1. A seat vibration device (100), comprising:

a first vibrating member (10) and a second vibrating member (20), the second vibrating member (20) being engaged with the first vibrating member (10) through a flexible member (40);

a driving member (30), the driving member (30) being engaged with the first vibrating member (10),

wherein the flexible member (40) is switchable between a first state and a second state, the driving member (30) can drive the first vibrating member (10) and the second vibrating member (20) to move when the flexible member (40) is in the first state, and the driving member (30) can drive the first vibrating member (10) to move when the flexible member (40) is in the second state.

2. The vibrating device (100) of a seat according to claim 1, wherein a slot (21) is formed at one side of the second vibrating member (20), the flexible member (40) is adapted to be inserted into the slot (21), and the flexible member (40) is in adhesive fit with a side wall of the slot (21).

3. The seat vibrating device (100) according to claim 2, wherein the second vibrating member (20) is formed in a ring shape and includes two semi-ring shaped vibrating portions (22), and the two vibrating portions (22) are snap-fitted.

The vibration device (100) of a seat according to claim 1, wherein the flexible member (40) is formed substantially as a ring member having a U-shaped cross section, the first vibration member (10) is provided inside the flexible member (40) and at least a portion of the first vibration member (10) is adapted to be inserted into the flexible member (40), and the second vibration member (20) is provided outside the flexible member (40).

5. The vibrating device (100) of a seat according to claim 4, characterized in that said first vibrating member (10) has an outwardly protruding boss (11), said boss (11) being adapted to be plugged into said flexible member (40) and to be adhesively engaged with said flexible member (40).

The seat vibrating device (100) according to claim 1, further comprising: and the vibration expansion plate (50) is arranged on the outer side of the second vibrating piece (20) and is connected with the second vibrating piece (20), wherein the vibration expansion plate (50) is suitable for being fixedly connected with a seat.

10. A vehicle seat (200), characterized by comprising a vibration device (100) of a seat according to any one of claims 1-9.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a vibration device for a seat, which can switch vibration regions to achieve different massage effects.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a seat vibration apparatus comprising:

The first connecting portion 41 is located at the connecting portion of the first vibrating element 10 and the flexible element 40, as shown in fig. 5, the first connecting portion 41 is located at the side wall of the boss 11, so that the stability and reliability of the connection between the flexible element 40 and the first vibrating element 10 can be improved, and further it is ensured that when the flexible element 40 is in the first state, the second vibrating element 20 and the first vibrating element 10 can be connected in a rigid manner, thereby preventing phenomena such as slipping and the like or disconnection.

In this embodiment, the flexible member 40 is bonded to the first vibration member 10, and the connection is convenient. Of course, the first vibrating member 10 may be located at the top wall of the boss 11.

As shown in fig. 5, in some examples, the flexible member 40 also has a throat, and correspondingly, the cross section of the snap projection 11 gradually increases from inside to outside, and the outer wall surface of the snap projection 11 forms a smooth arc surface, so that by designing the throat structure, the snap projection 11 can be fixed to a certain extent, the snap projection 11 is prevented from coming off from the flexible member 40, the flexible member 40 and the first vibrating member 40 are ensured to have reliable matching, and the stability of the overall structure is improved.

As shown in fig. 6, in some specific examples, the flexible member 40 is a ring-shaped member, and correspondingly, the first vibration member 10 and the second vibration member 20 are both formed in a ring shape, wherein the first vibration member 10 is disposed inside the flexible member 40, the second vibration member 20 is disposed outside the flexible member 40, the flexible member 40 is adhesively fitted with the first vibration member 10 at the position of the first connection portion 41, and the flexible member 40 is adhesively fitted with the second vibration member 20 at the position of the second connection portion 42.

As shown in fig. 1-6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration device 100 further includes a vibration-expanding plate 50, the vibration-expanding plate 50 is disposed outside the second vibration member 20, and the vibration-expanding plate 50 can be bonded to the second vibration member 20, wherein the vibration-expanding plate 50 is adapted to be fixedly connected to a seat, for example, a cavity is formed on a back surface of a foam assembly of the seat, the vibration device 100 is mounted in the cavity, and the vibration-expanding plate 50 is bonded to a wall surface of the cavity, thereby achieving fixing of the vibration device 100, and a cushion pad can be disposed on the vibration device 100, wherein the cushion pad covers the vibration device 100 in the cavity, thereby moving the vibration-expanding plate 50 when the second vibration member 20 is moved.
