The multifunctional storage device for data of claim 1, wherein the blanking device comprises a plurality of sorting bins which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence and correspond to the sorting plates of each stage, and a blanking port is arranged at the bottom of each sorting bin and connected with the binding device.

The multifunctional storage device for data of claim 9, wherein the binding device comprises a blanking bin, a vertical telescopic driving member, a binder, a horizontal telescopic driving member, a horizontal sliding block and a bracket, the blanking bins and the blanking ports are respectively arranged correspondingly, the driving end of the horizontal telescopic driving member is connected with the blanking bin, the driving end of the vertical telescopic driving member is connected with the binder, the vertical telescopic driving member is installed on the bracket, the horizontal sliding block is in sliding connection with the sliding groove of the bracket, and the blanking bin is installed on the horizontal sliding block.

Background

In the process of processing document materials, the situation that document materials with different sizes need to be classified, bound and stored is usually encountered. For example, the existing English data and the classification processing process of the conventional English data are mostly manual operations, the English data are firstly classified and sorted, then are bound and stored one by one, the processing process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the efficiency of classification and binding is very low, and the method is not beneficial to the rapid processing operation of large-batch English data.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is to provide a multifunctional storage device for data to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses multifunctional storage equipment for data, which comprises a sorting device, a blanking device and a binding device, wherein the sorting device is used for sorting and aligning two sides of document data, the sorting device is used for sorting different document data, the blanking device is used for receiving the sorted document data, the binding device is used for binding the blanked document data, the sorting device and the blanking device are sequentially connected in an end-to-end manner and are all obliquely arranged, and conveying mechanisms for conveying the document data are arranged at the bottoms of the sorting device and the sorting device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

the sorting and binding machine can solve a plurality of problems of manual sorting, thereby realizing full-automatic operation of automatic sorting, blanking and binding of document data with different sizes, and saving time and high efficiency in the sorting and binding process. The arranging device can realize automatic alignment of two adjacent edges of the document materials; the sorting device can realize automatic sorting of document data, and further realize comprehensive improvement of operation efficiency and quality.

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.

As shown in FIGS. 1-7, the embodiment of the invention discloses a multifunctional storage device for documents, which comprises a sorting device 1 for sorting and aligning two sides of document materials, a sorting device 2 for sorting different document materials, a blanking device 3 for receiving the sorted document materials and a binding device 4 for binding the blanked document materials, wherein the sorting device 1, the sorting device 2 and the blanking device 3 are connected in sequence and are all arranged obliquely, and a sheet metal cover 7 for isolation is arranged on the sorting device, the edge of one end of the document material is automatically aligned to the bottom under the action of gravity through the inclined arrangement, the bottoms of the arranging device 1 and the sorting device 2 are provided with a conveying mechanism for conveying the document material, therefore, the document can be ensured to sequentially pass through four processes of sorting, blanking, binding and the like, and the automatic operation is further realized.

Specifically, categorised binding mechanism 13 is including arrangement crossbeam 131, arrangement longeron 132, crossbeam electric putter 134 and longeron electric putter 135, one end hinge one-tenth L shape or V-arrangement structure of arrangement crossbeam 131 and arrangement longeron 132, the other end of arrangement longeron 132 is connected with longeron electric putter 135's drive end, crossbeam electric putter 134's drive end is close to with the articulated one end of arrangement longeron 132 with arrangement crossbeam 131 and articulates, thereby, through the concertina movement of crossbeam electric putter 134, and then drive arrangement crossbeam 131 and arrangement longeron 132 drive document data when to the motion of slope bottom, adjacent both edges align gradually.

In this embodiment, a rotary pneumatic feeding mechanism 14 for transferring document data into the sorting device 2 is further disposed above the output end of the conveying backplane 11, the rotary pneumatic feeding mechanism 14 includes a rotary feeding motor 141, an air pipe 142, a suction cup rack 143 and a suction cup 144, the rotary feeding motor 141 is in transmission connection with the air pipe 142 through a gear structure, thereby driving the air pipe 142 to rotate, the suction cup rack 143 is fixedly connected on the air pipe 142, the suction cup 144 is installed on the suction cup rack 143 and is communicated with the air pipe 142, when document data is required to be conveyed to enter the sorting device 2, negative pressure is introduced into the air pipe 142, thereby the sucking disc 144 adsorbs the document material (at this moment arrangement crossbeam 131 and arrangement longeron 132 form the word structure, avoid interfering), and further, rotatory pay-off motor 141 moves and drives the trachea 142 and rotate backward and remove until the document material gets into after sorting unit 2 and stop letting in the negative pressure, the document material is thrown into in sorting unit 2 under the effect of gravity at this moment. Optionally, an intermediate conveying roller 6 is further disposed above a connection portion between the sorting device 2 and the rotary pneumatic feeding mechanism 14, and the intermediate conveying roller 6 can assist in smoothly conveying the document into the sorting device 2.

