When shopping is completed, the goods selected by the consumer are displayed on the display screen. And then, swiping a card by using a credit card or placing a payment code on the mobile phone on a camera of the intelligent shopping cart to complete the payment of the commodity. In addition, some intelligent shopping carts include an autopilot or auto-follow module that addresses the hands of the consumer. The intelligent shopping cart can replace two manual posts of a shopping guide and a cashier, can also be used as a carrier, and saves labor cost.

Although current intelligent shopping carts address many advantages, the following disadvantages remain: (1) the current intelligent shopping cart still needs people to select goods along with the shopping cart, and consumers still need to spend a great deal of time to search for needed goods; (2) current intelligent shopping carts still need to address theft prevention issues, such as: the cap company uses a combination of a camera and a weight sensor to identify the items that a consumer places on a shopping cart. Compared with the traditional merchant super management system, the intelligent merchant super adds functional modules such as intelligent shopping cart management, intelligent shopping cart path planning, intelligent shelf management and intelligent locker management to the system background.

It will be appreciated that since there may be different types of merchandise, for example, frozen merchandise, large merchandise, etc. in addition to conventional merchandise, different types of intelligent shopping carts may be configured specifically for the different types of merchandise to allow for the retrieval and transportation of different types of merchandise.

In a particular implementation, for example, for conventional types of merchandise, a conventional smart shopping cart with shopping baskets may be used. For frozen commodities, in order to avoid unfreezing and melting of the commodities and influence on user experience, an intelligent shopping cart with a freezing box can be used. For large goods such as rice, since a bag of rice may have a relatively large volume, the storage bucket of the conventional shopping cart may not be loaded, and thus, the large goods may be moved by the push shovel using the smart shopping cart with the push shovel. Other more types of intelligent shopping carts can be designed and used for different types of goods, which is not limited in this embodiment, and in this embodiment, a conventional type of intelligent shopping cart is taken as an example for illustration.

It should be understood that the smart cloud service platform can acquire the shopping cart types and the shopping cart positions corresponding to the smart shopping carts within the smart shopping mall, determine the commodity quantity information, the commodity position information, the commodity weight information, the commodity size information and the commodity type information according to the target commodity information, determine the shopping cart quantity and the shopping cart selection conditions according to the commodity quantity information, the commodity position information, the commodity weight information, the commodity size information and the commodity type information, and determine the target smart shopping carts according to the shopping cart quantity, the shopping cart selection conditions and the shopping cart types and the shopping cart positions corresponding to the smart shopping carts. The number of shopping carts and the shopping cart selection condition are determined by integrating information of commodity number information, commodity position information, commodity weight information, commodity size information and commodity type information, and one or more shopping carts are selected from the intelligent shopping carts according to the information to serve as target intelligent shopping carts corresponding to the order.

The intelligent cloud service platform can also determine a target intelligent shelf where a target commodity is located according to the target commodity information, obtain shelf position information corresponding to the target intelligent shelf and a business over-map corresponding to the intelligent business over-map, and determine a goods taking point on the business over-map according to the shelf position information; and planning a path according to the goods taking point to obtain a driving path, and generating a commodity extracting instruction according to the target commodity information, the driving path and the order extracting type.

It should be understood that after the target smart shopping cart is allocated for the order, the path planning module of the smart cloud service platform may plan a pickup route for the smart shopping cart according to the order information, the business superpap and the shelf position of the target smart shelf where the target commodity is located, and generate a driving path according to the pickup route. In the process of path planning, the goods taking points can be determined on the business supermap according to the shelf position information, and then the path planning is carried out according to the goods taking points.

It can be understood that after the path planning is completed, the background management module of the smart cloud service platform can convert the order information and the planned path into a commodity extraction instruction, and send the commodity extraction instruction to the target smart shopping cart.

It should be understood that the main control module may also determine the order extraction type according to the commodity extraction instruction, and take different operations when the order types are different. For example, when the order extraction type is a business over self-extracting order, the extracted target commodity is placed in an intelligent storage cabinet, and the intelligent cloud service platform informs a user of self-extracting goods; when the order type is an express delivery order, the extracted target commodity is placed in a commodity delivery point, and the intelligent cloud service platform informs a courier to deliver.

The main control module 10 is further configured to control the telescopic rod driving module 40 and the steering engine module 50 to place the target commodity into an intelligent locker in a commodity self-service area.

It should be understood that when the order extraction type is a business over self-extracting order, and when the target commodity extraction is completed, the rolling wheel driving module can be controlled according to the driving path so as to drive into the commodity self-extracting area through the rolling wheel driving module, and the target commodity can be placed into the intelligent storage cabinet in the commodity self-extracting area to wait for the user to extract the target commodity in a mode of controlling the telescopic rod driving module and the steering engine module.

