The prior art has the following defects: when the screen glass is pasted with the film, each process is independently finished on a single workbench by manpower, and the product flow is conveyed to the next workbench for processing through a conveying line, so that the screen glass film pasting process is finally finished; and each process needs manual participation and auxiliary blanking circulation, so that the automation degree of the whole equipment is low.

The turnover plate is provided with a sucker hole, the lower surface of the turnover plate is fixedly provided with a sucker bottom plate, and a plurality of turnover suckers are fixed on the sucker bottom plate and penetrate through the sucker hole to be in contact with the bottom surface of the screen glass; a backing plate is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the turnover plate, and the upper surface of the backing plate is contacted with the upper surface of the supporting plate after the turnover plate is turned over above the supporting plate; the overturning driving mechanism is driven by a rotating cylinder or a motor; the overturning frame is fixedly provided with a first limiting block and a second limiting block, and the overturning base is fixedly provided with a third limiting block; the first limiting block, the second limiting block and the third limiting block are distributed in a triangular shape, and the upper surfaces of the first limiting block, the second limiting block and the third limiting block are all contacted with the lower surface of the turnover plate; the first limiting block and the second limiting block are vertically distributed in a cuboid shape, and the third limiting block is horizontally distributed in a strip shape.

Further, the present invention also discloses a non-transitory computer readable carrier medium storing program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method.

The screen glass protective film pasting method adopting the technical scheme has the advantages that:

1. by arranging the moving manipulator; when other higher devices block the moving path, the extending cylinder is moved to drive the screen glass to move backwards for a short distance to bypass the blocking device without moving upwards to a higher distance to bypass the blocking device; the moving device is used for moving the object to be moved, and the moving device is used for moving the object to be moved.

2. When one clamping cylinder extends out, the clamping cylinders simultaneously drive the clamping heads to be opened so that the screen glass can be placed in the positioning station, and after the clamping cylinders contract, the clamping heads clamp the screen glass by utilizing the elasticity of the clamping springs; in the mode, two clamping heads can be driven simultaneously only by one air cylinder and two springs, so that the using number of the air cylinders is reduced; and the cost of the spring is lower relative to the cost of the air cylinder, so that the cost of the whole equipment is reduced.

3. The processes of sucking, fixing and turning the screen glass are respectively completed by driving the turning plate to rotate by the turning sucker sucking and turning driving mechanism; the process of sucking, fixing and overturning the screen glass is automatically completed by equipment, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the overturning efficiency of the screen glass is improved.

Detailed Description

The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 2, the equipment for sticking the protective film on the screen glass comprises a workbench, a feeding device fixed on the workbench, a moving device 1, a plurality of positioning devices 2, a first film supplying device 3, a second film supplying device 4 and a turning device 5; the moving end of the moving device 1 is contacted with the surface of the screen glass and is respectively connected with the positioning ends of the positioning devices 2 and the feeding and discharging ends of the turnover device 5; the discharge end of the first film supply device 3 and the discharge end of the second film supply device 4 are respectively connected with the positioning ends of the plurality of positioning devices 2; the moving device 1 is used for moving the screen glass to different stations; the positioning device 2 is used for positioning the screen glass; the first film supply device 3 and the second film supply device 4 are respectively used for feeding a front film and a back film; the turnover device 5 is used for turning over the screen glass;

the product flow direction of the screen glass is as follows: the loading device is moved to the moving device 1, the positioning device 2 of the front film pasting station, the first film supplying device 3, the overturning device 5, the positioning device 2 of the back film pasting station and the second film supplying device 4.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a product structure of the screen glass. The screen glass product comprises screen glass a, a front film b and a back film c; the front film b and the back film c are respectively attached to the front and the back of the screen glass a.

