Background

At present, the heat-shrinkable film coating mode of domestic cigarettes adopts the following modes:

1. sealing films at two short sides of the whole box: the heat shrinkable film coating mode of the cigarette adopts a folding and heat shrinking mode (trapezoidal folding) of the heat shrinkable film at the short sides of the two ends of a strip box (10 small boxes);

2. sealing the film at the long side of the whole box: the long edge of the middle part is folded and overlapped on one of the four surfaces, and then the film is sealed by heating and laminating.

The prior cigarette heat-shrinkable film coating technology has the following defects:

1. the existing cigarette coating process technology is extremely mature and easy to imitate, and is one of the reasons for producing fake and counterfeit cigarettes in the market;

2. the folded and attached part of the heat-shrinkable film has rough appearance and a large number of wrinkle lines, so that the visual attractiveness is influenced;

3. the prior art of cigarette heat shrinkable films adopts a folding, heating, laminating and coating mode, the folded overlapped parts are more, the folded parts cannot be completely laminated into a whole after lamination, residual air is difficult to discharge, a large number of bubbles are generated, gaps or gaps exist among the heat shrinkable films, and the flatness of two ends and the side faces of a cigarette case is influenced;

4. the moisture-proof effect is poor, and moisture that contains in the air is easy to be followed the position of not laminating completely and spilled into inside the cigarette barrel, causes the cigarette humidity to go mouldy easily and can't sell, causes certain economic loss, leads to the peculiar fragrance of tobacco to volatilize and dispel in the air and influence cigarette taste.

Therefore, a new transparent heat shrinkable film coating process technology for cigarette packaging boxes is needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a coating process of a heat shrinkable film of a cigarette packaging box, and aims to solve the technical problems that when the existing transparent heat shrinkable film is coated, the joint part of the transparent heat shrinkable film and the cigarette packaging box has wrinkle grains, so that the appearance is influenced, and common workers are difficult to forge and imitate.

Preferably, the heat-shrinkable film is provided with seven corner sealing weld lines after being subjected to heat-shrinking forming, the first short-edge corner sealing weld line is provided with four, the second short-edge corner sealing weld line is provided with two, and the long-edge corner sealing weld line is provided with one.

Preferably, the short side corner sealing weld lines are symmetrically arranged in the width direction of the short side, the short side corner sealing weld lines are symmetrically arranged in the length direction of the short side, the short side corner sealing weld lines are arranged between the two short side corner sealing weld lines, and the long side corner sealing weld lines are arranged in the length direction of the long side.

In the following, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments are described. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a film coating process of a heat shrinkable film of a cigarette packaging box, which comprises the heat shrinkable film 1 wrapped on the periphery of the cigarette packaging box, wherein the heat shrinkable film 1 comprises four long sides 11 and two short sides 12, a first short side corner sealing welding line 121 is cut in the width direction of the two short sides 12, a second short side corner sealing welding line 122 is cut in the length direction of the two short sides 12, and a long side corner sealing welding line 111 is cut in the length direction of any one long side of the four long sides 11.

According to the film coating process of the heat shrinkable film for the cigarette packaging box, the transparent heat shrinkable film is coated on the outer side of the cigarette packaging box and mainly plays roles in sealing and protecting. Generally, cigarette packs are long and square and are formed by folding the pack, so that a plurality of folding lines are formed around the pack. The heat-shrinkable film 1 is a plastic heat-shrinkable film.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the heat-shrinkable film for cigarette packs of the present invention, after heat-shrink molding, has seven corner seal weld lines, four of the short-side corner seal weld lines one 121, two of the short-side corner seal weld lines two 122, and one of the long-side corner seal weld lines 111. Specifically, the short side corner sealing weld lines 121 are respectively cut on both sides of the short side in the width direction, the short side corner sealing weld lines 122 are respectively cut on both sides of the short side in the length direction, and the long side corner sealing weld lines 111 are cut on any one corner of the long side in the length direction.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the heat-shrinkable film for cigarette packs of the present invention, short-side corner seal weld lines one 121 are cut two by two symmetrically in the width direction of the short side 12, short-side corner seal weld lines two 122 are cut in the length direction of the short side 12 and between the short-side corner seal weld lines one 121, and long-side corner seal weld lines 111 are cut in the length direction of the long side 11.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1-6, the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette pack of the present invention, the corner cut seal weld line on the heat-shrinkable film envelope 1 overlaps the fold line of the cigarette pack. Because all the corner cutting sealing welding lines on the thermal contraction film 1 are overlapped with the folding line of the cigarette packing box when being processed, the outer side of the cigarette packing box can be ensured to have no folds after being attached with a coating film, the surface is smooth and flat, and the sealing and waterproof effects are achieved.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette pack of the present invention has two short sides 12 which are completely pressed against both sides of the cigarette pack at the time of the corner cut seal weld line. The heat shrinkable film 1 is attached to the outer side of the cigarette packaging box by adopting a heating film coating forming mode, wherein after the long side 11 is coated, when the short sides 12 at two sides of the heat shrinkable film 1 are at a sealing welding line, the heat shrinkable film 1 needs to be folded towards two sides of the cigarette packaging box so as to be completely attached to the cigarette packaging box.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to figures 1-6, the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette pack of the present invention has four long sides 11 attached to the front, rear, upper and lower sides of the cigarette pack and two short sides 12 attached to the left and right sides of the cigarette pack. The long side 11 and the short side 12 of the heat-shrinkable film completely wrap the cigarette pack, it being noted that the length and width of the long side 11 are slightly greater than those of the long side of the cigarette pack, and the length and width of the short side 12 are not greater than those of the short side of the cigarette pack.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1-6, the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette pack of the present invention may further have a pull-string bonded thereto for opening the cigarette pack. The stay wire is usually a half-buried stay wire, so that the heat shrinkable film is convenient to open, and the cigarette packaging box is further convenient to open.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the corner sealing weld lines of the two short sides 12 of the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette pack of the present invention are overlapped on any one corner of the four long sides 11. During the coating process, the four long sides 11 are sealed, and then the two short sides are sealed on the seals of the four long sides, so that the coating integrity of the heat-shrinkable film of the cigarette packaging box is ensured.
