Background
The low-light night vision device is a night vision device developed in the 60 s of the 20 th century. The night observation instrument enhances the glimmer light reflected by a target through the image intensifier, and achieves the purpose that human eyes can see the target image. The low-light level night vision device does not need an active light source and is a passive imaging system, so that the low-light level night vision device overcomes the defect that the active infrared night vision device is easy to expose by self, and is more suitable for armies to use at night battles. Dim light, also called night sky light, is the general term for moonlight, starlight and atmospheric glow existing at night. The low-light night vision device has three generations of product equipment army abroad. The first generation products were low-light night vision devices using three-stage cascade image intensifiers developed in the 60's of the 20 th century. The second generation products were low-light night vision devices using microchannel plate image intensifiers developed in the 70's of the 20 th century. The third generation product is a low-light level night vision device which is developed in the 80 th century and adopts a gallium arsenide photoelectric cathode thin-sheet tube with high sensitivity. In addition, low-light-level televisions have also been developed using scanning imaging techniques. The low-light night vision device comprises four main components: strong light objective, image intensifier, ocular and power supply. From an optical principle, the low-light night vision device is a special telescope with an image intensifier. Weak natural light is emitted through the surface of a target, enters a night vision device, is focused on a photocathode surface (superposed with a rear focal surface of an objective lens) of an image intensifier under the action of a high-light-power objective lens, and excites photoelectrons; photoelectrons are accelerated, focused and imaged under the action of an electron optical system in the image intensifier, bombard a fluorescent screen of the image intensifier at a very high speed, and excite enough strong visible light, so that a remote target illuminated by weak natural light is changed into a visible light image suitable for human eyes to observe. Further magnification through the eyepiece enables more effective visual observation. The above process involves two conversions from an optical image to an electronic image to an optical image.
Current shimmer night-vision device can all be equipped with the tripod basically and use the angle and the height that reach adjustment shimmer night-vision device, and the tripod can occupy some spaces at the in-process of assembly to it is bigger to cause shimmer night-vision device's outer packing box's space, and more difficult to carry moreover, and we need the colorful shimmer night-vision device that a section is portable more easily and adapts to different environment.

Preferably: the upper part of the square top plate is provided with symmetrical handles which are used for facilitating people to lift the invention, and the use is convenient and fast.
Preferably: in order to increase the anti-skid effect, the fixing plate is circular, and anti-skid lines are arranged below the fixing plate.
