Background
The last procedure of motor production is labeling, and a label with motor parameters and a production batch number is pasted on a shell of the motor. As shown in fig. 1, the motor casing is a square casing, the production lot numbers are attached to two sides of the motor, and the motor parameters are attached to the upper surface of the motor. In the motor assembling process, other parts in the motor are damaged and are not in accordance with requirements, so that the motor cannot normally run after being assembled. The motor casing can be used normally, but if the casing needs to be used normally, the following problems can occur:
1. impurities exist on the surface of the motor shell, the motor shell needs to be cleaned and then reused, and the efficiency of manually cleaning the motor shell is low, so that the daily production requirement cannot be met;
2. after the motor shell is cleaned, the motor shell needs to be manually recovered, and the efficiency is low.

First moving pair
The first sliding pair 100 mainly serves as a simple bearing conveyor shell 500, and the structure thereof can adopt a simple crawler conveyor, and can also adopt the following structure:
the first sliding pair 100 comprises a plurality of rotating shafts 110 and a conveying belt 120 arranged on the rotating shafts 110; a plurality of limiting blocks are transversely arranged on the conveying belt 120, and a placing cavity is formed between every two adjacent limiting blocks. The casing 500 is placed in the placing cavity, and the length of the placing cavity is consistent with that of the casing 500, so that the casing 500 is prevented from axially displacing in the placing cavity, and the stability in the conveying process is ensured. The first sliding pair 100 is provided with guard rails 130 at two sides, and the guard rails 130 prevent the casing 500 from being displaced laterally when being placed in the placing cavity.
Extrusion removing part
The press reject part 300 is used to reject an old label on the casing 500 and to press a new label on the casing 500, thereby laying the new label on the casing 500.
The extrusion rejecting part 300 comprises an upper pressing plate 310 and rejecting arms 320 arranged on two sides of the upper pressing plate 310 in a mirror image manner, wherein a first razor blade 311 is formed at one end edge of the upper pressing plate 310 close to the first sliding pair 100; a second razor blade 323 is formed at an edge of the rejecting arm 320 near the first sliding pair 100; wherein the old label on the upper end face of the old label housing 500 conveyed via said first moving pair 100 is adapted to be removed by said first razor blade 311; the old labels on both sides are adapted to be rejected by one of said second razor edges 323. The distance between the two reject arms 320 is adapted to the width of the casing 500. The upper platen 310 removes old labels from the chassis 500 and flattens new labels on the chassis 500. The removing arm 320 is used for removing old labels on two sides of the casing 500, and ensures the stability of the conveying of the casing 500 in the conveying process of the casing 500, and the stability of the casing 500 is ensured when new labels on the casing 500 are pressed and spread by the upper pressing plate 310.
The specific structure of the rejecting arm 320 is as follows, the rejecting arm 320 comprises a fixed arm 321 and a razor arm 322 which are integrally arranged, the razor arm 322 is arranged in an arc shape and has elasticity, the second razor edge 323 is positioned at the free end of the razor arm 322, and the razor arm 322 is suitable for extruding the side wall of the machine shell 500. When the housing 500 is transferred to the pressing and removing part 300 by the first moving pair 100, the razor arm 322 contacts the chamfer of the housing 500 first, so as to spread the razor arm 322, so that the razor arm 322 presses the side wall of the housing 500, and the second razor edge 323 removes the old label on the housing 500.
The upper pressing plate 310 is specifically configured as follows, where the upper pressing plate 310 includes an arc-shaped hard plate, two sides of the arc-shaped hard plate are respectively and fixedly connected to the fixing arm 321, the first razor blade 311 is located at a free end of the arc-shaped hard plate, and an arc surface of the arc-shaped hard plate faces the second sliding pair 200. The upper press plate 310 is set to be an arc-shaped hard plate, if the upper press plate is made of elastic materials, the upper press plate 310 is easily pushed upwards in the conveying process of the machine shell 500, and therefore the label removing effect cannot be achieved.
However, there is a problem in that the height of the upper platen 310 cannot be adjusted.
In order to solve the above problem, a lifting cylinder 330 is connected to the upper pressure plate 310, the lifting cylinder 330 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped hard plate, and the extension direction of the lifting cylinder 330 is perpendicular to the upper end surface of the casing 500. The lifting cylinder 330 can drive the extrusion removing part 300 to move up and down, so that the distance between the upper pressing plate 310 and the upper surface of the machine shell 500 is controlled, the force of the upper pressing plate 310 contacting with the upper surface of the machine shell 500 is adjusted, and the removal of old labels and the extrusion laying of new labels are realized.
