and step 3: an operator places an empty bag in the placing box (15), holds the bag with one hand, and lifts the balance plate (11) upwards with the other hand until the clamping rod (26) is separated from the clamping seat (25), and meanwhile, the bottom end of the balance plate (11) is separated from the motor switch (16), so that the motor switch (16) is in a closed circuit state, and the driving motor (5) is electrified to work;
and 4, step 4: brown sugar flows into the packaging bag through the material guide pipe (8), one side of the balance plate (11) close to the placing box (15) moves downwards along with the increase of the brown sugar in the packaging bag, the bottom end of the balance plate (11) is in contact with the top end of the buffer seat (21) and pushes the buffer seat (21) to move downwards, and when the bottom end of the balance plate (11) is in contact with the top end of the motor switch (16), the motor switch (16) is disconnected to enable the driving motor (5) to be powered off;
and 5: an operator presses the balance plate (11) downwards by one hand until the clamping rod (26) is clamped into the clamping seat (25), and the other hand of the operator takes down the packaging bag filled with the brown sugar.
Background
The brown sugar refers to sugarcane finished sugar with honey, the sugarcane is juiced and concentrated to form the honey, the brown sugar has the effects of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, tonifying spleen and warming stomach, dispelling wind and cold, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and for the convenience of selling, the brown sugar generally needs to be filled to be divided into small packages.

and step 3: an operator places the empty packing bag in the placing box, holds the packing bag with one hand, and lifts the balance plate upwards with the other hand until the clamping rod is separated from the clamping seat, and meanwhile, the bottom end of the balance plate is separated from the motor switch, so that the motor switch is in a closed circuit state, and the motor is driven to work in a power-on mode;
and 4, step 4: the brown sugar flows into the packaging bag through the material guide pipe, one side of the balance plate close to the placing box moves downwards along with the increase of the brown sugar in the packaging bag, the bottom end of the balance plate is in contact with the top end of the buffer seat and pushes the buffer seat to move downwards, and when the bottom end of the balance plate is in contact with the top end of the motor switch, the motor switch is switched off to enable the driving motor to be powered off;
and 5: the operator presses the balance plate downwards with one hand until the clamping rod is clamped into the clamping seat, and the other hand of the operator takes down the packaging bag filled with the brown sugar.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: firstly, through the design of the weighing mechanism, an operator places weights with proper weight in the loading box, presses the end of the balance plate close to the placing box downwards until the clamping rod is clamped in the clamping seat, presses the motor switch at the bottom end of the balance plate, so that the motor switch is in an open circuit state, an operator electrically connects the motor switch with an external power supply, the brown sugar flows into the interior of the packaging bag through the material guide pipe, one side of the balance plate close to the placing box moves downwards along with the increase of the brown sugar in the packaging bag, the bottom end of the balance plate is contacted with the top end of the buffer seat and pushes the buffer seat to move downwards, when the bottom end of the balance plate contacts the top end of the motor switch, the motor switch is disconnected to cut off the power of the driving motor, when the brown sugar in the packaging bag reaches a certain amount, the driving motor can be automatically closed to realize quantitative brown sugar filling.
Secondly, through the design of the buffer mechanism, when the balance plate begins to incline, the bottom end of the balance plate is in contact with the top end of the buffer seat and pushes the buffer seat to move downwards, meanwhile, the buffer seat pushes the buffer spring to move and compresses the buffer spring, so that the balance plate is buffered, the bottom end of the balance plate is in contact with the top end of the motor switch, the balance plate is buffered through the buffer seat and the buffer spring, and the motor switch is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the balance plate is too fast.
Thirdly, through the design of the limiting mechanism, an operator places the empty packing bag in the placing box, holds the packing bag with one hand, lifts the balance plate upwards with the other hand until the clamping rod is separated from the clamping seat, at the moment, one side of the balance plate close to the placing box moves upwards, the balance plate drives the fixing box to move upwards to a certain height, and then the rope is tightened, so that the further lifting of the balance plate is limited, and the maximum lifting height of the balance plate is controlled.

step 2: an operator places a weight 14 with proper weight inside the load bearing box 13, presses down one end of the balance plate 11 close to the placing box 15 until the clamping rod 26 is clamped inside the clamping seat 25, and presses the motor switch 16 at the bottom end of the balance plate 11, so that the motor switch 16 is in an open circuit state, and the operator electrically connects the motor switch 16 with an external power supply;
