1. A wire-controlled handle, comprising: the handle comprises a handle shell, a rotating plate, a pull wire and a door-shaped clamping pin, wherein the rotating plate is provided with a button handle, the rotating plate is rotatably arranged on the handle shell, the pull wire is connected with the rotating plate, and the tail end of the pull wire is sleeved with a return spring;
the handle shell is provided with a mounting seat, one end of the stop block, which is close to the mounting seat, is provided with a clamping notch, and the slide way comprises a first slide way, a second slide way and a third slide way which are sequentially communicated;
the door-shaped clamping pin comprises a cross rod, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod, the first vertical rod is inserted on the mounting seat, the second vertical rod is arranged on the slideway, and the second vertical rod and the slideway can slide relatively by the rotation of the rotating plate;
when the rotating plate rotates towards the first direction, the second vertical rod slides into the clamping notch along the first slide way, the door-shaped clamping pin props against the stop block, and the rotating plate is positioned at a first station; when the rotating plate at the first station rotates towards a second direction, the second vertical rod is separated from the clamping gap and enters a second slide way, and simultaneously, under the action of the reset spring, the second vertical rod sequentially slides into the first slide way along the second slide way and a third slide way; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
2. A wire-controlled handle according to claim 1, wherein: the handle shell is provided with a spring plate which is pressed on the door-shaped clamping pin.
3. A wire-controlled handle according to claim 2, wherein: the elastic sheet is an L-shaped elastic sheet, the L-shaped elastic sheet comprises a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet, the length of the first elastic sheet is larger than that of the second elastic sheet, the first elastic sheet is pressed on the cross rod in a pressing mode, and the second elastic sheet is arranged on the handle shell along the mounting seat.
4. A wire-controlled handle according to claim 3, wherein: the tail end of the rotating plate is of an arc-shaped structure, the arc-shaped structure is provided with a wire guide groove, the pull wire is arranged on the wire guide groove, and the reset spring on the tail end of the pull wire is abutted between the handle shell and the tail end of the wire guide groove.
5. The wire-controlled handle according to claim 4, wherein: the rotating plate is provided with a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the handle shell, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the button handle.
6. A wire-controlled handle according to claim 5, wherein: the handle shell is provided with an installation hole site.
7. A shock absorber, comprising: the shock absorber comprises a wire-controlled handle as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A vehicle, characterized by: the vehicle including a shock absorber as set forth in claim 7.
9. A vehicle according to claim 8, wherein: the vehicle includes one of a bicycle, an electric vehicle, and a motorcycle.
Background
On the market at present, drive-by-wire handle can only realize locking the switch alone or open the switch, promptly: the drive-by-wire handle of the locking switch and the drive-by-wire handle of the opening switch are separated, so that the operation is inconvenient and the appearance is not harmonious. For example, the bicycle front fork shock absorber is adjusted by using the handles, two handles are required to be installed on the bicycle, and due to the fact that a certain distance exists between the two handles, the fingers of a rider need to be separated from the handlebar to complete the switching between the locking state and the unlocking state, and potential safety hazards exist in the riding process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wire-controlled handle that can be switched between a locked state and an unlocked state by a single-handed operation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a steer-by-wire handle comprising: the handle comprises a handle shell, a rotating plate, a pull wire and a door-shaped clamping pin, wherein the rotating plate is provided with a button handle, the rotating plate is rotatably arranged on the handle shell, the pull wire is connected with the rotating plate, and the tail end of the pull wire is sleeved with a return spring;
the handle shell is provided with a mounting seat, one end of the stop block, which is close to the mounting seat, is provided with a clamping notch, and the slide way consists of a first slide way, a second slide way and a third slide way which are sequentially communicated;
the door-shaped clamping pin consists of a cross rod, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod, the first vertical rod is inserted on the mounting seat, the second vertical rod is arranged on the slide way, and the rotation of the rotating plate can enable the second vertical rod and the slide way to slide relatively;
when the rotating plate rotates towards the first direction, the second vertical rod slides into the clamping notch along the first slide way, the door-shaped clamping pin props against the stop block, and the rotating plate is positioned at a first station; when the rotating plate at the first station rotates towards a second direction, the second vertical rod is separated from the clamping gap and enters a second slide way, and simultaneously, under the action of the reset spring, the second vertical rod sequentially slides into the first slide way along the second slide way and a third slide way; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
Furthermore, the handle shell is provided with a spring plate which is pressed on the door-shaped clamping pin.
