The tinplate can is commonly called as a tin can, and the tin box is a can made of tinplate, wherein the tinplate is made of iron and the surface of the tin plate is plated with tin. So as to play a role of protection. Generally, for the purpose of fine packaging, printing is adopted, which is commonly called as printing iron cans. The iron can products are widely existed in our daily life, and various shapes and colors are dazzling. The iron can is used according to different performance parameters, and has a lot of functions in various industries by virtue of the characteristics of excellent printing performance, metal texture retention performance and the like.
Printing device need use to print the pattern to the iron ladle usually when packing the iron ladle, however current printing device has certain limitation when using, in-process like current printing device is using, there is the problem that is not convenient for carry out the centre gripping to the iron ladle, lead to the iron ladle to take place to rock easily, thereby reduce the printing quality to the iron ladle, and at the in-process to the iron ladle printing, the printing roller still produces the vibration easily, the stability of printing roller has been reduced, the easy printing effect to the iron ladle that influences, and after the printing, still there is the problem of failing to in time dry to the pattern on the iron ladle, work efficiency has been reduced.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

(2) The printing roller fixing device has the advantages that the fixing plate, the guide rod, the spring and the supporting plate are matched for use, so that a better buffering and damping effect can be effectively achieved on the printing roller on the bottom surface of the fixing plate, the vibration generated when the printing roller works is relieved, the influence of the vibration on the printing roller is reduced, the stability of the printing roller in working is conveniently improved, the printing of an iron can is facilitated, and the printing effect of the iron can is favorably improved.
(3) The push plate is driven by the electric push rod to move, the height of the object placing plate between the sliding blocks can be effectively adjusted, so that the position of the air heater on the object placing plate can be conveniently adjusted, after the proper position is adjusted, the air heater is turned on, hot air is conveyed to the air outlet through the connecting pipe, an iron can after printing is effectively dried in time, and the working efficiency of the device is favorably improved.

In an embodiment, a side surface of riser 2 is equipped with backup pad 13, and it is equipped with guide arm 4 to run through fixed plate 5 between backup pad 13 and the diaphragm 3, spring 12 has been cup jointed to the outside surface of guide arm 4 below that is located fixed plate 5, wherein, through fixed plate 5, guide arm 4, spring 12, the cooperation of backup pad 13 is used, can effectively play better buffering cushioning effect to the printing roller 6 on the fixed plate 5 bottom surface, slowed down printing roller 6 at the produced vibrations of during operation, the influence that vibrations led to the fact printing roller 6 has been reduced, be convenient for improve printing roller 6 stability at the during operation, thereby be convenient for print the iron can, be favorable to improving the printing effect to the iron can.
In an embodiment, electric putter 21 is installed to one side that the bottom surface of diaphragm 3 is located curb plate 8, a side surface of curb plate 8 runs through and is equipped with logical groove 22, a side surface of slider 24 runs through logical groove 22 and is equipped with push pedal 23, electric putter 21's output and push pedal 23 fixed connection, wherein drive push pedal 23 through electric putter 21 and remove, can effectively adjust the height of putting thing board 10 between the slider 24, thereby be convenient for adjust the position of putting thing board 10 on hot-air blower 9, after adjusting suitable position, open hot-air blower 9, carry hot-blast air outlet 19 through the connecting pipe on, can effectively in time dry the iron can after the printing is accomplished, be favorable to improving the work efficiency of this device.
In one embodiment, the top surface of the base plate 1 is located between the two mounting plates 15 and is provided with a limiting groove 16, the bottom surface of the moving block 29 is provided with a limiting block 27, and one end of the limiting block 27 extends into the limiting groove 16, wherein the stability of the moving block 29 in the moving process is convenient to maintain through the matching use of the limiting groove 16 and the limiting block 27.
In one embodiment, the limiting groove 16 and the limiting block 27 are rectangular structures, so that the limiting block 27 can move in the limiting groove 16 conveniently.
In one embodiment, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 is provided with anti-slip lines, wherein the anti-slip lines can effectively prevent the bottom plate 1 from slipping, so as to improve the stability of the bottom plate 1.
