The medicine bottle transmission unit 5 comprises a medicine bottle transmission belt 51 and a medicine transmission wheel 52, the second sliding groove 43 is obliquely arranged above the medicine bottle transmission belt 51, the distance between the lowest point of the second sliding groove 43 and the medicine bottle transmission belt 51 is larger than the height of the medicine bottle, so that the medicine bottle can smoothly pass through and is not shielded by the second sliding groove. The medicine bottle positioning unit 9 is arranged in front of the second sliding chute 43, and the horizontal distance between the medicine bottle positioning unit 9 and the second sliding chute 43 enables the mouth of the medicine bottle to be positioned below the tail end of the second sliding chute 43 after positioning, so that all medicine particles in the second sliding chute can fall into the medicine bottle after the medicine bottle is positioned (the filling time of the medicine is very fast and is basically equal to the time of vertical falling, and can be basically ignored).
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the medicine bottle positioning unit 9 includes a medicine bottle blocking needle 91, a second fixing support 92 and a second blocking needle return spring 93 of an L-shape, the medicine bottle blocking needle 91 is provided with two, the medicine bottle blocking needle 91 is relatively disposed on two sides of the medicine bottle conveying belt 51 through the second fixing support 92, the medicine bottle blocking needle 91 includes a medicine bottle blocking needle shielding portion 911 and a medicine bottle blocking needle connecting portion 912, the medicine bottle blocking needle shielding portion 911 is located above the medicine bottle conveying belt 51, the medicine bottle blocking needle connecting portion 912 is hinged to the second fixing support 92, and the second blocking needle return spring 93 is connected between the two medicine bottle blocking needle connecting portions 912. In order to facilitate the positioning of the medicine bottle by generating small deformation between the medicine bottle needle blocking parts, the clamping between the medicine bottle needle blocking shielding part 911 and the medicine bottle needle blocking connecting part 912 is an obtuse angle, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 1, transmission system includes medicine transmission slide bar 71, medicine transmission branch 72, medicine location extruded piece 73 and medicine bottle transmission slide bar 74, medicine transmission slide bar 71 and medicine bottle transmission slide bar 74 are located the power device both sides, medicine transmission branch 72 rotates and sets up in frame 10, medicine transmission branch 72 is the L type, medicine transmission branch 72 one end with medicine transmission slide bar 71 touching connect the other end with medicine location extruded piece 73 touching is connected, medicine location extruded piece 73 with the touching of medicine positioning unit 8 is connected, medicine bottle transmission slide bar 74 with the touching of medicine bottle positioning unit 9 is connected. The power device comprises a rotating cam 6, a boss 61 is arranged on the rotating cam 6, and when the power device rotates, the boss 61 is in touch connection with the medicine transmission slide rod 71 and the medicine bottle transmission slide rod 74. The rotary cam is additionally provided with the bulge parts, so that the arc of the bulge parts can be limited according to different filling quantities of different medicines, the opening time of the medicine blocking needles can be controlled, and the quantity of the medicines which are filled in the medicine blocking needles can be controlled.
The rotary cam periodically pushes the medicine transmission slide rod and the medicine bottle transmission slide rod in the rotating process, so that the opening of the medicine needle blocking and the closing of the medicine bottle needle blocking are periodically controlled. Promote the medicine transmission slide bar and remove when the bellying of rotatory cam contacts with the medicine transmission slide bar, the transmission through medicine transmission branch promotes the extruded article of medicine location and removes, the extruded article extrusion medicine of medicine location keeps off the needle connecting portion that keeps off the needle to make the medicine keep off opening of needle, the bellying of rotatory cam rotates the back, medicine location extruded article, medicine transmission slide bar and medicine keep off the needle and reset under reset spring's effect, the medicine keeps off the needle and closes, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The opening or closing movement of the vial needle is reversed.
As shown in fig. 5, a first slide bar sliding groove 711 is provided in the medicine transmission slide bar 71, a first slide bar supporting rod 713 is provided in the first slide bar sliding groove 711, and a first slide bar return spring 714 is provided between the first slide bar supporting rod 713 and the first slide bar sliding groove 711. The first slide bar strut is provided in two, 712 and 713 respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, the medicine positioning extrusion piece 73 includes an extrusion piece body 730 and an extrusion part 731 disposed on the side of the extrusion piece body 730, the edge of the extrusion part 731 is in a concave arc shape and is in contact connection with the medicine positioning unit 8, a second sliding rod sliding groove 732 is disposed in the extrusion piece body 730, a second sliding rod supporting rod 734 is disposed in the second sliding rod sliding groove 732, and a second sliding rod return spring 735 is disposed between the second sliding rod supporting rod 734 and the second sliding rod sliding groove 732. The sunken arc shape at 731 edge of extrusion portion makes the extruded piece be close to more to medicine fender needle's extrusion range, and the medicine keeps off the opening between the needle and is big more, opens the medicine fast and keeps off the needle to make the medicine granule pass through. Two second slide bar struts are provided, 733 and 734 respectively.
As shown in fig. 8, the vial driving slide 74 includes a driving portion 741 and a collision portion 742, the driving portion 741 is in touch connection with the power device, and the collision portion 742 is in touch connection with the vial positioning unit 9; a third sliding rod sliding groove 743 is arranged in the transmission part 741, a third sliding rod supporting rod 745 is arranged in the third sliding rod sliding groove 743, and a third sliding rod return spring 746 is arranged between the third sliding rod supporting rod 745 and the third sliding rod sliding groove 743; the collision part 742 has a small-end structure. When the medicine bottle needle blocking device is operated, the head of the collision part contacts the medicine bottle needle blocking connecting part firstly, the head of the collision part is small and the tail of the collision part is large, the collision part penetrates into the medicine bottle needle blocking connecting part more, and the medicine bottle needle blocking connecting part is expanded to be larger, so that the medicine bottle needle blocking is controlled to be closed. Two third slide bar struts are provided, 744 and 745 respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the medicine transmission unit 4 is arranged in the rack 10, the medicine bottle transmission unit 5 penetrates through the rack 10, an opening is formed in the contact position of the medicine bottle transmission unit 5 and the rack 10, the height of the opening is larger than that of a medicine bottle, so that the two sides of the medicine bottle transmission unit are conveniently connected with other external production equipment, and rack feet 11 are arranged below the rack 10.
The rotating speeds of the rotating concave wheel, the driving roller, the medicine transmission unit, the medicine bottle transmission unit and the rotating cam simultaneously comprise the shape radian of the convex part, and are not particularly limited, and the rotating speeds can be designed by adopting the existing design or can be set according to actual requirements.