As shown in fig. 4, the conveying device 1 includes a conveying frame 11, a conveying drive mechanism 12, a conveying base plate 13, and a conveying robot 14; the driving end of the moving driving mechanism 12 is connected with the moving bottom plate 13, and a plurality of moving manipulators 14 are respectively fixed on the moving bottom plate 13; the transfer robot 14 includes a transfer extension cylinder 15, a transfer ventilation bar 16, and a transfer suction cup 17; the output end of the moving extending cylinder 15 is connected with a moving ventilation rod 16, and a ventilation hole is arranged inside the moving ventilation rod 16; both ends of the vent hole are respectively connected with a vacuum suction device and a moving sucker 17, and the suction end of the moving sucker 17 is contacted with the surface of the screen glass. The moving sucker 17 is in a horn shape with a small upper part and a big lower part;

as shown in fig. 5, the output end of the moving and extending cylinder 15 is provided with a fixing block 151, and the fixing block 151 is provided with a positioning hole 152 penetrating in the left-right direction and a fixing hole 153 communicating with the positioning hole 152 in the up-down direction; the positioning hole 152 is in sliding fit with the outer surface of the moving ventilation bar 16, threads are arranged in the fixing hole 153 and are screwed with screws, and the bottoms of the screws are in contact with the outer surface of the moving ventilation bar 16;

as shown in fig. 4, the conveyance base plate 13 includes a conveyance fixing plate 131, a conveyance sliding plate 132, and a conveyance base 133; the conveying fixed plate 131 is connected with the driving end of the conveying driving mechanism 12; the transfer sliding plate 132 is fixed to the transfer fixing plate 131, the transfer base 133 is fixed to the transfer sliding plate 132, and the transfer extension cylinder 15 is fixed to the transfer base 133; the moving base 133 is provided with a base sliding groove in sliding fit with the moving sliding plate 132; the conveying driving mechanism 12 comprises a front and rear driving assembly 121, a driving bottom plate 122 and an up and down driving assembly 123, the driving end of the front and rear driving assembly 121 is connected with the driving bottom plate 122, a driving guide rail slider is arranged on the driving bottom plate 122, and a slider in the driving guide rail slider is connected with the conveying fixing plate 131; the up-down driving unit 123 is fixed to the driving base plate 122, and a driving end of the up-down driving unit 123 is connected to the moving fixing plate 131.

During operation of the transfer device 1: 1) the front-back driving assembly 121 drives the moving manipulator 14 to move to the position above the feeding device along the front-back direction; 2) the up-down driving component 123 drives the moving manipulator 14 to move down to suck the screen glass at the position of the feeding device; 3) when a higher device on the moving path blocks, the moving stretching cylinder 15 drives the moving sucker 17 to move backwards so as to drive the screen glass to move backwards to bypass the higher device on the path, so that the screen glass is moved to the film pasting station to complete the moving process.

The moving device 1 solves the problem that the moving device can only carry out linear moving in the up-down direction and the front-back direction, and when other higher devices block a linear moving path, the moving device needs to drive the moving manipulator to move upwards for a higher distance; thereby increasing the moving distance, reducing the moving efficiency and reducing the applicability of the moving device. By providing a transfer robot 14; when other higher devices block the moving path, the extending cylinder 15 is moved to drive the screen glass to move backwards for a short distance to bypass the blocked device without moving upwards to the higher distance to bypass the blocked device; the moving device is used for moving the object to be moved, and the moving device is used for moving the object to be moved.

