woodworking center for processing at a conveying efficiency which is several times higher than that of a traditional conveying table.
The invention discloses a multi-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center, which comprises a conveying rack 1, a conveying roller table 2, a backup plate mechanism 4, a measuring mechanism 3 and a brush platform 6.
The conveying rack 1 is used for supporting the conveying roller table 2, the backup plate mechanism 4, the measuring mechanism 3 and the brush platform 6, the conveying roller table 2 is fixed on the conveying rack 1, and the backup plate mechanism 4, the measuring mechanism 3 and the brush platform 6 are all fixed on the conveying roller table 2.
The conveying roller table 2 is used for conveying the plate to be processed to a working platform of a processing area of a woodworking processing center along the plate feeding direction.
The conveying roller table 2 comprises a roller supporting beam 13, a roller supporting seat 14, a roller 16 and a roller transmission mechanism. A plurality of roller supporting beams 13 are arranged on the conveying rack 1 in parallel, and the length direction of the roller supporting beams 13 is consistent with the plate feeding direction; a plurality of roller supporting seats 14 are arranged on each roller supporting beam 13 at equal intervals, a roller 16 is fixed between every two opposite roller supporting seats 14, so that a plurality of rows of rollers are formed to form a plurality of plate conveying channels, and each row of rollers 16 is connected with a corresponding roller transmission mechanism.
The roller transmission mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting bearing seats 11 fixed on a roller supporting beam 13, a roller transmission shaft 10 fixed in the supporting bearing seats 11, and a roller motor 7 connected with the roller transmission shaft 10 through a transmission main belt 9 to drive the roller transmission shaft 10 to rotate. The roller motors 7 are fixed on the conveying rack 1, and each roller 16 is connected with the roller transmission shaft 10 through a roller transmission belt 15.
When the roller motor 7 is started, the roller motor 7 drives the roller transmission shaft 10 to rotate through the transmission main belt 9, and as the roller 7 is connected with the roller transmission shaft 10 through the roller transmission belt 15, the roller transmission shaft 10 can drive all the rollers 16 to rotate, so that the plate to be processed on the rollers 16 is conveyed towards the feeding direction.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the hoisting and carrying of the whole multi-channel plate conveying table, a plurality of conveying table hoisting plates 17 can be symmetrically fixed on the conveying table frame 1, the conveying table hoisting plates 17 can be folded plates with hoisting holes or plates with other shapes, and the conveying table hoisting plates 17 can be welded or fixed on the conveying table frame 1 through fasteners such as bolts and screws. In this embodiment, two conveying platform hoisting plates 17 are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the conveying platform frame 1.
The backup plate mechanism 4 is used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table 2 in the Y direction.
The backup plate mechanism 4 comprises a backup plate 19, two lead screw transmission mechanisms 20 fixed on the opposite inner walls of the conveying rack 1 and a backup plate motor 8 connected with the lead screw transmission mechanisms 20 through a backup plate transmission belt 18.
The backup plate motor 8 is fixed on the roller supporting beam 13 of the conveying roller table 2, the two screw rod transmission mechanisms 20 are fixed on the opposite inner side walls of the conveying rack 1, and two end parts of the backup plate 19 are respectively fixed with the screw rod transmission mechanisms 20 on the corresponding sides.
When starting backup plate motor 8, backup plate motor 8 passes through backup plate drive belt 18 drive two screw drive mechanism 20, because the both ends of backup plate 19 are fixed on screw drive mechanism 20's nut is sheathe in, the screw motion of lead screw can change into backup plate 19's linear motion in screw drive mechanism 20, backup plate 19 can remove (be left and right removal) in the Y direction along the lead screw, when backup plate 19 contacts with waiting to process panel, can treat to process panel and fix a position in the position of Y direction, treat to process panel to not unidimensional and carry out left and right location.
Preferably, a linear guide rail 21 is further installed on the screw transmission mechanism 20, protrusions 22 clamped in the linear guide rail 21 are arranged on the inner sides of the two ends of the backup plate 19, and the linear guide rail 22 can guide the backup plate 19 to move along a straight line.
The measuring mechanism 3 is used for positioning the position of the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table 2 in the X direction, and the measuring mechanism 3 is installed at the discharging end of the conveying roller table 2.
The measuring mechanism 3 comprises a mounting base plate 23, a measuring cylinder 24 fixed on the mounting base plate 23 and a measuring contact assembly. The measuring cylinder 24 is horizontally fixed on the mounting base plate 23, the measuring contact assembly is located on the left side of the measuring cylinder 24, and the measuring contact assembly can horizontally move under the pushing and pulling action of the measuring cylinder 24, so that the measuring contact assembly is in contact with the plate to be processed, and the position location of the plate to be processed in the X direction is completed.
