Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism is connected with the spring through the connecting plate, the connecting plate is hinged with the adhesive tape placing table, the adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism is limited through the spring, plates are automatically limited and pressed, edge sealing work can be performed on the plates with different specifications on the premise that the adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism is not replaced, and manual adjustment is not needed due to abrasion of the pressing roller;
2. the adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism is connected with the spring through the connecting plate, the connecting plate and the adhesive tape placing table are rotatably connected with the adhesive tape fixing rollers, adhesive tapes on the adhesive tape fixing rollers can automatically change the adhesive tapes, and the adhesive tapes are not required to be manually jointed, so that the automation efficiency is improved;
3. the self-weight pressing component presses the upper edge and the lower edge of the adhesive tape in the edge sealing process, and can be automatically adjusted according to plates with different thicknesses;
4. the machine comprises a first conveyor and a second conveyor of a line machine, wherein an air cylinder is fixed on a vision sensor on a rack of the conveyor, the vision sensor is connected with a control system of the second conveyor, the rack of the second conveyor is provided with the vision sensor, the vision sensor is connected with the control system of the second conveyor, and when the vision sensor senses a plate, the control system of the second conveyor enables the second conveyor to generate instantaneous acceleration so that adjacent plates conveyed to the second conveyor are separated by a certain distance, and the subsequent cutting work of an adhesive tape is facilitated.

The plate conveyor 1 comprises a first conveyor 101 and a second conveyor 102, a press roller 103 is arranged above a conveying belt of the second conveyor 102, two ends of the press roller 103 are connected through a first air cylinder 104, the first air cylinder 104 is fixed on a rack of the second conveyor 102, a first vision sensor 105 is arranged on the rack of one end, close to the first conveyor 101, of the second conveyor 102, the first vision sensor 105 is connected with a control system of the second conveyor 102, when the first vision sensor 105 senses a plate, the control system of the second conveyor 102 enables the second conveyor 102 to generate instantaneous acceleration, a certain gap exists between adjacent plates entering the second conveyor 102, and cutting work after edge sealing is finished by an adhesive tape is facilitated.
The edge sealing mechanisms 2 are arranged on two sides of the plate conveyor 1, each group of edge sealing mechanisms 2 comprises an adhesive tape placing table 201, three adhesive tape fixing rollers 202 are arranged on the adhesive tape placing table 201, the three adhesive tape fixing rollers 202 are connected through a connecting frame 204, an identification area 209 for winding heads of adhesive tapes is arranged on the connecting frame 204, the three adhesive tape fixing rollers 202 are distributed in an equilateral triangle shape, a base plate 205 is arranged below the connecting frame 204, an outer tooth type slewing bearing 206 is connected below the base plate 205, a first driving motor 207 is arranged below the adhesive tape placing table 201, a driving shaft of the first driving motor 207 penetrates through the adhesive tape placing table to be connected with a driving gear 208 which is mutually meshed with the outer tooth type slewing bearing 206, the adhesive tape winding 203 is rotatably connected with the adhesive tape fixing rollers 202, and an adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism 4 is arranged at a position, close to the plate conveyor 1, of the adhesive tape placing table 201;
the adhesive tape guiding and pressing mechanism 4 comprises an I-shaped roller 401 used for limiting the adhesive tape, an elastic roller 402 used for pressing the adhesive tape on the side wall of the plate and a pressing roller 403 used for attaching the upper side and the lower side of the adhesive tape and the upper side and the lower side of the plate in sequence along the conveying direction of the adhesive tape, the I-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403 are connected with a spring 405 through a connecting plate 404 in a distributed mode, and the connecting plate 404 is hinged to the adhesive tape placing table 201. The pressing roller 403 comprises an upper pressing roller 4031 and a lower pressing roller 4032, the upper pressing roller 4031 and the lower pressing roller 4032 are connected through a connecting shaft, a channel 4033 for adhesive tape to pass through is arranged between the upper pressing roller 4031 and the lower pressing roller 4032, a nut is arranged at the upper end of the connecting shaft, and a compression spring 4034 is arranged on the connecting shaft between the nut and the upper pressing roller 4033, so that the upper pressing roller 4031 can be adaptively adjusted according to different thicknesses of plates, and the upper side and the lower side of the adhesive tape are attached to the upper side and the lower side of the plates.
The cutting mechanism 3 comprises a first cutting device 301 arranged on the outer side of the connecting frame 204 for roll changing and a second cutting device 302 arranged on the outer side of the plate conveyor 1 for finishing edge sealing, a second vision sensor 303 is arranged on one side of each of the first cutting device 301 and the second cutting device 302, the first cutting device 301 comprises a second air cylinder 3011 arranged on the adhesive tape placing table 201, and the free end of a piston rod of the second air cylinder 3011 is connected with a first cutter 3012; the second cutting device 302 includes a driving motor 3021 disposed outside the board conveyor 1, a driving shaft of the driving motor 3021 is hinged to a cutter guide rod 3023 through a crank arm 3022, a bearing seat 3024 is disposed on the tape placing table 201, the cutter guide rod 3023 penetrates through the bearing seat 3024 to be slidably connected with the bearing seat 3024, and the other end of the cutter guide rod 3023 is connected with a second cutter 3025.
