1. A ticket reimbursement entry device, comprising:

a fixed mount;

the scanner is used for scanning the ticket;

the first driving mechanism is used for driving the scanner to move;

the fan is arranged on the fixed frame and used for blowing the ticket through airflow so as to adjust the position of the ticket relative to the fixed frame;

the second driving mechanism is electrically connected with the power mechanism, is arranged on the fixed frame and is used for driving the fan to rotate so as to adjust the direction of the airflow blown out of the fan; and

the processor is used for receiving the scanning result of the scanner and controlling the power mechanism to drive the second driving mechanism to operate;

the number of the fans is multiple and the fans are evenly distributed on the fixing frame.

2. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 1, wherein said first drive mechanism comprises:

a slide bar;

a sliding sleeve sleeved on the sliding rod; and

the driving rod group is arranged on the lower side of the sliding rod and used for driving the sliding sleeve to slide along the sliding rod;

the scanner is fixedly connected to the sliding sleeve.

3. A ticket reimbursement entry device as claimed in claim 2 wherein said drive bar set comprises:

a first drive lever;

a fourth drive lever;

the third driving rod is used for connecting the first driving rod and the fourth driving rod; and

the second driving rod is rotationally connected with the first driving rod on the same plane;

the first driving rod is a driving rod, and the first driving rod, the second driving rod, the third driving rod and the fourth driving rod are connected in a rotating mode.

4. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 1, wherein said second drive mechanism comprises:

a first control lever;

a first gear;

the second control rod is in transmission connection between the first control rod and the first gear;

a second gear in meshing transmission with the first gear; and

the limiting frame is used for limiting the position of the second gear relative to the first gear;

the second gear is also in transmission connection with the corresponding first control rods through the second control rods, each first control rod is externally provided with a joint bearing in a penetrating mode, and the top end of each first control rod is fixedly connected with a fan.

5. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 1, further comprising:

the side wing plate is vertically arranged right above the fixing frame, and when a bill falls down from the right above the fixing frame, the bill falls right above the fixing frame;

the baffle is hinged to the side wing plate, and a magnetic block is bonded on the baffle; and

the electromagnetic sheet is arranged on one side of the baffle;

the electromagnetic sheet is fixedly connected to the side wing plate and is in magnetic fit with the magnetic block.

6. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 5, wherein a guide plate is arranged below the side wing plate in a clearance manner, and the guide plate is provided with a through hole.

7. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 6, wherein said guide plate further comprises a plurality of rollers rotatably coupled thereto.

8. The ticket reimbursement entry device of claim 7, wherein said side wings are further resiliently spring biased to engage a stripper plate, said stripper plate and said guide plate being similarly pivotally engaged on opposite sides thereof with rollers.

Background

With the development of economic means, more and more people choose to use the electronic bill, but this does not mean that the physical bill has exited the market, and many people also choose to use the physical bill.

For the arrangement of the physical bills, the bills are generally required to be orderly stacked and information on the bills is required to be recorded to a certain extent.

However, the existing devices for inputting the bills cannot effectively identify whether the surfaces of the bills have referential information or not, and can not classify and process the bills according to whether the bills have the referential information or not.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a ticket reimbursement input device, and aims to solve the problems that the existing device for inputting the ticket cannot effectively identify whether the surface of the ticket has referential information, and cannot classify and process the ticket according to whether the ticket has the referential information.

The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the ticket reimbursement recording device comprises:

a fixed mount;

the scanner is used for scanning the ticket;

the first driving mechanism is used for driving the scanner to move;

the fan is arranged on the fixed frame and used for blowing the ticket through airflow so as to adjust the position of the ticket relative to the fixed frame;

the second driving mechanism is electrically connected with the power mechanism, is arranged on the fixed frame and is used for driving the fan to rotate so as to adjust the direction of the airflow blown out of the fan; and

the processor is used for receiving the scanning result of the scanner and controlling the power mechanism to drive the second driving mechanism to operate;

the number of the fans is multiple and the fans are evenly distributed on the fixing frame.

Preferably, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ticket reimbursement entry device, where the first driving mechanism includes:

a slide bar;

a sliding sleeve sleeved on the sliding rod; and

the driving rod group is arranged on the lower side of the sliding rod and used for driving the sliding sleeve to slide along the sliding rod;

the scanner is fixedly connected to the sliding sleeve.