In this embodiment, a smart shopping cart capable of automatically picking up goods is provided to solve the problem of the current smart shopping cart, a consumer sends an order to a merchant through a terminal device, and the merchant schedules the smart shopping cart to automatically complete the selection of order goods after receiving the order. The intelligent shopping cart automatically finishes the selection of the commodities, so that the time for searching the commodities by consumers is saved, and the consumers have more time to experience new products; the goods are automatically selected by the intelligent shopping cart, so that the anti-theft problem does not exist, and the cost of the intelligent shopping cart is reduced; the required commodity can be selected in the warehouse to the wisdom shopping cart, and the trade company need not carry out the commodity in the warehouse and display on the goods congratulation, so not only practices thrift the human cost, has still significantly reduced the display area of commodity, realizes complete online off-line integration.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating functional modules of an intelligent shopping cart for intelligent shopping mall in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent shopping cart for intelligent shopping cart may further include: the camera module 70 and the positioning module 70, in addition to the battery management module, the smart shopping cart may further include other modules, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The main control module 10 is further configured to determine a current pickup point according to the driving path, use the smart shelf corresponding to the current pickup point as a current smart shelf, and control the roller driving module 30 to move to the current smart shelf through the roller driving module 30.

It should be noted that, because there may be a plurality of pickup points, the main control module may determine the current pickup point according to the travel path, and use the smart shelf corresponding to the current pickup point as the current smart shelf, and then move to the current shelf position by controlling the rolling wheel driving module.

The main control module 10 is further configured to control the camera module 60 to identify the commodity exit position of the current smart shelf when the current smart shelf reaches the position of the current smart shelf, so as to determine exit position information corresponding to the commodity exit position.

It should be understood that, when the current position of the smart shelf is reached, the main control module may generate an exit position identification instruction and send the exit position identification instruction to the camera module, the camera module takes an exit position picture of the current smart shelf according to the exit position identification instruction and sends the exit position picture to the main control module, and the main control module performs image analysis according to the exit position picture to determine exit position information corresponding to the exit position of the commodity.

The main control module 10 is further configured to control the telescopic rod driving module 40 to extract the current commodity corresponding to the current goods taking point from the current smart shelf according to the exit position information.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the intelligent shopping cart, the telescopic rod driving module can drive the telescopic rod to extend and retract, the tail end of the telescopic rod is connected with the connecting rod, and the tail end of the connecting rod is provided with the storage hopper for storing goods. Further, when receiving an adjustment completion signal fed back by the telescopic rod driving module, the main control module sends a positioning instruction to the positioning module, the positioning module can also position the current position according to the positioning instruction to obtain current positioning information, and sends the current positioning information to the main control module, the main control module sends the current positioning information fed back by the positioning module to the smart cloud service platform through the wireless network module, so that the smart cloud service platform compares the current positioning information with shelf position information corresponding to the current smart shelf to verify whether the smart shopping cart reaches the current pickup point, and when the smart shopping cart reaches the current pickup point, determines current commodities corresponding to the current pickup point and current commodity information corresponding to the current commodities according to target commodity information, and generating a goods delivery instruction according to the current goods information, controlling the current intelligent shelf to take the current goods according to the goods delivery instruction, and moving the current goods to the goods outlet position and falling into a storage hopper of the intelligent shopping cart.

It should be noted that, after the smart shopping cart moves to a certain pick-up point, the main control module can report the state of the smart shopping cart to the smart cloud service platform through the wireless network module. The intelligent cloud service platform sends a goods taking command to the corresponding intelligent goods shelf, and the intelligent goods shelf moves the goods to the goods outlet position, so that the goods are conveniently placed in the shopping cart.

It should be understood that the smart cloud service platform may verify whether the target smart shopping cart has reached the current goods taking point according to the current positioning information and the current smart shelf, and generate a shipment instruction according to the current goods information after the verification is successful, so that the current smart shelf delivers goods according to the shipment instruction. The current intelligent goods shelf can call current goods according to a goods delivery instruction and move the current goods to a goods outlet position, so that the current goods move to a storage hopper of the intelligent shopping cart at the goods outlet position.

It can be understood that the main control module may further detect whether there are other pickup points according to the driving path, determine a new current pickup point according to the driving path when there are other pickup points, use the smart shelf corresponding to the new current pickup point as a new current smart shelf, and return to execute the step of controlling the rolling wheel driving module to move to the position of the current smart shelf through the rolling wheel driving module; and when no other goods taking point exists, judging that the target goods are extracted completely.

It should be understood that after the goods taking at the current goods taking point is completed, the main control module can detect whether other goods taking points exist, if so, the main control module moves to the next goods taking point to take the goods, if not, the main control module judges that the goods taking is completed, and through the control logic, the intelligent shopping cart can complete the goods taking of all the goods.