As shown in fig. 6, the positioning device 2 includes a positioning drive mechanism 21 and a positioning clamp mechanism 22; the driving end of the positioning driving mechanism 21 is connected with a positioning and clamping mechanism 22, and the clamping end of the positioning and clamping mechanism 22 is contacted with the side surface of the screen glass; the positioning driving mechanism 21 is used for driving the positioning and clamping mechanism 22 to move to different stations, and the positioning and clamping mechanism 22 is used for positioning and clamping the screen glass. The positioning driving mechanism 21 comprises a positioning driving cylinder 211, a positioning guide rail slide block 212 and a driving limiting block 213; the output end of the positioning driving cylinder 211 is connected with the positioning and clamping mechanism 22, a guide rail in the positioning guide rail slide block 212 is fixed on the workbench, and a slide block in the positioning guide rail slide block 212 is connected with the positioning and clamping mechanism 22; the driving stoppers 213 are respectively distributed on two sides of the positioning and clamping mechanism 22, and the driving stoppers 213 are in contact with the side surfaces of the positioning and clamping mechanism 22.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the positioning and clamping mechanism 22 includes a clamping frame 23, a clamping cylinder 24, a clamping roller 25, a clamping base plate 26, a positioning block 27, and a plurality of clamping heads 28; the output end of the clamping cylinder 24 is connected with a clamping roller 25; clamping head 28 comprises a clamping base 281, a clamping link 282, a clamping post 283, a clamping spring 284, and a clamping block 285; the middle end of the clamping connecting rod 282 is hinged on the clamping base 281, the bottom surface of the tail end of the clamping connecting rod 282 is contacted with the clamping roller 25, and the head end of the clamping connecting rod 282 is contacted with the rear side surface of the lower end of the clamping block 285; the clamping guide post 283 is in sliding fit with a corresponding hole position of the clamping base 281, the front end of the clamping guide post 283 is connected with the rear side surface of the lower end of the clamping block 285, and two ends of the clamping spring 284 are respectively contacted with the rear side surface of the clamping base 281 and the end protrusion of the clamping guide post 283; the positioning blocks 27 are fixed on the clamping bottom plate 26, the inner side surfaces of the positioning blocks are respectively contacted with the front end surface and the left end surface of the screen glass, and the inner side surfaces of the upper ends of the clamping blocks 285 are respectively contacted with the rear end surface and the right end surface of the screen glass. The output end of the clamping cylinder 24 is provided with a pushing base 241, a plurality of clamping rollers 25 are hinged on the pushing base 241, and the outer surfaces of the clamping rollers 25 are contacted with the bottom surface of the tail end of the clamping connecting rod 282;

the clamp link 282 includes a link body 2821, a link drive face 2822, and a link push face 2823; the connecting rod driving surface 2822 is a plane and is positioned on the bottom surface of the connecting rod body 2821, and the connecting rod driving surface 2822 is contacted with the outer surface of the clamping roller 25; the connecting rod pushing surface 2823 is a circular arc surface and is contacted with the rear side surface of the lower end of the clamping head 28; the link body 2821 is L-shaped;

the clamping base plate 26 is provided with a sliding groove 261, the middle end of the clamping block 285 passes through the sliding groove 261 and the inner side surface of the upper end of the clamping block 285 contacts with the corresponding side end surface of the screen glass.

The clamping block 285 includes a first clamping block 2851, a second clamping block 2852, and a third clamping block 2853; the rear side of the first clamping block 2851 is connected with the front end of the clamping guide post 283, the second clamping block 2852 is fixed on the first clamping block 2851 and passes through the sliding groove 261, the third clamping block 2853 is fixed on the second clamping block 2852 and the inner side of the third clamping block 2853 is contacted with the corresponding side end face of the screen glass; a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the second clamping block 2852 along the moving direction, fixing holes are formed in the third clamping block 2853, and the third clamping block 2853 is fixed to the corresponding threaded holes according to the size of the screen glass.

During operation of the positioning device 2: 1) the clamping cylinder 24 extends out to drive the plurality of clamping rollers 25 to move upwards simultaneously, and the upper surfaces of the clamping rollers 25 are in contact with the connecting rod driving surface 2822 to push the clamping connecting rod 282 to rotate around the clamping base 281; 2) the link pushing surface 2823 contacts with the rear side of the lower end of the clamping head 28 to push the clamping head 28 to move outwards and compress the clamping springs 284 to open the clamping heads 28 simultaneously; 3) the moving device 1 moves the screen glass to the film pasting station, and two mutually vertical end faces of the screen glass are respectively contacted with the inner side faces of the positioning blocks 27; 4) the clamping cylinder 24 contracts to the initial position, the clamping spring 284 extends and drives the clamping heads 28 to move inwards, and the inner side surfaces of the clamping heads 28 are respectively contacted with the other two end surfaces of the screen glass to position and clamp the screen glass, so that the screen glass positioning process is completed.

The positioning device 2 solves the problems that when the screen glass is positioned and clamped, two clamping cylinders are adopted to respectively drive two clamping blocks to be in contact with two vertical end faces of the screen glass to clamp the screen glass, and the number of the clamping cylinders and the cost of the whole equipment are increased. In this way, when one clamping cylinder 24 extends, the clamping heads 28 are driven to open simultaneously so as to put the screen glass into the positioning station, and after the clamping cylinder 24 contracts, the clamping heads 28 clamp the screen glass by using the elastic force of the clamping springs 284; in this way, only one cylinder and two springs are needed to drive the two clamping heads 28 simultaneously, so that the number of cylinders is reduced; and the cost of the spring is lower relative to the cost of the air cylinder, so that the cost of the whole equipment is reduced.