The measuring contact assembly comprises a measuring connecting plate 29 fixed with the piston rod of the measuring cylinder 24, an avoiding cylinder 26 and a measuring guide rod 31 fixed at one end of the measuring connecting plate 29, a measuring block 25 fixed on the measuring guide rod 31 and fixed with the piston rod of the avoiding cylinder 26, and a measuring slide block 30 fixed at the other end of the measuring connecting plate 29. The mounting bottom plate 23 is provided with a measuring guide rail (not shown) and a magnetic grid ruler 28, a measuring slide block 30 is movably arranged in the measuring guide rail, a magnetic grid inductor 27 is fixed at the bottom of a measuring connecting plate 29, and an induction signal transmission line 32 on the magnetic grid inductor 27 is connected with a control system.
The piston rod of the measuring cylinder 24 can drive the measuring connecting plate 29 to move leftwards and rightwards horizontally, the measuring connecting plate 29 drives the avoiding cylinder 26 and the measuring guide rod 31 to move, and the avoiding cylinder 26 can drive the measuring block 25 to move upwards and downwards.
As shown in fig. 10, the initial position of the measuring cylinder 24 is its maximum stroke position, at which the position of the magnetic grid sensor 27 connected to the measuring connecting plate 29 is at the preset zero position. When the plate to be processed needs to be positioned in the X direction, the avoidance cylinder 26 pushes the measuring block 25 to the measuring height, then the measuring cylinder 24 pulls the measuring connecting plate 29 back, the measuring connecting plate 29 drives the measuring block 25 to move rightwards, and the measurement is stopped until the measuring block 25 contacts the plate to be processed, at the moment, the magnetic grid inductor 27 connected to the measuring connecting plate 29 obtains displacement pulse readings through the actual displacement of the magnetic grid inductor on the magnetic grid ruler 28, and transmits the displacement pulse signals to a control system of a woodworking processing center through an induction signal transmission line, so that the position positioning of the plate to be processed in the X direction is completed.
The brush platform 6 is fixed on the conveying roller table 2 and can extend out of the gap of the roller 16 of the conveying roller table 2 so as to lift the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table 2 to a clamping height.
The brush platform 6 comprises a plurality of groups of brush lifting mechanisms 33 arranged in parallel, a brush cross beam 34 transversely fixed on the plurality of groups of brush lifting mechanisms 33, and supporting brushes 35 vertically fixed on the brush cross beam 34.
The brush lifting mechanism 33 comprises a brush platform supporting plate 36, a lifting cylinder 38 connected with the brush platform supporting plate 36 through a cylinder rotating shaft 37, and a brush swing frame 39 fixed with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 38, wherein the brush cross beam 34 is fixed on the brush swing frame 39. When the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 38 extends, the brush swing frame 39 can be driven to move up and down, so that all the supporting brushes 35 on the brush cross beam 34 are driven to ascend and descend, and the requirements of different heights of the plate to be processed in the processing and conveying processes are met.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a dual-channel plate conveying table for a woodworking center, a conveying roller table 2 is an independent plate conveying unit and is divided into a left part and a right part, each part is driven by an independent roller transmission mechanism, can realize independent drive or linkage drive, thereby realizing single channel or double channel conveying of the plate to be processed, namely, four parallel roller supporting beams 13 are fixed on the conveying rack 1, wherein two roller supporting beams 13 are fixed at the middle position of the conveying rack 1, the other two roller supporting beams 13 are fixed on both sides of the conveying rack 1, each roller supporting beam 13 is fixed with a plurality of roller supporting seats 14, a roller 16 is fixed between the two opposite roller supporting seats 14, thereby forming a left row of rollers and a right row of rollers to form two plate conveying channels, wherein the rollers on each plate conveying channel are driven by respective independent roller transmission mechanisms.
According to the processing mode of the woodworking processing center, the plate to be processed can be conveyed to a processing area along the plate feeding direction through a single channel or double channels of the conveying roller table.
In the process of moving the plate to be processed on the conveying roller table, the Y-direction and X-direction positions of the plate to be processed can be positioned through the backup plate mechanism 4 and the measuring mechanism 3, when the plate to be processed is conveyed to the clamping position, the brush platform 6 is lifted upwards, the supporting brushes 35 penetrate through gaps between the two adjacent rollers 16 to lift the plate to be processed, the plate to be processed is lifted to the clamping height, and then the mechanical arm of the woodworking processing center moves the plate to be processed to the processing area to be drilled and milled.
Preferably, the discharge end of the double-channel plate conveying table is further provided with an air floating platform 5 for butting with a processing area of a woodworking processing center.
The air floating platform 5 comprises an air floating plate 40 and an air blower (not shown in the figure) fixed at the bottom of the air floating plate 40, wherein a plurality of exhaust holes 41 are formed in the air floating plate 40, and when a plate to be processed is conveyed to the air floating platform 5, a certain air pressure space is formed between the plate to be processed and the air floating plate 40, so that the plate to be processed is suspended above the air floating plate 40, and friction between the plate to be processed and the air floating plate 40 is reduced.
