Background

The invention discloses a double-channel transparent paper wrinkle removing device for cigarette packets, which comprises: the device comprises a machine base, a wrinkle-removing heating mechanism 2, a feeding mechanism 3, a discharging mechanism 4 and a power-off protection mechanism 5.
The machine base comprises a fixed frame 11, a partition plate 111 is arranged in the middle of the fixed frame 11 and horizontally divides the cigarette packet channel into two channels, and a positioning boss 112 is arranged on the partition plate 111. The bottom of the machine base is symmetrically provided with adjusting feet 12, and the adjusting feet 12 are used for adjusting the height and the levelness of the machine base.
The wrinkle removing heating mechanism 2 is mounted on the fixing frame 11 and comprises an upper iron plate assembly 21, a lower iron plate assembly 22, a middle iron plate assembly 23 and a transmission assembly 24.
The upper iron plate assembly 21 includes a first support bracket 211 and an upper iron plate 212 secured to the first support bracket 211. The first support frame 211 comprises a top plate 2111 and first adjusting rods 2112 positioned on two sides of the top plate 2111, and a plurality of tooth grooves are carved on the first adjusting rods 2112 along the height direction.
The lower iron plate assembly 22 includes a second support bracket 221 and a lower iron plate 222 secured to the second support bracket 221, wherein the lower iron plate 222 and the upper iron plate 212 define a working area therebetween. The working area is provided with a cigarette packet channel parallel to the moving direction of the cigarette packet, and the cigarette packet channel is horizontally divided into two channels by the partition board 111. The second support frame 221 includes a bottom plate 2211 and second adjusting rods 2212 located at two sides of the bottom plate 2211, a plurality of tooth sockets are carved on the second adjusting rods 2212 along the height direction, and springs are sleeved at the bottoms thereof.
The middle soldering iron plate assembly 23 is fixedly arranged in the working area, so that the cigarette packet channel is divided into an upper channel and a lower channel in the height direction, and stacked cigarette packets are separated vertically through the staggered cigarette separating device and then respectively enter the upper channel and the lower channel.
The actuator assembly 24 controls the upper iron plate assembly 21 and the lower iron plate assembly 22 to move in a height direction simultaneously such that the distance between the upper iron plate 212 and the lower iron plate 222 increases or decreases.
The transmission assembly 24 includes at least two gears 241 and a jacking unit 242. Both sides of the gear 241 are respectively engaged with the tooth grooves of the first adjustment lever 2112 and the second adjustment lever 2212, and when the gear 241 rotates, the first adjustment lever 2112 and the second adjustment lever 2212 simultaneously move in opposite directions in the height direction.
The jacking unit 242 abuts against the bottom plate 2211. The jacking unit 242 is of a cam structure, the cam 2421 is arranged on a rotating cam shaft 2422, one end of the cam shaft 2422 is matched with a first transmission belt 2423, and the other end of the first transmission belt 2423 is sleeved on the output end of the first motor. A roller support 22111 is fixed at the bottom of the bottom plate 2211, a roller 22112 is rotatably arranged on the roller support 22111, and the roller 22112 is abutted against the cam 2421. The lifting height of the cam 2421 to the bottom plate 2211 is not more than the moving distance of the gear 241 relative to the tooth slot.
The feeding mechanism 3 is arranged at the inlet end of the cigarette packet channel and is provided with a staggered cigarette distributing device.
The discharging mechanism 4 is arranged at the outlet end of the cigarette packet channel and comprises a pressing plate 41, and the pressing plate 41 is arranged above the cigarette packet output end of the middle soldering iron plate assembly 23 and extends downwards in a direction far away from the working area.
The power fail safe mechanism 5 includes an evacuation assembly and a drive assembly 52. The cigarette packet emptying device comprises two sets of emptying assemblies, each emptying assembly comprises a first belt unit 511, a second belt unit 512 and an adjusting unit 513, the first belt unit 511 and the second belt unit 512 are correspondingly arranged on two sides of a cigarette packet channel, and the distance between the first belt unit 511 and the second belt unit 512 is adjustable.