As shown in fig. 9, the turnover device 5 includes a turnover frame 51, a turnover driving mechanism 52, a turnover base 53, a turnover shaft 54, a turnover plate 55 and a support plate 56; the driving end of the turning driving mechanism 52 is connected with the turning shaft 54, and both ends of the turning shaft 54 are in rotating fit with the turning base 53; the turnover plate 55 is fixed on the turnover shaft 54, the turnover sucker 57 is arranged on the turnover plate 55, the lower end of the turnover sucker 57 is connected with a vacuum device, and the upper end of the turnover sucker 57 is contacted with the bottom surface of the screen glass; the support plate 56 is disposed opposite to the flip plate 55 along the flip axis 54, and the upper surface of the support plate 56 is in contact with the top surface of the screen glass. The turnover plate 55 is provided with a sucker hole 551, the lower surface of the turnover plate 55 is fixedly provided with a sucker bottom plate, and a plurality of turnover suckers 57 are fixed on the sucker bottom plate and pass through the sucker hole 551 to be contacted with the bottom surface of the screen glass; a backing plate 552 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the turnover plate 55, and after the turnover plate 55 is turned over above the supporting plate 56, the upper surface of the backing plate 552 is in contact with the upper surface of the supporting plate 56; the overturning driving mechanism 52 is driven by a rotating cylinder or a motor; the overturning frame 51 is fixedly provided with a first limiting block 511 and a second limiting block, and the overturning base 53 is fixedly provided with a third limiting block 513; the first limiting block 511, the second limiting block and the third limiting block 513 are distributed in a triangular shape, and the upper surfaces of the first limiting block 511, the second limiting block and the third limiting block 513 are all in contact with the lower surface of the turnover plate 55; the first limiting block 511 and the second limiting block are vertically distributed in a rectangular shape, and the third limiting block 513 is horizontally distributed in a rectangular shape.

The turning device 5 is in the working process: 1) the moving device 1 moves the screen glass with the front surface film to the turnover plate 55, and the turnover sucker 57 sucks the bottom surface of the screen glass; 2) the turnover driving mechanism 52 drives the turnover shaft 54 to rotate so as to drive the turnover plate 55 to rotate, the screen glass is turned over to the position of the supporting plate 56 to blank the screen glass, and the bottom surface of the screen glass is turned upwards; 3) the moving device 1 moves the turned screen glass to a reverse side film pasting station to complete the turning process of the screen glass.

The turnover device 5 solves the problems that the screen glass pasted with the front surface film is turned manually, the labor intensity of workers is increased, and the turnover efficiency of the screen glass is reduced. In this way, the sucking, fixing and turning processes of the screen glass are respectively completed by the sucking and turning driving mechanism 52 of the turning sucker 57 driving the turning plate 55 to rotate; the process of sucking, fixing and overturning the screen glass is automatically completed by equipment, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the overturning efficiency of the screen glass is improved.

A screen glass protective film attaching method as shown in fig. 1, which uses the screen glass protective film attaching apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:

(S1) screen glass loading: the feeding device feeds the screen glass to a position connected with the moving device 1;

(S2) screen glass conveyance: the moving device 1 sucks and moves the screen glass of the feeding station to the positioning device 2 where the front film pasting station is located;

(S3) screen glass positioning: the positioning end of the positioning device 2 is respectively contacted with the end faces of the four sides of the screen glass to position the screen glass;

(S4) front surface film application: the first film supply device 3 conveys the front film to a front film pasting station and pastes the front film to the front surface of the screen glass;

(S5) screen glass flipping: the moving device 1 drives the screen glass pasted with the front surface film to move to a turning station, and the turning device 5 turns the screen glass to turn the back surface upward;

(S6) reverse side film pasting: the moving device 1 moves the screen glass with the reverse side facing upwards to the reverse side film pasting station for positioning, and the second film supply device 4 conveys the reverse side film to the reverse side film pasting station and pastes the reverse side film to the reverse side of the screen glass to complete the screen glass protective film pasting process.