Furthermore, the elastic sheet is an L-shaped elastic sheet, the L-shaped elastic sheet is composed of a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet, the length of the first elastic sheet is larger than that of the second elastic sheet, the first elastic sheet is pressed on the cross rod in a pressing mode, and the second elastic sheet is arranged on the handle shell along the mounting seat.
Furthermore, the tail end of the rotating plate is of an arc-shaped structure, the arc-shaped structure is provided with a wire guide groove, the pull wire is arranged on the wire guide groove, and the reset spring on the tail end of the pull wire abuts against the position between the handle shell and the tail end of the wire guide groove.
Further, the rotating plate is provided with a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the handle shell, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the button handle.
Further, the handle shell is provided with an installation hole site.
The present invention is also directed to a shock absorber, which can be operated by a single hand to switch between locking and unlocking.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a shock absorber comprising a wire-controlled handle as set forth in one of the objects of the present invention.
The invention also aims to provide a vehicle, which can realize the switching between the locking and the unlocking of the shock absorber through the one-hand operation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a vehicle comprising a shock absorber as set forth in the second aspect of the invention.
Further, the vehicle includes one of a bicycle, an electric vehicle, and a motorcycle.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention discloses a drive-by-wire handle, a shock absorber and a vehicle, comprising: the handle comprises a handle shell, a rotating plate, a button handle, a pull wire, a return spring and a door-shaped clamping pin; the handle shell is provided with a mounting seat, and one end of the stop block, which is close to the mounting seat, is provided with a clamping notch; the door-shaped clamping pin is composed of a cross rod, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod, the first vertical rod is inserted in the mounting seat, and the second vertical rod is arranged on the slide way. The button handle is used for controlling the rotating plate to rotate, when the rotating plate rotates towards a first direction, the second vertical rod slides into the clamping notch along the first slide way, the door-shaped clamping pin props against the stop block, and the rotating plate is in a locked state under the combined action of the pull wire; when being in the dead state of lock the commentaries on classics board when rotating to the second direction, the second montant breaks away from the screens breach gets into the second slide, simultaneously, under reset spring's effect, the second montant is followed according to the preface the second slide, the third slide slides in first slide, at this moment the commentaries on classics board is in the open mode. The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present embodiment relates to a wire-controlled handle, including: the bicycle front fork shock absorber comprises a handle shell 9, a rotating plate 10, a pull wire 6 and a door-shaped clamping pin 7, wherein the rotating plate 10 is provided with a button handle 3, the rotating plate 10 is rotatably arranged on the handle shell 9, the pull wire 6 is connected with the rotating plate 10, a return spring is sleeved at one end of the pull wire 6 (namely the tail end 14 of the pull wire), the other end of the pull wire 6 is connected with a bicycle front fork shock absorber or other devices needing switch locking and opening switching, and the rotating plate 10 rotates to control the tightness degree of the pull wire 6 so as to control the locking or opening of the bicycle front fork shock absorber.
