The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness is characterized by comprising a machine case (1), wherein a gland (2) is arranged on the machine case (1), a heating module (3) is arranged on the lower side of the gland (2), an avoiding groove (11) is arranged on the upper side of the heating module (3), a vacuumizing area (12) is arranged on the inner side of the avoiding groove (11), and an expansion module (7) is arranged on the inner side of the vacuumizing area (12);
the expansion module (7) comprises an air cylinder (71) fixed on the inner side of the vacuum-pumping area (12), a push plate (72) connected to the output end of the air cylinder (71), a left driving assembly (73) fixed on the push plate, a right driving assembly (74), a left push rod (75) connected to the output end of the left driving assembly (73), and a right push rod (76) connected to the output end of the right driving assembly (74);
a clamping module (4) is arranged between the avoiding groove (11) and the vacuumizing area (12), the clamping module (4) comprises an upper pressing strip (41), a lower pressing strip (42) and a lifting assembly (43) for driving the lower pressing strip (42) to move up and down, a plurality of first air holes (411) are formed in the lower end of the upper pressing strip (41), and a plurality of second air holes (421) are formed in the upper end of the lower pressing strip (42);
the air-purifying machine is characterized in that an installation cavity (13) is arranged at the lower end of the machine case (1), a first vacuum pump (5) and a second vacuum pump (6) are fixed in the installation cavity (13), a first air duct (51) is connected between an air pumping port of the first vacuum pump (5) and a first air hole (411), a second air duct (52) is connected between an air pumping port of the first vacuum pump (5) and a second air hole (421), and a third air duct (61) is connected between an air exhaust port of the second vacuum pump (6) and the vacuumization area (12).

The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness according to claim 1, characterized in that the left driving assembly (73) comprises a left motor (731) fixed on the push plate (72), a left lead screw (732) connected to the output end of the left motor (731), and a left slide block (733) matched with the left lead screw (732), the left push rod (75) is fixed at one end of the left slide block (733);
the right driving assembly (74) comprises a right motor (741) fixed on the push plate (72), a right screw rod (742) connected to the output end of the right motor (741), and a right sliding block (743) matched with the right screw rod (742), and the right push rod (76) is fixed at one end of the right sliding block (743).

The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness according to claim 1, wherein the heating module (3) comprises a conductive heating film (31), a cathode conductive plate (32) and an anode conductive plate (33) connected to two ends of the conductive heating film (31), and the avoiding groove (11) is separately provided with a strip-shaped groove for accommodating the conductive heating film (31).
4. The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness of claim 1, characterized in that, both ends of the gland (2) are rotatably connected with the machine box (1).

The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness according to claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly (43) comprises a bracket (431) fixed on the inner side of the installation chamber (13), a motor (432) fixed on the bracket (431), a screw rod (433) connected to the output end of the motor (432), and a limiting plate (434) fixed on the lower end edge of the lower pressing bar (42), and a threaded hole (4341) matched with the screw rod (433) is arranged on the limiting plate (434).
6. The vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness according to claim 1, characterized in that the machine case (1) is further provided with a vent hole (15) communicated with the mounting chamber (13).

Background
Generally, a vacuum packaging machine is used for packaging food into a packaging bag, then the opening end of the packaging bag is placed into the vacuum packaging machine, air in the packaging bag is pumped out by using a vacuumizing module, and after a preset vacuum degree is reached, a sealing process is completed by using a heating module. The vacuum packaging machine in the prior art directly puts into the capper with the wrapping bag port during encapsulation usually, and direct encapsulation after the evacuation leads to wrapping bag port fold not flat because the wrapping bag atmospheric pressure reduces in the evacuation process, and partial position exists foldingly, seals the in-process because wrapping bag port position thickness is uneven, has the clearance of leaking out easily, seals the roughness relatively poor, influences sealed effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a vacuum sealing machine with high sealing flatness, wherein an expansion module is additionally arranged on the inner side of a vacuumizing area and used for opening an opening of a packaging bag, so that the upper end and the lower end of the packaging bag are not folded before heat sealing, and the sealing effect is good.

the expansion module comprises an air cylinder fixed on the inner side of the vacuum-pumping area, a push plate connected to the output end of the air cylinder, a left driving assembly, a right driving assembly, a left push rod connected to the output end of the left driving assembly and a right push rod connected to the output end of the right driving assembly, wherein the left driving assembly and the right driving assembly are fixed on the push plate;
a clamping module is arranged between the avoidance groove and the vacuumizing area, the clamping module comprises an upper pressing strip, a lower pressing strip and a lifting assembly for driving the lower pressing strip to move up and down, a plurality of first air holes are formed in the lower end of the upper pressing strip, and a plurality of second air holes are formed in the upper end of the lower pressing strip;
the machine case lower extreme is equipped with the installation cavity, be fixed with first vacuum pump, second vacuum pump in the installation cavity, the extraction opening of first vacuum pump with be connected with first air duct between the first gas pocket, the extraction opening of first vacuum pump still with be connected with the second air duct between the second gas pocket, the gas vent of second vacuum pump with be connected with the third air duct between the evacuation region.
Specifically, the left driving assembly comprises a left motor fixed on the push plate, a left screw rod connected to the output end of the left motor, and a left sliding block matched with the left screw rod, and the left push rod is fixed at one end of the left sliding block;
the right driving assembly comprises a right motor fixed on the push plate, a right screw rod connected to the output end of the right motor, and a right sliding block matched with the right screw rod, and the right push rod is fixed at one end of the right sliding block.