Preferably, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ticket reimbursement entry device, where the driving lever group includes:

a first drive lever;

a fourth drive lever;

the third driving rod is used for connecting the first driving rod and the fourth driving rod; and

the second driving rod is rotationally connected with the first driving rod on the same plane;

the first driving rod is a driving rod, and the first driving rod, the second driving rod, the third driving rod and the fourth driving rod are connected in a rotating mode.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second driving mechanism includes:

a first control lever;

a first gear;

the second control rod is in transmission connection between the first control rod and the first gear;

a second gear in meshing transmission with the first gear; and

the limiting frame is used for limiting the position of the second gear relative to the first gear;

the second gear is also in transmission connection with the corresponding first control rods through the second control rods, each first control rod is externally provided with a joint bearing in a penetrating mode, and the top end of each first control rod is fixedly connected with a fan.

Preferably, in the ticket reimbursement entry device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the side wing plate is erected directly above the fixing frame, and when a ticket falls from directly above the fixing frame, the ticket falls directly above the fixing frame;

the baffle is hinged to the side wing plate, and a magnetic block is bonded on the baffle; and

the electromagnetic sheet is arranged on one side of the baffle;

the electromagnetic sheet is fixedly connected to the side wing plate and is in magnetic fit with the magnetic block.

Preferably, in the ticket reimbursement entry device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a guide plate is further disposed below the side wing plate at a gap, and the guide plate is provided with a through hole.

Preferably, in the ticket reimbursement entry device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the guide plate is further rotatably connected with a plurality of rollers.

Preferably, in the ticket reimbursement recording device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the side wing plate is further elastically connected with a pressing plate through a spring, and the opposite surfaces of the pressing plate and the guide plate are also rotatably connected with a roller.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the bill falls onto the fixing frame, the scanner can scan and input information on the bill and transmit the information to the processor, when the processor identifies the information on the bill, the power mechanism can be controlled to operate, when the processor identifies effective information, the power mechanism is controlled to drive the second driving mechanism to operate so as to adjust the output angle of the fan, until wind blown out from the fan acts on one side of the bill, the bill can move in the opposite direction under the influence of the wind force so as to fulfill the aim of directional movement, conversely, when the processor does not identify the effective information, the power mechanism can be used for driving the second driving mechanism to reversely rotate, so that the bill is separated according to the condition whether the bill has the effective information or not.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a ticket reimbursement entry device provided for an embodiment includes:

a fixed frame 1;

the scanner 6 is used for scanning the ticket;

a first driving mechanism for driving the scanner 6 to move;

the fan 2 is arranged on the fixed frame 1 and used for blowing the ticket through airflow so as to adjust the position of the ticket relative to the fixed frame 1;

the second driving mechanism 3 is electrically connected with the power mechanism, is arranged on the fixed frame 1 and is used for driving the fan 2 to rotate so as to adjust the direction of the airflow blown out of the fan 2; and

the processor is used for receiving the scanning result of the scanner 6 to control the power mechanism to drive the second driving mechanism to operate;

the number of the fans 2 is multiple and the fans are uniformly distributed on the fixing frame 1.

a slide bar 7;

a sliding sleeve 4 sleeved on the sliding rod 7; and

the driving rod group 5 is arranged at the lower side of the sliding rod 7 and is used for driving the sliding sleeve 4 to slide along the sliding rod 7;

the scanner 6 is fixedly connected to the sliding sleeve 4.

When the scanner is used specifically, the driving rod group 5 can be controlled to move, so that the sliding sleeve 4 is driven to slide along the sliding rod 7, and the purpose of timely moving the scanner 6 can be achieved.

In one case of the present embodiment, the drive rod group 5 includes:

a first drive lever 501;

the second gear 305 is also in transmission connection with the corresponding first control rod 301 through a second control rod 302, each first control rod 301 is externally provided with a joint bearing in a penetrating way, and the top end of each first control rod 301 is fixedly connected with a fan 2.

In the embodiment, when the fan 2 is specifically used, the second gear 305 moves up and down along the limiting frame 304, and the positions of the second control rod 302 and the second gear 305 relative to the first gear 303 are adjusted, for example, the connection point of the second control rod 302 and the second gear 305 is located above or below the center of the rotation shaft of the second gear 305, so that the fan 2 can be driven to rotate reversely and reversely in a short stroke, and the purpose of adjusting the driving of the fan 2 left and right can be effectively achieved through fewer components.

Further, a plurality of rollers 12 are rotatably connected to the guide plate 14.

The arrangement of the roller 12 can effectively improve the flexibility of the bill moving in the guide plate 14.

Still further, the side wing plate 10 is elastically connected with a pressing plate 13 through a spring 11, and the right opposite surfaces of the pressing plate 13 and the guide plate 14 are also rotatably connected with a roller 12.

The double guide function of the extrusion plate 13 and the guide plate 14 can further improve the limiting function of the invention when collecting bills, so that the bills can be effectively collected.