The extrusion removing part 300 is mainly disposed at the end of the first sliding pair 100, that is, the first sliding pair 100 can push the casing 500 to the extrusion removing part 300.
Second moving pair
The second moving pair 200 is used for receiving the non-label housing and reversely conveying the non-label housing to the lower side of the labeling part 400.
The second sliding pair 200 also comprises a plurality of rotating shafts 110 and a conveying belt 120 arranged on the rotating shafts 110; a plurality of limiting blocks are transversely arranged on the conveying belt 120, and a placing cavity is formed between every two adjacent limiting blocks. The casing 500 is placed in the placing cavity, and the length of the placing cavity is consistent with that of the casing 500, so that the casing 500 is prevented from axially displacing in the placing cavity, and the stability in the conveying process is ensured. The first sliding pair 100 is provided with guard rails 130 at two sides, and the guard rails 130 prevent the casing 500 from being displaced laterally when being placed in the placing cavity.
Labeling part
The label sticking part 400 is used to tear a new label, stick a new label body to the casing 500, and recover a base film of the new label.
The labeling part 400 includes an unwinding roller 410, a winding roller 420, and a peeling roller 430; the unwinding direction of the unwinding roller 410, the winding direction of the winding roller 420 and the peeling direction of the peeling roller 430 are collinear with the second sliding pair 200; wherein said unwind roller 410 is adapted to rotatably transport a roll of labels; the peeling roller 430 is adapted to take up the label roll on the unwinding roller 410 and peel off the label body from the base film, and the winding roller 420 is adapted to take up the base film at the peeling roller 430. The label roll is placed on the unwinding roller 410, the unwinding roller 410 rotates, the label roll moves towards the first moving pair 100, due to the arrangement of the peeling roller 430, the labels are separated at the peeling roller 430, the bottom film moves onto the winding roller 420 along the rotation direction of the peeling roller 430, and the label body is conveyed onto the machine shell 500.
The second moving pair 200 receives the label-free casing and reversely conveys the label-free casing to the position below the labeling part 400, the labeling part 400 sticks a new label on the casing 500, the second moving pair 200 pushes the casing 500 to the extrusion removing part 300, and the upper pressing plate 310 presses the new label on the casing 500 due to the fact that the cambered surface of the upper pressing plate 310 of the extrusion removing part 300 faces the second moving pair 200, so that the new label is laid on the casing 500.
Dust-binding part
The dust-sticking part 600 is suitable for cleaning the casing 500 conveyed by the first sliding pair 100, and cleaning the casing 500 with the old label, when the casing 500 is reused, the new label is conveniently attached to the casing 500, the reuse of the casing 500 is not affected, the reuse rate of the casing 500 is improved, and the cleaning efficiency of the casing 500 is also improved.
The dust-binding part 600 comprises a bracket 610 arranged at the end of the first sliding pair 100, a transmission rod 620 rotatably arranged on the bracket 610, and a cleaning roller 630 rotatably arranged on the transmission rod 620; wherein the housing 500 conveyed through the first moving pair 100 is adapted to support the cleaning roller 630 during movement. The bracket 610 is provided with a rotating groove 640, the transmission rod 620 is rotatably disposed in the rotating groove 640 through a pin 650, wherein when the cleaning roller 630 is supported to the highest point, the casing 500 can pass between the cleaning roller 630 and the first sliding pair 100 under the conveying of the first sliding pair 100. The driving rod 620 is in an "L" shape. The surface of the cleaning roller 630 is provided with a sticky substance so that foreign substances can be stuck away. When the machine shell 500 is conveyed by the first sliding pair 100, the machine shell 500 props against the cleaning roller 630, the cleaning roller 630 drives the transmission rod 620 to rotate in the rotating groove 640, when the transmission rod 620 contacts the groove edge of the rotating groove 640, the transmission rod 620 cannot rotate continuously, the cleaning roller 630 is propped to the maximum height by the machine shell 500, and at the moment, the height of the machine shell 500 is matched with the distance between the cleaning roller 630 and the first sliding pair 100. The machine case 500 is continuously moved by the first moving pair 100, the cleaning roller 630 continuously cleans impurities on the surface of the machine case 500 during the movement of the machine case 500, after the machine case 500 moves through the cleaning roller 630, the cleaning roller 630 is gradually separated from the contact with the machine case 500, and the cleaning roller 630 falls due to its own weight and is reset.