In a third embodiment, the main control module 10 is further configured to determine an order extraction type according to the commodity extraction instruction when the target commodity extraction is completed, and control the rolling wheel driving module 30 according to the driving path to drive into a commodity self-picking area through the rolling wheel driving module 30 when the order extraction type is a quotient exceeding self-picking order.

It should be understood that, according to the selection of the consumer, when the order extraction type is a merchant super self-provided order, the target smart shopping cart needs to be controlled to place the extracted commodity into the intelligent locker for the user to take, and the background may allocate one or more lockers to the order according to the weight, size or class information of the target commodity corresponding to the order and the state of the smart locker, and send the relevant information of the lockers to the user.

It can be understood that the intelligent shopping cart can control the driving wheel module to drive into the goods self-picking area according to the driving path when the goods picking is finished and the order picking type is determined to be the super self-picking order. The main control module 10 is further configured to generate a storage signal when the commodity self-service area is reached, and send the storage signal to the smart cloud service platform, so that the smart cloud service platform detects the storage state of the smart locker according to the storage signal, determines a target smart locker according to the storage state, generates a storage moving instruction according to target smart locker information corresponding to the target smart locker, and sends the storage moving instruction to the main control module 10.

It should be understood that when the commodity self-service area is reached, the master control module can generate a storage signal and send the storage signal to the smart cloud service platform. The smart cloud service platform receives the storage signals, generates storage state detection signals and sends the storage state detection signals to the smart storage cabinet. The intelligent storage cabinet is used for detecting the current storage state according to the storage state detection signal so as to obtain storage state information, and sending the storage state information to the intelligent cloud service platform.

It can be understood that when the smart cloud service platform receives the storage signal, the smart cloud service platform can know that the target smart shopping cart has reached the storage area, and storage can be performed. Therefore, in this case, a storage state detection signal can be generated and sent to the intelligent locker, so that the intelligent locker detects the current storage state and feeds back the storage state information. And determining a target intelligent locker according to the target commodity information and the storage state information, generating a storage moving instruction according to the target intelligent locker information corresponding to the target intelligent locker, and sending the storage moving instruction to the target intelligent shopping cart.

The main control module 10 is further configured to control the rolling driving wheel module according to the storage moving instruction when receiving the storage moving instruction sent by the smart cloud service platform, so as to move to a target area corresponding to the target smart locker through the rolling wheel driving module, and control the telescopic rod driving module and the steering engine module to place target goods in the storage bucket into the cabinet body of the target locker.

The main control module 10 controls the telescopic rod driving module to adjust a telescopic rod so as to extend the storage hopper into the cabinet body of the target storage cabinet, and sends a steering engine control instruction to the steering engine module when the telescopic rod is adjusted; and the steering engine module 50 is used for controlling a steering engine according to the steering engine control instruction so as to overturn the storage hopper downwards through the steering engine, so that target commodities in the storage hopper fall into the cabinet body of the target storage cabinet.

It should be understood that the telescopic rod driving module can be controlled to adjust the telescopic rod according to the storage instruction so as to stretch the storage hopper at the tail end of the horizontal connecting rod into the cabinet body of the target storage cabinet, and target commodities in the storage hopper are placed into the cabinet body of the target storage cabinet in a mode that the storage hopper is turned downwards through controlling the steering engine.

The user can know which cabinet body of taking the locker the commodity storage that this order corresponds through the commodity storage information that shows on the terminal equipment, and convenience of customers carries out the self-service to commodity, has improved user's effect of carrying by oneself.

It should be understood that when the order extraction type is an express delivery order, the goods corresponding to the order need to be delivered by a courier, rather than being self-provided by the user. Under the condition, the goods are not suitable and convenient to store in the intelligent storage cabinet, so that the goods to be distributed can be stored in a special place which is called as a goods delivery point for distribution convenience and distribution efficiency improvement. The target smart shopping cart can place the packaged commodities into commodity delivery points, generates delivery completion signals and feeds the delivery completion signals back to the smart cloud service platform. When the intelligent cloud service platform receives the delivery completion signal, the user information corresponding to the user is determined according to the order information, delivery information is generated according to the user information, and the delivery information is sent to the terminal equipment used by the courier, so that the courier carries out commodity delivery of the order according to the delivery information displayed on the terminal equipment.

It should be understood that the smart cloud service platform may determine user information corresponding to the user according to the order information, generate delivery information and send the delivery information to the terminal device used by the courier, and the courier delivers the goods according to the delivery information to deliver the goods to the user.

In the embodiment, the commodity delivery point is set, the intelligent shopping cart is controlled to place the commodities to be delivered into the commodity delivery point, and the intelligent cloud service platform generates related delivery information and sends the delivery information to the courier, so that the commodity delivery efficiency is improved.