The automatic edge bonding machine for plates in the embodiment further comprises a self-weight pressing component 5 arranged on one side, far away from the elastic roller 402, of the pressing roller 403, the self-weight pressing component 5 comprises an upper pressing component 501 and a lower pressing component 502, the upper pressing component 501 comprises an upper pressing shaft 5011, two ends of the upper pressing shaft 5011 are vertically and slidably connected with frames on two sides of the plate conveyor 1, two ends of the upper pressing shaft 5011 are provided with an upper pressing roller 5012 and a counterweight pressing block 5013, the lower pressing component 502 comprises a lower pressing shaft 5021, two ends of the lower pressing shaft 5021 are vertically and slidably connected with the frames on two sides of the plate conveyor 1, two ends of the lower pressing shaft 5021 are provided with a lower pressing roller 5025 and a lower sliding roller 5022, the frames on two sides of the plate conveyor 1 are provided with upper pulleys 5023, the lower pulleys 5022 are connected with steel wire ropes 5026, and the other ends of the steel wire ropes 5026 are connected with counterweights via the upper pulleys 5023.
The working process of the automatic edge bonding machine for plates of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
firstly, the plates enter the first conveyor 101, generally, adjacent plates are abutted, when the plates enter the second conveyor 102, the first visual sensor 105 of the second conveyor 102 senses the entering of the plates and sends a signal to the control system of the second conveyor 102, the control system of the second conveyor 102 sends an instruction to make the second conveyor 102 generate instantaneous acceleration, the interval between two adjacent plates is pulled open, and the plates entering the second conveyor 102 enter the edge sealing station;
then, the edge sealing mechanisms on the two sides of the second conveyor 102 perform edge sealing operation on the plates: when the edge banding mechanism 2 starts to work, three rolls of adhesive tapes are respectively placed on the three adhesive tape fixing rollers 202, the adhesive tape roll heads are placed in the identification area 209, the adhesive tape roll heads close to the conveying belt of the second conveyor 102 are pulled to the end part of the first plate along the I-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403, then the plate conveyor 1 starts to work, the adhesive tapes are used for carrying out edge banding on two sides of the plate under the limit of the I-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403, when the first roll of adhesive tape is used up, the first driving motor 207 works to drive the connecting frame 204 to rotate, the second roll of adhesive tape rotates to the position of the first roll of adhesive tape, the first roll of adhesive tape rotates to the position of the third roll of adhesive tape, at the moment, the traction part of the first adhesive tape is in contact with the roll heads of the second roll of adhesive tape in the identification area 209, and the traction part of the first roll of adhesive tape sticks to the roll heads of the second roll of adhesive tape due to the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape, the second roll of adhesive tape is driven to be pulled, the second air cylinder 3011 of the first cutting device 301 works, the piston rod stretches out to drive the first cutter 3012 to cut off the traction part of the first roll of adhesive tape, when the second roll of adhesive tape is nearly used up, the third roll of adhesive tape continues to be supplemented, therefore, the adhesive tape does not need to be frequently supplemented in the edge sealing work, the automatic work efficiency is improved, after the edge sealing work is finished on two sides of a plate, the second vision sensor 303 senses the gap between two adjacent plates, the second driving motor 3021 works, the driving shaft of the second driving motor 3021 is driven by the crank arm 3022 to be provided with the cutter guide rod 3023 to stretch out, so that the second cutter 3025 cuts off the adhesive tape.
The H-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403 are used for drawing and limiting the adhesive tape, the elastic roller 402 is used for pressing the adhesive tape on the side wall of the plate, the pressing roller 403 is used for attaching the upper side and the lower side of the adhesive tape to the upper side and the lower side of the plate, the H-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403 are connected with the spring 405 through the connecting plate 404, the connecting plate 404 is hinged to the adhesive tape placing table 201, the H-shaped roller 401, the elastic roller 402 and the pressing roller 403 are convenient to limit the adhesive tape and seal edges of the plate, the upper pressing roller 5012 and the lower pressing roller 5025 on the upper pressing shaft 5011 of the self-weight pressing assembly 5 press the adhesive tape on the upper side and the lower side of the plate further under the action of the counterweight pressing block 5013 and the counterweight block 5024, and the pressing roller 103 above the second conveyor 102 enables the plate.
Finally, the plate with the two sides completing the edge sealing work enters the edge sealing machine consistent with the plate after being reversed by 90 degrees, the edge sealing work of the other two sides of the plate is completed, the 90-degree reversing mechanism can adopt a 90-degree corner conveyor, and in addition, the plate edge sealing machine can also adopt a plurality of layers of the consistent edge sealing machines to work synchronously according to production requirements.