The first belt unit 511 is rotatably disposed on the positioning boss 112 and comprises a first driving shaft 5111, a first driven shaft 5112 and a first conveying belt 5113, the first driving shaft 5111 is connected with the driving assembly 52, the first conveying belt 5113 is sleeved outside the first driving shaft 5111 and the first driven shaft 5112, and the conveying direction of the first conveying belt 5113 is parallel to the cigarette packet channel. Two sets of the first conveying belts 5113 are respectively located at the upper and lower sides of the positioning boss 112.
The second belt units 512 are disposed on two sides of the fixed frame 11, and include a second driving shaft 5121, a second driven shaft 5122 and a second conveying belt 5123, the second driving shaft 5121 is connected to the driving assembly 52, the second conveying belt 5123 is sleeved outside the second driving shaft 5121 and the second driven shaft 5122, and the conveying direction thereof is parallel to the cigarette packet channel. The conveying surfaces of the first conveying belt 5113 and the second conveying belt 5123 correspond to the side surfaces of cigarette packets respectively.
The adjusting unit 513 comprises a pushing cylinder 5131 fixed on the fixed frame 11 and a supporting plate 5132 fixed at the output end of the pushing cylinder 5131, the extending direction of the supporting plate 5132 is parallel to the cigarette packet channel, the first driving shaft 5111 and the first driven shaft 5112 are rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 11, the second driving shaft 5121 and the second driven shaft 5122 are respectively rotatably arranged at two ends of the supporting plate 5132, and the pushing cylinder 5131 pushes the second belt assembly to be close to or far away from the first belt assembly. Two sets of the second conveying belts 5123 are respectively located at the upper and lower sides of the supporting plate 5132.
The driving assembly 52 drives the emptying assembly to convey cigarette packets out of the cigarette packet channel through friction, and comprises a gear box, a second transmission belt 522 and a second motor 523. The gear box is fixed on the outer side of the fixed frame 11 through a mounting frame. The gear box comprises a worm 5211 and a plurality of reversing transmission units 5212, the reversing transmission units 5212 comprise a turbine shaft 52121 and a transmission belt 52122, the turbine shaft 52121 is matched with the worm 5211, the other end of the turbine shaft 52121 penetrates through the shell of the gear box, and the transmission belt 52122 drives the first driving shaft 5111 or the second driving shaft 5121 to rotate. A cover plate is sleeved on the turbine shaft 52121 and fixed on the upper surface of the shell of the gear 241 box. The input end of gear 241 case and second driving belt 522 cooperation, second motor 523 is fixed in the mount 11 outside, and its output pot head is equipped with the other end of second driving belt 522.
When the cigarette bag is used, the stacked cigarette packets move to the wrinkle removing equipment under the thrust of the packaging machine, are separated from top to bottom through the staggered cigarette separating device and then respectively enter an upper channel between the upper iron plate and the middle iron plate and a lower channel between the lower iron plate and the middle iron plate. At the moment, the bottom surfaces of the upper and lower cigarette packets are respectively contacted with the surfaces of the lower iron plate and the middle iron plate. According to the two-channel cellophane wrinkle removing equipment for the cigarette packets, the wrinkle removing heating mechanism is used for simultaneously removing wrinkles of the cigarette packets in the two cigarette packet channels, the two cigarette packet channels can be matched with a Fu Ke packaging machine, and the processing efficiency of the traditional wrinkle removing equipment is improved. Secondly, the wrinkle removing equipment and the packaging machine respectively use two sets of power sources, so that the influence on the operation of the packaging machine is avoided. This equipment still is equipped with power-off protection mechanism, and the tobacco bale that will be detained when the packagine machine outage is sent out, avoids leading to tobacco bale surface scald because of detaining the overlength time.
