firstly, two motors 34 are started to respectively drive the two fan blades 35 to rotate, wherein the rotation directions of the two fan blades 35 are opposite, because one fan blade introduces outside air flow into an air cavity, and the other fan blade exhausts turbid odor air in the air cavity, the outside air flow is introduced into the air cavity from an air port 31 through the rotation drive of the two fan blades 35, and after the outside air flow is exhausted into the inner space of the transparent glass cover 5, the turbid odor air in the transparent glass cover 5 is exhausted into the other air cavity again, and the turbid odor air in the air cavity is exhausted again through the driving of the motor 34 and the fan blades 35, so that an air path is ensured to be smooth;
secondly, according to the customer of different heights, can adjust the height of table 1 that is a plurality of building models 14 through the mode that starts lift cylinder 27, conveniently observe, specific operating procedure is as follows:
the first step is as follows: the lifting cylinder 27 is started to push the shaft sleeve 37 by using the inserted rod, and the top end of the inserted rod is movably inserted into the inner cavity of the lower bottom of the shaft sleeve 37, so that the separation of the supporting lifting mechanism 2 and the air box 3 can be realized, the maintenance, the replacement and the daily maintenance are convenient, the integral height of the air box 3 and the table plate 1 can be adjusted in a lifting way, the height of the floor model 14 movably inserted on the table plate 1 is adjusted in a lifting way, and therefore, customers with different heights can conveniently observe the floor model 14;
the second step is that: considering that the appearance of the building observed by the client needs to move around the sand table, the observation efficiency is reduced, so that universal wheels 28 are fixedly mounted at the bottom ends of the four shaft cylinders 21, the appearance of the whole building can be observed by 360 degrees on the premise that the client keeps still by directly rotating the table plate 1, and the observation efficiency is improved; the top ends of the four shaft cylinders 21 are respectively provided with a shaft cavity 29, the circle centers of the bottom ends of the four circular stoppers 23 are vertically and fixedly connected with limiting rods 210, and the four limiting rods 210 are respectively and movably inserted into the corresponding shaft cavities 29, so that the problem of unstable lifting is further considered when the lifting cylinder 27 pushes the table plate 1 to lift, and the stability of lifting driving of the lifting cylinder 27 is improved by utilizing the form that the four fixed shaft cylinders 21 and the four limiting rods 210 are mutually inserted;
and (3) maintenance:
firstly, the building model 14 is cleaned, the transparent glass cover 5 can be taken down through the fixed block 51, and then the inserting shafts 15 at the bottom end of the building model 14 are respectively pulled out from the corresponding inserting grooves 17, so that the building model 14 can be cleaned in a separable way;
secondly, the four limiting rods 210 are maintained, the operation method is that lubricating oil is injected into the annular groove 211, and the lubricating oil naturally flows down to the outer rod walls of the limiting rods 210 through the lubricating oil injection groove 212 due to gravity, so that the purpose of lubricating and reducing abrasion is achieved;
finally, the two filter screens 44 are cleaned, the operation method is that the two fixed handles 41 are respectively held, then the corresponding mounting frame 42 is extracted, in the extraction process, the plurality of rollers 46 are in rolling contact with the upper cavity top and lower cavity bottom of the corresponding insertion cavity 32 and the upper cavity top and lower cavity bottom of the air port 31 again, the mounting frame 42 is convenient to take out, and the two filter screens 44 are respectively embedded and fixedly mounted in the mounting cavities 43 of the corresponding mounting frames 42, so that the two filter screens 44 are taken out together, and dust and impurities accumulated at the mesh holes are convenient to clean.
