the building body module 70 comprises six rental display blocks 31 distributed at two opposite end surfaces of the floor module 71, each rental display block 31 is matched with a first indicator light 35 and a second indicator light 36, and when the first indicator light 35 and the second indicator light 36 are independently lighted, different rental situations of the house at the place can be displayed on the rental display block 31.

if the staff wants to show the renting condition of the building, the staff can insert two finger tips into the finger grooves 32 at the position of the un-rented house, rotate the renting and selling display block 31 clockwise for ninety degrees, so that the conductive block 52 is simultaneously attached to the two second conductive sheets 42, the battery 43, the electromagnet 44, the first indicator light 35, the conductive block 52 and the two second conductive sheets 42 form a closed loop, the first indicator light 35 is electrified to emit light, only half of the patterns representing the un-rented house on the light blocking strip 33 emit light under the blocking effect of the light blocking strip 33, the adjustment of the renting and selling display block 31 is finished according to the actual renting condition of the building, the un-rented renting and selling display block 31 is lightened, and the rented renting and selling display block 31 is not lightened;

the other two building body modules 70 represent different buildings, the three buildings can be displayed, and after a client makes a room reservation/rents, a worker can manually rotate the renting and selling display block 31, so that the renting and selling information of the buildings is updated in real time;
when the renting and selling display block 31 needs to be replaced, the renting and selling display block 31 is manually pushed inwards by force, the pressure spring 47 is compressed to a large extent, when the pressure spring 47 resets, the moving block 48 is driven to push the circular block 49 out of the sliding rail 46, the square frame shell 39 is pushed out for a certain distance, the renting and selling display block 31 is moved to the external space, the renting and selling display block 31 can be manually taken down for replacement, after the replacement is completed, the renting and selling display block 31 is pushed, the circular block 49 enters the sliding rail 46, and the resetting is completed.
