the AM EAS detection module is used for carrying out remanence detection on the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag on the commodity which is subjected to demagnetization processing to obtain remanence data information;
the storage module is used for recording and storing the residual magnetism data information;
the comparison module is used for comparing the residual magnetism data information with a preset alarm threshold value;
the communication module is used for data communication between the demagnetization system and the detection system, and specifically, the remanence data information is transmitted to the detection system through the communication module;
the signal transmission module is used for receiving the residual magnetism data information;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the preset alarm threshold value according to the residual magnetism data information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the degaussing module comprises a degausser or a degaussing bucket.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the checkout system comprises a checkout APP or a self-service checkout machine.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the AM EAS detection module is a 58KHz AM EAS detector.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the detection system is an AM EAS detection system.
6. The system for demagnetizing a self-service cash register merchandise anti-theft tag according to claim 1, further comprising an execution module electrically connected to the comparison module and the communication module, respectively;
the execution module is used for executing corresponding execution operation according to a comparison result of the residual magnetism data information and the preset alarm threshold value;
specifically, when the residual magnetism data information is smaller than a preset alarm threshold value, the execution module determines that the residual magnetism state is not present, and the residual magnetism data information does not need to be sent to the detection system through the communication module;
or the like, or, alternatively,
when the residual magnetism data information is larger than a preset alarm threshold value, the execution module confirms that the residual magnetism state exists, and the residual magnetism data information is sent to the detection system through the communication module.

The system of claim 6, wherein when the execution module determines that there is a residual magnetism state, the residual magnetism data information is sent to the detection system through the communication module, and the signal transmission module in the detection system receives the residual magnetism data information and adjusts the preset alarm threshold through the adjustment module in the control chip.
8. The system for demagnetizing a self-service checkout merchandise anti-theft tag according to claim 1, wherein the detection system further comprises a call-back module, the call-back module being electrically connected to the adjustment module;
the call-back module is used for restoring the preset alarm threshold value to an initial preset value after the preset alarm threshold value is adjusted by the adjusting module.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the communication module comprises a TCP/IP protocol, bluetooth, or WIFI over wireless.

Background
With the acceleration of the rhythm of the social life at present, shopping malls are used as a way for improving the life, and the phenomenon of queuing and paying in the shopping malls can occur; the problem of the payment of lining up in the market can be solved to self-service cash registering machine, and the using value that self-service cash registering machine brought is great, solves the receipts silver problem on the one hand, equally also can improve the receipts silver speed greatly, solves the problem of lining up, and on the other hand, customer oneself operates cash registering equipment and has increased the interest of shopping and can also know the amount of money of oneself shopping cost constantly.
When the cash is paid by self-service, the goods need to be demagnetized due to the presence of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag.
At present, the material of the commodity package, such as tinfoil, tinplate and the like, has an influence on the demagnetization effect, and the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag may have a small amount of remanence after demagnetization; when a customer carries an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag with residual magnetism and pays a bill, the customer can also cause an anti-theft alarm to alarm and influence the shopping experience of the customer when the paid commodity passes through the residual magnetism detection system.

The alarm device can avoid the phenomenon that in the application of an unattended supermarket, after a customer purchases commodities to complete a transaction and the commodity anti-theft tags are demagnetized, the phenomenon that the alarm or even the exit cannot be realized when the commodities carrying the anti-theft tags with residual magnetism are detected by a detection system arranged at an exit by the customer due to the residual magnetism of the tags can be avoided.

