Background

In the prior telephone scheduling process of a power supply office, scheduling operators on duty need to manually screen according to contents fed back by a telephone of a station operator, firstly find operation tickets and then check the operation tickets one by one according to specific instructions, but the speech speed is too fast, the operation tickets and the operation instructions are more, visual fatigue is easily caused, and thus the hidden danger of safety instruction errors is generated.

At present, the dispatching operation of a power supply office is mainly carried out through artificial experience processing, after a dispatching telephone is connected, a dispatching attendant finds an operation order, then finds an instruction required to be issued, and then informs plant station personnel of the operation instruction through the telephone; when the plant station operator replies the order, the instruction content is repeated through the telephone, and the scheduling operator finds the corresponding operation ticket and the operation ticket instruction in the scheduling operation system DCCS through the instruction content, so that the scheduling operator is required to be familiar with the scheduling operation system and the operation instruction, and mistakes are easily made.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, for a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an operation ticket matching method based on a similarity algorithm, including:

s1 monitors the power dispatching conversation recording. Wherein, it is required to be noted that:

the real-time monitoring of the scheduling record is completed through IP-PBX networking and a noninvasive bypass telephone voice stream acquisition technology of the port mirror image of the SIP protocol, and the telephone numbers of both parties of the call are acquired at the same time.

S2 converts the audio recording into scheduled text using speech recognition techniques. It should be noted that the speech recognition technique includes:

converting the recording into a scheduling text through a voice recognition technology;

the scheduling text may contain a lot of chatting data, the instruction needs to be extracted, and the instruction contained in the scheduling text is extracted by using a regular rule matching mode.

S3 finds out possible operation ticket according to telephone numbers of both parties. Among them, it is also to be noted that:

the system extracts and configures the telephone numbers of each organization, department and station through the operation tickets in the telephone number query operation of the two parties of communication;

and finding out the corresponding station and department by using the telephone number, and finding out unfinished operation tickets of the two parties as alternatives.

S4 finding the instruction with the highest matching degree based on the edit distance algorithm, and completing the automatic matching of the operation ticket. It should be further noted that, the edit distance algorithm includes:

the minimum number of insertion, deletion and replacement required for converting the original string s to the target string t is calculated by the editing distance;

i represents insertion, s represents replacement, d represents deletion, cost obtained by each operation is 1, the distance between two character strings is 3, and the matching degree of the instructions spoken by the two parties in the call and the instructions in the operation ticket system is calculated.

Specifically, it is again specified that:

performing edit distance matching on the instructions extracted from the scheduling call text and the operation instructions, calculating and sequencing similarity, finding out the instruction with the highest similarity, and judging whether the instruction with the highest similarity reaches a preset threshold value or not;

if the matching is successful, the operation order is successfully matched, otherwise, the matching is failed, and the call recording is continuously monitored for matching.

It is understood that, in the current environment, after the call is connected, the scheduling attendant needs to query the operation ticket list, search the operation tickets needing to be operated in the list, and match the operation tickets according to the scheduling instruction information contained in the call content, which has a high requirement on the attendant, and a large number of operation tickets and instructions often exist in the scheduling system, so that a great deal of effort is required for manual searching, and mistakes are easily made.

Preferably, the method monitors the dispatching conversation, transcribes in real time through a voice recognition technology, extracts the regular instruction, and finds the operation ticket with the highest similarity through an editing distance matching algorithm, so that the operation ticket with the highest similarity can be found automatically, quickly and accurately, errors possibly caused by manual operation are avoided, and meanwhile, the workload of dispatching on-duty personnel is reduced.

In order to verify that the method of the present invention has higher accuracy and efficiency compared with the conventional method, the present embodiment respectively performs real-time measurement and comparison on the operation ticket of the simulation platform by using the conventional method and the method of the present invention.

And (3) testing environment: the method comprises the steps of leading in an operation ticket matching system to run in a simulation platform simulation operation scene, respectively carrying out matching test by manual operation of a traditional method and obtaining test result data, starting automatic test equipment and using MATLB to realize simulation test of the method, obtaining simulation data according to experimental results, testing 100 groups of data in each method, calculating time for obtaining each group of data, and carrying out error comparison calculation with a predicted value input by simulation, wherein the results are shown in a table below.

Table 1: matching the performance comparison table.

First group Tenth group Fiftieth group First hundred groups
Conventional methods 2min 5min 6min 9min
The method of the invention 0.5min 0.5min 0.5min 0.5min

With the increase of data, the manual energy and the driving power are excessively consumed, the statistical capability is reduced, the matching efficiency of the operation tickets is reduced, the method tends to be in a stable state, and the beneficial effect of the method is verified.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
