Background

A tire is a ground-rolling circular ring-shaped elastic rubber article mounted on various vehicles or machines.

When the road surface of laying small stone is driven, the problem of stone clamping of a tire groove is easily generated, the stone is firmly clamped in the groove, the stone can be taken out from the groove by means of a tool, the stone clamped in the groove can influence the performances of operation, abrasion, drainage, noise and the like of the pattern, and the rubber at the bottom of the pattern groove can be damaged in serious conditions to cause abnormal damage of the tire.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tire, which is convenient for taking out stones clamped in a groove, thereby protecting the tire.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tire, which comprises a wheel body, a plurality of straight protection strips and a plurality of bent protection strips, the wheel body comprises a wheel surface contacted with the ground and wheel sides arranged at two sides of the wheel surface, the wheel surface is provided with a plurality of ring grooves and a plurality of arc-shaped grooves, the ring grooves are arranged at intervals, any ring groove is arranged on the wheel surface in a surrounding way around the axis of the wheel body, a plurality of arc grooves are arranged at intervals, any one of the arc-shaped grooves extends along the axial direction of the wheel body, the bent protection strip matched with the arc-shaped groove in shape is laid in the inner part of any one of the arc-shaped grooves, the bent protection strips are adhered with the wheel body, a plurality of straight protection strips are laid in any annular groove around the axis of the wheel body, the straight protective strip is bonded with the wheel body so as to be convenient for taking out stones from the arc-shaped groove and the ring groove.

The cross section of the ring groove is trapezoidal, and the connecting part of the side surface of the ring groove and the wheel surface is provided with an edge guide circle, so that stones are difficult to clamp into the ring groove.

The wheel body is added with an anti-aging agent, and the anti-aging agent is prepared by mixing an anti-aging agent RD, an anti-aging agent 4020 and protective wax according to the weight ratio of 15:38:35, so that the problem of later-stage aging resistance is solved.

According to the tire, when the stones clamped in the arc-shaped groove are difficult to take out, the bent protection strip at the stone clamping position can be torn off from the wheel body, so that the stones are taken out of the arc-shaped groove along with the bent protection strip, when the stones clamped in the ring groove are difficult to take out, the straight protection strip at the stone clamping position can be torn off from the wheel body, so that the stones are taken out of the ring groove along with the straight protection strip, so that the stones are convenient to take out of the ring groove and the arc-shaped groove, and when the stones are clamped in the arc-shaped groove and the ring groove, the straight protection strip and the bent protection strip prevent the stones from penetrating into the ring groove and the bottom side surface of the arc-shaped groove, so that the ring groove and the bottom side surface of the arc-shaped groove are protected.

In the present embodiment, the rubber component is selected from natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, in parts by weight: the tire is prepared by mixing 50 parts of natural rubber, 40 parts of butadiene rubber and 10 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, wherein the ratio of the natural rubber is high to ensure the requirement of tensile strength, a small amount of butadiene styrene rubber is added to improve the problem of late aging of the tire, and meanwhile, the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber are compounded to ensure the yield resistance and flexibility; introducing high wear-resistant furnace black, fast extrusion furnace black, thermal cracking carbon black and white carbon black with high specific surface area simultaneously to this guarantees wheel setting stress, and excellent flexibility and lower compression themogenesis in addition, carbon black is according to part by weight: 25 parts of high wear-resistant furnace black, 28 parts of fast extrusion furnace black, 6 parts of thermal cracking carbon black and 14 parts of white carbon black with high specific surface area are proportioned to improve the filling amount of a reinforcing system and ensure certain setting stress, and a certain amount of white carbon black reinforcing agent is added, so that the reinforcing effect is achieved, and the problem of heat generation caused by high filling is also reduced. And the wheel body 1 is also added with an anti-aging agent, wherein the anti-aging agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: anti-aging agent RD: 15 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020: 38 parts of protective wax: and 35 parts of the antioxidant is proportioned to ensure the later aging resistance.

In this embodiment, the protection plate 4 is disposed inside the wheel body 1, both sides of the engaging frame 41 are engaged with the engaging groove 13 to fix the protection plate 4, and the protection plate 4 is made of a rigid material to enhance the rigidity of the wheel body 1.