The first moving pair 100 conveys the machine shell 500 to the dust adhering part 600, the machine shell 500 supports the cleaning roller 630 in a moving process, the cleaning roller 630 continuously cleans impurities on the surface of the machine shell 500 in the moving process of the machine shell 500, the cleaning roller 630 is gradually supported to the maximum height by the machine shell 500, the machine shell 500 continues to be conveyed under the action of the first moving pair 100 until the machine shell 500 is not contacted with the cleaning roller 630, and the cleaning roller 630 is rotated and reset due to self weight. The cleaned chassis 500 is transported to the extrusion rejecting part 300 by the first sliding pair 100 to reject the old label to form a label-free chassis; the second sliding pair 200 receives the label-free housing and reversely conveys the label-free housing to a position right below the labeling part 400, and the labeling part 400 attaches a new label to the label-free housing to form a new label housing; the second sliding pair 200 pushes the new label housing to the press and reject portion 300 and the press and reject portion 300 presses and lays the new label.
Transfer section
The transfer part 700 is suitable for conveying the machine shell with the new label to the outside, and the automation degree of the whole equipment is improved.
The transfer part 700 includes a rotating plate 710 and a driving roller 720 rotatably disposed on the rotating plate 710, wherein the rotating plate 710 is rotatably disposed on the bracket 610; the driving roller 720 is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism, so that the driving roller 720 pushes the machine shell 500 to move. The transfer part 700 further includes slides 740, the slides 740 are disposed on both sides of the rotating plate 710, and a length direction of the slides 740 is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the first sliding pair 100. The transfer part 700 further includes a rotating cylinder 730, wherein the rotating cylinder 730 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotating plate 710. The rotary cylinder 730 rotates the rotary plate 710, so that the casing 500 transferred to the rotary plate 710 can be transferred in a desired direction. The rotary plate 710 is further provided with a driving roller 720, and the driving roller 720 can give a pushing force to the housing 500 so that the housing 500 can move a distance in a desired direction. Slides 740 are provided on both sides of the rotary plate 710, the slides 740 are disposed obliquely, and the housing 500 is pushed to the slides 740 by the driving roller 720, thereby being transferred to the next process or storage box. The transfer part 700 may be disposed below the pressing and removing part 300 to temporarily receive the casing 500, and the transfer part 700 may be disposed adjacent to the second sliding pair 200 to provide a pushing force to the casing 500 so that the casing 500 can be better moved toward the second sliding pair 200.

The first razor blade 311 of the upper press plate 310 above the pressing and rejecting part 300 rejects the old label above the set cover 500.
The second moving pair 200 takes in the non-label housing and reversely conveys the non-label housing to a position below the labeling part 400.
The unwinding roller 410 unwinds, and conveys the label to the peeling roller 430, the label body is attached to the label-free casing, and the label base film bypasses the peeling roller 430 to reach the winding roller 420, and is wound by the winding roller 420. The new chassis with the label attached thereto reaches the press-removing portion 300 by being conveyed by the second transfer pair 200. Since the upper pressing plate 310 of the pressing and rejecting part 300 is an arc-shaped hard plate, the second sliding pair 200 pushes the new casing to move, and when the new casing is in contact with the upper pressing plate 310, the upper pressing plate 310 gradually presses the new label on the new casing to spread the new label. The second moving pair 200 continuously conveys the housing 500 on which the new label is placed to the transfer portion 700, the transfer portion 700 starts to operate, the rotating plate 710 of the transfer portion 700 rotates, the driving roller 720 rotates in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the second moving pair 200, the driving roller 720 rotates, and the housing 500 slides toward the slide 740 by the force of the driving roller 720, and then slides down from the slide 740 to the outside or to the next process.
It should be noted that, in the process of removing the old labels, it is critical to realize the squeezing and removing part 300, that is, the razor arm 322 squeezes the chassis 500, and the second razor blade 323 squeezes the old labels on two sides of the chassis 500, and removes the old labels on two sides; the first razor edge 311 of the upper platen 310 above removes old labels from above the chassis 500.
In the process of attaching the new label, in order to ensure that the new label can be attached neatly, the key point of the process depends on the extrusion removing part 300, namely the upper pressing plate 310 is an arc-shaped hard plate, the second sliding pair 200 pushes the new machine shell to move, and when the new machine shell is in contact with the upper pressing plate 310, the upper pressing plate 310 gradually extrudes the new label on the new machine shell so as to pave the new label;
the razor arm 322 presses against the chassis 500 to ensure straight travel of the chassis 500. Through the dual-purpose form to extrusion rejection portion 300, fine saving rejection and the process time of laminating the label, the intervention of full-automatic equipment has reduced error rate and label waste rate to a certain extent, carries reverse setting, under the same conditions, can occupy less space, and the space occupancy is low, and functional module gathers the ization.