In this embodiment, the sorting device 2 includes a plurality of sorting plates 22 installed in stages and rotatably connected to form a flat plate by being driven by the rotary driving device 21, in this embodiment, the sorting plates 22 are large, medium and small, the input end of the next sorting plate 22 is pivoted with the previous sorting plate 22, any sorting plate 22 is provided with a sorting plate conveying roller 23 for conveying document data, the output end of the sorting plate 21 is connected with the input end of the blanking device 3, when the rotary driving device 21 drives the largest sorting plate 22 (the largest sorting plate 22 is pivoted with a fixing plate 26) to tilt downwards, the largest size document data is sorted and conveyed, when the smallest sorting plate 22 tilts downwards, the smallest size document data is sorted, of course, the large, medium and small sorting plates 22 are provided with sensing sensors, when different sizes of document data are sensed, the corresponding rotary driving device 21 is activated to move, the corresponding sorting plate 22 is tilted downward, and the corresponding document slides down along the corresponding sorting plate 22.

In this embodiment, in order to realize the rotation of the sorting plate 22, the rotary driving device 21 includes a sorting rotary motor 211, a sorting driving gear 212 and a sorting driven gear 213, the sorting driven gear 213 is coaxially fixed with the pivot shaft of the sorting plate 22, the sorting rotary motor 211 of the next sorting plate 21 is installed at one side of the previous sorting plate 22, the sorting driven gear 213 is fixed with the sorting plate 22, and the sorting rotary motor 211 is in transmission connection with the sorting driven gear 213 through the sorting driving gear 212, wherein, it should be noted that the sorting rotary motor 211 of the largest sorting plate 22 is installed on the fixing plate 26.

In the present embodiment, in order to rotate the sorting plate conveying roller 23, a permanent magnet is provided in the sorting plate conveying roller 23, and an electromagnet back plate 24 that is alternately energized to drive the permanent magnet to rotate is provided on the lower side of the sorting plate conveying roller 23.

In the embodiment, in order to ensure that the document material is tightly attached to the sorting plate 22 during the sorting process and provide a larger conveying power for the document material after sliding down along the corresponding sorting plate 22, the document feeding device further comprises an air guide plate 25 disposed above the sorting plate 22, a plurality of air guide ports 251 are uniformly distributed at the lower end of the air guide plate 25 along the document material conveying direction, and the air guide ports 251 are obliquely disposed along the document material conveying direction, so that the air flow output by the air guide ports 251 also flows to the blanking device 3 along the document material conveying direction to provide power for the movement of the subsequent document material. The blanking device 3 comprises a plurality of sorting bins 31 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and correspond to the sorting plates 22 at all levels, blanking ports 311 are arranged at the bottoms of the sorting bins 31, and all the blanking ports 311 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction. The blanking opening 311 is connected to the binding device 4, and when the smallest document is sorted, the output opening of the sorting plate 22 is rotationally aligned with the smallest sorting bin 31, and the other operation principles are similar.

In this embodiment, the binding device 4 includes a blanking bin 41, a vertical telescopic driving member 42, a binder 43, a horizontal telescopic driving member 44, a horizontal sliding block 45 and a bracket 46, wherein a plurality of blanking bins 41 and blanking ports 311 are respectively disposed correspondingly, a driving end of the horizontal telescopic driving member 44 is connected to the blanking bin 41, a driving end of the vertical telescopic driving member 42 is connected to the binder 43, the vertical telescopic driving member 42 is mounted on the bracket 46, the horizontal sliding block 45 is slidably connected to a chute of the bracket 46, the blanking bin 41 is mounted on the horizontal sliding block 45, when a document falls into the corresponding blanking bin 41, the horizontal telescopic driving member 44 will pull out the blanking bin 41 horizontally and stop when the document moves below the binder 43, at this time, the vertical telescopic driving member 42 acts to drive the blanking binder 43 at the bottom into the blanking bin 41, thereby realizing binding the document after sorting, after binding is finished, the worker can take out the binding tool.
