The top surface of the right side of the connecting frame 401 is provided with a sliding hole B28, an elastic cushion 29 is sleeved in the sliding hole B28, the bottom surface of the elastic cushion 29 is attached to the top surface of the pressure plate 403 and is in a compressed state, the top surface of the sliding hole B28 is fixedly connected and communicated with a U-shaped cooling pipe 30, an opening of one end of the cooling pipe 30, which is far away from the elastic cushion 29, faces downwards, when the pressing plate 403 is lifted, the pressing plate 403 presses the elastic pad 29 and outputs the air inside through the cooling pipe 30, the air flow blown out by the cooling pipe 30 blows the air flow to the packaging bag, and through the arrangement of the cooling pipe 30, when the pressing plate 403 rises, the pressing plate 403 extrudes the elastic pad 29 and outputs the air inside the elastic pad through the cooling pipe 30, and the air flow blown out by the cooling pipe 30 is used for blowing the packaging bags by wind power, so that the effect of quick cooling is achieved, the sealing of the packaging bags is facilitated to be condensed, the problem of separation when the melting part of the packaging bags is moved is avoided, and the use stability of the device is improved.

The guide plate 31 is fixedly connected to the right side face of the elastic pad 29 below the top face of the connecting frame 401, the guide plate 31 is affected by the magnetic force of the magnet 504, and through the arrangement of the guide plate 31, the magnet 504 drives the guide plate 31 to move together by utilizing the magnetic force when moving, so that the position with the strongest wind force blowing corresponds to the packaging bag all the time, and the effect of cooling the packaging bag is ensured.

In use, S1, the metal hose is firstly conveyed through the conveying platform A1, when the metal hose is conveyed to the opening on the conveying platform A1, the metal hose is sleeved into the packaging bag with the opening on the top surface conveyed by the packaging bag conveying mechanism 3, then the transmission shaft of the telescopic cylinder 402 extends out along with the conveying of the conveying platform A1 and the conveying platform B2 to the position of which the tail end corresponds to the hot melt plate 405, so that the pressing plate 403 descends, the hot melt plate 405 descends along with the pressing plate 403 and contacts with the packaging bag, the hot melt plate 405 heats by the heater 406 to generate high temperature and carries out hot melt on the packaging bag, then the transmission shaft of the telescopic cylinder 402 is lifted, after the hot melt plate 405 is separated from the packaging bag, the melting part of the packaging bag is cooled and condensed to seal the packaging bag, then the packaged metal hose is conveyed out through the conveying platform B2, when the pressing plate 403 descends, the pressing plate 403 pulls the piston A5010 to slide downwards in the air cylinder A509 by the plug rod A5011, the air in the air cylinder A509 is injected into the sleeve 505 through the connecting pipe A5012, the rotary drum 506 rotates under the pushing of airflow to the fixing plate B508, the rotary drum 506 drives the rotary rod 502 to rotate anticlockwise through the clamping plate 507 when rotating, the rotary rod 502 drives the magnet 504 to rotate anticlockwise through the extension rod 503 when rotating anticlockwise, the metal hose is guided through magnetic force during the rotation of the magnet 504 to ensure that the metal hose moves to the right end of the packaging bag, and then when the pressing plate 403 rises after hot melting is finished, the piston A5010 slides in the air cylinder A509 and sucks back the air in the sleeve 505, so that the rotary drum 506 is pulled to reset the rotary rod 502.

S2, when the rotating rod 502 rotates through the rotating drum 506, the inserted rod 10 enters the guide groove A8 through the guide of the inclined plate 11, the inserted rod 10 slides in the guide groove A8 and enables the rotating rod 502 to slide backwards in the fixing plate A501 along the inclined surface of the inserted rod, so that the position of the rotating rod 502 is changed, then when the rotating rod 502 rotates, the inserted rod 10 enters the guide groove B9 through the guide of the inclined plate 11, the rotating rod 502 cannot reset along with the sliding of the inserted rod 10 in the guide groove B9, so that the position of the magnet 504 can be changed each time the rotating rod 502 rotates, the magnet 504 attracts the packaged metal hose through magnetic force, so that the packaged metal hose is conveyed at different positions on the conveying table B2, and the metal hose can be orderly arranged back and forth when conveyed out and accumulated.

S3, when the heater 406 descends along with the pressure plate 403 in the hot melting step, the heater 406 extrudes the plug rod B14, the plug rod B14 drives the piston B13 to slide in the air cylinder B12 and inject air into the air collecting cylinder 17 through the one-way valve 15, the baffle 18 slides in the air collecting cylinder 17 under the action of air pressure and extrudes the spring, the air pressure in the air collecting cylinder 17 continuously increases along with the increase of descending times of the heater 406, then when the baffle 18 slides to a circular truncated cone hole on the top surface of the air collecting cylinder 17, the accumulated air flow is injected into the fixed cylinder A19 under the action of air pressure, the air flow pushes the rotating shaft A20 to rotate through the fan plate A21, the rotating shaft A20 rotates to drive the rotating column 22 to rotate, the rotating column 22 drives the rotating rod 502 to slide forwards through meshing with the rotating rod 502, and the rotating rod 502 is reset.

S4, firstly, placing the metal hose into the feeding barrel 23, then dropping the metal hose on the fan plate B26, when the air cylinder B12 performs air suction through the one-way valve 15, the air suction effect is conducted into the fixed barrel B24 through the connecting pipe C27 to drive the fan plate B26 to rotate, after the fan plate B26 rotates, placing one metal hose into the conveying table A1 through the feeding barrel 23, then dropping the metal hose onto the conveying belt mechanism through the inner inclined surface for conveying, and the next metal hose drops onto the other fan plate B26 after the rotating shaft B25 rotates to wait for next conveying.

S5, when the pressing plate 403 is raised, the pressing plate 403 presses the elastic pad 29 and outputs the air inside through the cooling pipe 30, and the air flow blown out from the cooling pipe 30 blows the air flow to the packaging bag by wind.
