Detailed Description
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a storage case (10), the storage case (10) comprising a container (20), a lid (30) and an annular seal (40). The container (20) is designed to contain food or other multiple materials to be stored by the user, and the lid (30) is designed to cover and seal the top opening of the container.
The container (20) includes a top opening (21) and an inner peripheral shoulder (22) on which the lid (30) is designed to be positioned, fig. 1 shows the storage box (10) including the container (20) and the lid (30). Fig. 2 shows the storage box (10) in a closed position, and fig. 3 shows the storage box (10) in an open position.
The lid (30) includes a bottom panel (31), a top panel (32), a top panel anchor (33), and a movable latch (34), fig. 4A is an exploded view of the storage box (10) and components of the storage box (10), fig. 4B shows the container (20), and fig. 4C shows the ring seal (40).
The base plate (31) comprises a horizontal arm (311), the horizontal arm (311) projecting perpendicularly from the base plate such that the height (311HL) of the left portion (311L) of the horizontal arm is greater than the height (311HR) of the right portion (311R), and the inclined middle portion (311M) of the horizontal arm is inclined and descends from left (L) to right (R). Fig. 5 shows the bottom plate (31).
The top plate (32) includes a central bore (321) and one or more connectors (322), the one or more connectors (322) being designed to connect the top plate to the top plate anchor (33). The plurality of connectors (322) may be of a plurality of types, for example: pins, screws, etc., and the connectors in the figures are, for example, a conical pin. Fig. 6 shows the top view of the top plate (32), and fig. 7 shows the bottom view of the top plate (32).
The ceiling anchor (33) is designed to be connected to the ceiling (32) and to anchor the ceiling as part of the cover. The roof plate anchor (33) comprises one or more connection means (331) corresponding to the plurality of connectors (322) of the roof plate (32), the plurality of connectors (322) being designed to be connected to the plurality of connection means (331). The plurality of connection means (331) may be of various types, for example: pins, screws, etc., and the plurality of attachment means in the plurality of figures is a conical bore designed to receive a plurality of conical pins. Fig. 8 shows the ceiling anchor (33).
The movable latch (34) includes a horizontal protrusion (341), the horizontal protrusion (341) horizontally protrudes from the movable latch such that the left portion (341L) of the horizontal protrusion is flat and the inclined right portion (341R) of the horizontal protrusion is inclined and lowered from left (L) to right (R). The height (341HL) of the right side portion (341R) of the horizontal projection (341) is equal to or smaller than the height (311HR) of the left side portion of the horizontal arm (341). Fig. 9 shows the movable latch (31).
The movable latch (34) is designed to be positioned between the top plate (32) and the bottom plate (31) in such a way as to insert the horizontal projection (341) below the horizontal arm (311) of the bottom plate (33), the movable latch (34) being designed to move from right to left and vice versa.
The horizontal projection (341) may be below the left side portion (311L) of the horizontal arm (311), which is the open position, as shown in fig. 10A, 10C, and 11B, for example, and in which the top plate (32) may be moved upward. The horizontal projection (341) may be below the right portion (311R) of the horizontal arm (311) in the closed position, as shown for example in fig. 10B, 11A and 11C, in which position the top plate (32) is fastened downwards as the horizontal projection (341) is fastened between the bottom plate and the right portion (311R) between the horizontal projection (341). The horizontal projection (341) can move from right to left due to the inclination of the inclined right portion (341R) of the horizontal projection and the inclined middle portion (311M) of the horizontal arm (311).
The annular seal (40) surrounds the lid (30), the top panel is in a downward position when the lid is in the closed position, and the top panel presses and secures the annular seal to the sidewall of the container, and the storage box is closed and sealed in that position, as shown, for example, in FIG. 11C. When the lid is in the open position, the top panel is in an upward position and no longer seals the annular seal to the side wall of the container, and the storage box can be easily opened in that position, as shown, for example, in FIG. 11B. The user can move the movable latch (34) from right to left through the central aperture (321) and close and open the storage box (10) with the movable latch (34).
In the above and in the claims we use the terms "right" and "left" merely for the sake of fluency, and the invention and the claims also relate to multiple reversal directions. In addition, it is proposed that the storage box (10) has two horizontal arms (311) and two corresponding horizontal projections (341).