Next, a degaussing system for a self-service checkout article surveillance tag in the present exemplary embodiment will be further described.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the demagnetizing module includes a demagnetizer or a demagnetizing bucket; after the customer pays the transaction money, demagnetizing the commodity with the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label through a demagnetizer or a demagnetizing barrel, and demagnetizing the commodity in a demagnetizing area; in a specific embodiment of the invention, a degaussing barrel is adopted, specifically a promoma-intelligent degaussing barrel PD 994; and (5) putting the commodity in a demagnetizing barrel for demagnetizing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cash register system includes a cash register APP (application, mobile software) or a self-service cash register; when the commodity finishes receiving silver through receiving silver APP or self-service cash registering machine, receive silver APP or self-service cash registering machine and give the suggestion of corresponding demagnetization.
In one embodiment of the invention, the detection module is a 58KHz AM EAS detector; in a specific embodiment of the invention, the detector is a 58KHz acoustic-magnetic label detector, and the residual magnetic data information of the commodity can be detected by the 58KHz acoustic-magnetic label detector, wherein the specific residual magnetic data information is a signal amplitude parameter value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the detection system is an AM EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) detection system; in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the detection system is a PAS9029PW type, and a control chip is disposed in the detection system, and the control chip is electrically connected to the signal transmission module, the comparison module, the execution module, the adjustment module, and the callback module, respectively. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the signal transmission module may include one or more of an antenna, a 58KHz signal transmitting and receiving circuit, and a communication circuit; wherein the antenna is composed of a receiving coil and a transmitting coil.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the comparison module is configured to compare the residual magnetism data information with a preset alarm threshold; in a specific embodiment of the invention, a comparison module is compared with a preset alarm threshold value, and whether residual magnetism data information is sent to a detection system through a communication module is selected according to a comparison result; it should be noted that the comparison module plays a role in screening in the demagnetization system, so that residual magnetism data information which does not need to be adjusted by the adjustment module to preset an alarm threshold value is prevented from being sent to the detection system, and more data communication can be avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the demagnetization system further includes an execution module, and the execution module is electrically connected to the comparison module and the communication module respectively; the execution module is used for executing corresponding execution operation according to a comparison result of the residual magnetism data information and the preset alarm threshold value; specifically, when the residual magnetism data information is smaller than a preset alarm threshold value, the execution module determines that the residual magnetism state is not present, and the residual magnetism data information does not need to be sent to the detection system through the communication module; or when the residual magnetism data information is larger than a preset alarm threshold value, the execution module determines that the residual magnetism state exists, and sends the residual magnetism data information to the detection system through the communication module; in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the execution module is configured to select a corresponding execution operation according to different selections of the comparison result; specifically, when the comparison result is in a state without residual magnetism, residual magnetism data information does not need to be sent to the detection system through the communication module; and when the comparison result shows that the residual magnetism exists, the residual magnetism data information is sent to the detection system through the communication module.
It should be noted that, when the execution module determines that there is a residual magnetism state, the residual magnetism data information is sent to the detection system through the communication module, the signal transmission module in the detection system receives the residual magnetism data information, and the preset alarm threshold value is adjusted through the adjustment module in the control chip; the preset alarm threshold value is increased through the adjusting module, so that the increased preset alarm threshold value is larger than the residual magnetism data information, and the AM EAS detection system can not send out alarm information when a customer carries commodities and passes through the detection system.
It should be noted that the preset alarm threshold needs to be set according to the detection distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag and the strength of the residual magnetism.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the detection system further includes a callback module, and the callback module is electrically connected to the adjustment module; the callback module is used for recovering the preset alarm threshold value to an initial preset value after the adjustment module adjusts the preset alarm threshold value; in a specific embodiment of the invention, a control chip of the detection system controls a callback module; and when the customer leaves, the AM EAS detection system at the outlet of the shopping mall restores the improved preset alarm threshold value to the original initial preset alarm threshold value through the callback module.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the communication module includes a TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ) Protocol, a bluetooth, or a wireless WIFI; and transmitting the residual magnetism data information to a detection system through a TCP/IP protocol, Bluetooth or wireless WIFI, and correspondingly receiving the residual magnetism data information by a signal transmission module of the detection system.
In an embodiment of the invention, the system further comprises an alarm module arranged in the detection system, and the alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the commodity is detected not to be demagnetized completely or not.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the using method specifically comprises: the method comprises the steps that the cashier system finishes cashier, gives a demagnetization instruction, demagnetizes a commodity with a sound-magnetism anti-theft label through a demagnetization module, detects remanence data information through a detection module, and records the remanence data information, namely a signal amplitude parameter value, of the commodity with the sound-magnetism anti-theft label through a storage module; comparing the signal amplitude parameter value with a preset alarm threshold value through a comparison module, and executing whether the signal amplitude parameter value is sent to a detection system or not through an execution module according to a comparison result; the comparison result is specifically divided into that when the signal amplitude parameter value is lower than a preset alarm threshold value, the residual magnetism is considered to be absent, residual magnetism data information does not need to be sent to a detection system, namely, the detector does not trigger alarm at an outlet; or when the signal amplitude parameter value is larger than the preset alarm threshold value, the residual magnetism is considered to exist, the residual magnetism data information is sent to the detection system through the communication module, the detection system receives the residual magnetism data information through the signal transmission module, the preset alarm threshold value is automatically increased through the adjusting module in the control chip, and the alarm module in the detection system is ensured not to send out an alarm signal; and after the customer carries the commodity with the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label out of the market, the improved preset alarm threshold value is adjusted back to the initial preset value through the adjusting back module.