The rotating plate 10 is provided with a stop block 12, the periphery of the stop block 12 is provided with a slideway communicated end to end, the handle shell 9 is provided with an installation seat 4, one end of the stop block 12 close to the installation seat 4 is provided with a clamping gap 11, and the slideway consists of a first slideway 13, a second slideway 16 and a third slideway 17 which are connected in sequence;
the door-shaped clamping pin 7 consists of a cross rod, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod, the first vertical rod is inserted in the mounting seat 4, and the second vertical rod is arranged on the slide way;
the button handle 3 is pressed down to enable the rotating plate 10 to rotate, so that the second vertical rod and the slide way can slide relatively, when the rotating plate 10 rotates anticlockwise, the second vertical rod slides into the clamping gap 11 along the first slide way 13, the door-shaped clamping pin 7 props against the stop block 12, meanwhile, the stay wire 6 is in a tensioning state, the rotating plate 10 is in a locking state under the combined action of the stay wire 6 and the door-shaped clamping pin 7, and at the moment, the front fork shock absorber of the bicycle closes a shock absorption function; when the rotating plate 10 in the locked state rotates clockwise, the second vertical rod is separated from the clamping gap 11 and enters the second slideway 16, and the stay wire 6 is in the relaxed state at the moment, namely, the bicycle front fork shock absorber starts the shock absorbing function at the moment; meanwhile, under the action of the return spring, the second vertical rod slides into the first slideway 13 along the second slideway 16 and the third slideway 17 in sequence, so as to prepare for the rotating plate 10 to enter a locked state again.
The dead lock of traditional bicycle front fork shock absorber drive-by-wire handle is two switches with opening, complex operation, and during the operation, the hand need break away from the handle, has the potential safety hazard. Compared with the traditional bicycle front fork shock absorber line control handle, the invention can realize the switching between the locking state and the opening state of the bicycle front fork shock absorber through the thumb operation of one hand, the palm does not need a handlebar, the operation is convenient, and the safety factor of a rider is improved.
Note that, in fig. 3, two reference numerals 13 denote the first chute 13.
Furthermore, the handle shell 9 is provided with an elastic sheet which is pressed on the door-shaped clamping pin 7;
in the scheme, the elastic sheet protects the door-shaped clamping pin 7 from deviating from the slide way due to the action of external force during movement.
Furthermore, the elastic sheet is an L-shaped elastic sheet, the L-shaped elastic sheet is composed of a first elastic sheet 5 and a second elastic sheet 15, the length of the first elastic sheet 5 is greater than that of the second elastic sheet 15, the first elastic sheet 5 is pressed on the cross rod, and the second elastic sheet 15 is arranged on the handle shell 9 along the mounting seat 4;
in the scheme, the L-shaped elastic sheet is high in fit degree with the door-shaped clamping pin 7, and the pressing effect is better.
Furthermore, the tail end of the rotating plate 10 is of an arc structure, the arc structure is provided with a wire guide groove 8, and the pull wire 6 is arranged on the wire guide groove 8; the purpose of the limitation is to better fix the pulling wire 6 by using the wire guiding groove 8, because the wire guiding groove 8 can increase the contact area with the pulling wire 6, thereby increasing the friction force, so that the pulling wire 6 is not easy to be separated from the rotating plate 10;
the return spring is abutted between the handle housing 9 and the end of the wire guide groove 8, and the purpose of limitation is simple structure and good return effect.
Furthermore, the rotating plate 10 is provided with a rotating shaft 2, one end of the rotating shaft 2 is connected with the handle shell 9, and the other end of the rotating shaft 2 is connected with the button handle 3; the purpose of the limitation is to rotate the rotating plate 10 by dialing the button handle 3, which is convenient for operation and simple in structure.
Further, the handle shell 9 is provided with an installation hole site 1, so that the handle shell 9 can be conveniently installed on a handlebar.
Example two
This embodiment relates to a shock absorber, which includes a wire-controlled handle as described in the first embodiment; this embodiment the switching that the shock absorber deadlocked and opened just can be realized through one-hand operation to the shock absorber, convenient operation has improved the factor of safety of riding passerby.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment relates to a vehicle comprising a shock absorber as described in the second embodiment; this embodiment the vehicle just can realize switching of locking and opening of shock absorber through one-hand operation, convenient operation has improved passerby's factor of safety.
Further, the vehicle includes one of a bicycle, an electric vehicle, and a motorcycle.
