1. An integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting a current isolation bin comprises a meter shell (1), and is characterized in that the meter shell (1) is internally provided with the current isolation bin (4);

the current isolation bin (4) is internally provided with a cavity (43), and a current sensor (7) is placed in the cavity (43);

the bin wall of the current isolation bin (4) adopts a double-layer structure, the outer layer is an insulating layer (41), the inner layer is a metal conductive coating (42), the bottom of the current isolation bin (4) is provided with a metal radiator, and the metal radiator and the metal conductive coating (42) are connected to form a metal cavity with an electromagnetic shielding effect;

two sides of the current sensor (7) are respectively connected with a current wiring terminal (6) arranged in the current isolation bin cavity (43);

a metering circuit board (3) and a display unit (2) are arranged between the inner wall of the watch case (1) and the insulating layer at the top of the current isolation bin (4), the display unit (2) is fixed on the metering circuit board (3), and the metering circuit board (3) is fixed on the insulating layer (41) of the current isolation bin;

an auxiliary wiring terminal (8) is arranged between the inner wall of the meter shell (1) and the insulating layer on the side wall of the current isolation bin (4).

2. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in claim 1, wherein a current wiring terminal hole (44) for a current wiring terminal to penetrate out is formed on the side wall of the current isolation bin (4).

3. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in claim 1, wherein a current sensor secondary circuit threading hole (45) is formed in a side wall of the current isolation bin (4).

The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the metal heat sink comprises a metal substrate and a plurality of metal heat dissipation fins (5) on the metal substrate, and two ends of the metal substrate are respectively connected with the metal conductive coatings on two sides of the current isolation bin.

5. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in claim 4, wherein a heat dissipation space exists between the plurality of metal heat dissipation fins (5) and the bottom surface of the meter case (1).

6. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a positioning piece (9) for positioning the current isolation bin (4) in the horizontal direction is arranged on the outer side of the current isolation bin.

7. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in claim 6, wherein the positioning member (9) is provided with a positioning hole for the current wiring terminal to penetrate through.

8. An integrated direct current electric energy meter using a current isolation chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the auxiliary connection terminal (8) is mounted on the positioning member (9).

9. The integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting the current isolation bin as claimed in claim 8, wherein the auxiliary terminal (8) is a voltage terminal.

10. The integrated direct current electric energy meter using the current isolation chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the two current connection terminals (44) are arranged in bilateral symmetry.

Background

At present, direct current loads are widely applied in production and life in various modes, direct current electric energy has various application modes such as a direct current power distribution network, a distributed micro-grid, single-point access, direct drive, an electric vehicle direct current charger and the like, and the direct current electric energy has been applied in various test points at home and abroad. With the application of direct current load, direct current electric energy metering has been widely applied to metering and charging of a direct current charger of an electric vehicle.

The direct current electric energy meter is divided into a current direct access type and a current indirect access type according to a current sampling access mode, and the two types have the following defects: 1. the indirect access type meter is relatively independent from the current sensor, so that the metering error sources are difficult to distinguish in the field operation environment, the field operation and maintenance are not facilitated, and the accuracy is poor; 2. as a direct current electric energy metering device, the indirect access type meter is separated from the current sensor, so that the integral seal management is inconvenient; 3. the direct access type meter has the advantages that the current can generate a constant magnetic field, the magnetic field intensity can also be increased along with the increase of the current, and the influence of the magnetic field on the metering unit of the meter can not be effectively prevented by simple layered isolation or other installation forms.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and to provide an integrated dc electric energy meter using a current isolation bin, which can be directly connected to a load current larger than 100A, so as to facilitate the overall seal management, and the current isolation bin can shield the magnetic field generated by the current sensor, so as to reduce the influence of the constant magnetic field on the electric energy metering unit.

Therefore, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting a current isolation bin comprises a meter shell, wherein the meter shell is internally provided with the current isolation bin;

the current isolation bin is internally provided with a cavity, and a current sensor is placed in the cavity;

the bin wall of the current isolation bin adopts a double-layer structure, the outer layer is an insulating layer, the inner layer is a metal conductive coating, the bottom of the current isolation bin is provided with a metal radiator, and the metal radiator and the metal conductive coating are connected to form a metal cavity with an electromagnetic shielding effect;

two sides of the current sensor are respectively connected with a current wiring terminal arranged in the cavity of the current isolation bin;

a metering circuit board and a display unit are arranged between the inner wall of the watch case and the insulating layer at the top of the current isolation bin, the display unit is fixed on the metering circuit board, and the metering circuit board is fixed on the insulating layer of the current isolation bin;

and an auxiliary connecting terminal is arranged between the inner wall of the meter shell and the insulating layer on the side wall of the current isolation bin.

And the metering circuit board is provided with a voltage sampling unit and an electric energy metering unit.

Under the normal working condition, the load current is connected into the integrated direct current electric energy meter through the current wiring terminal and flows through the current sensor, so that the current sensor generates a small voltage signal in a certain proportion to the load current. Load voltage is connected into the integrated direct current electric energy meter through the auxiliary wiring terminal, and the metering circuit board utilizes the collected voltage and small voltage signals to perform electric energy metering.

The invention provides an integrated direct current electric energy meter integrating a current sensor to form a current sampling unit through an isolation bin nested design. The current sensor and the metering circuit board are integrated into a whole, the current isolation bin and the metal radiator form a closed bin body to separate the current sensor from the metering circuit board, the internal temperature of the meter is effectively reduced, in addition, the current isolation bin adopts a double-layer structure (a metal conductive coating is arranged in an insulating shell), and the metal conductive coating is additionally arranged to shield a constant magnetic field generated by large current during normal work, so that the influence of the magnetic field generated when the current sensor applies current on the metering circuit board is reduced, and the metering accuracy of the integrated direct current electric energy meter is ensured.

The integrated direct current electric energy meter provided by the invention has three remarkable advantages. Firstly, the current sensor and the electric energy metering unit are integrated into a whole, so that the electric energy metering accuracy of the meter is improved, and the field metering error source analysis is facilitated. Second, being a metering device facilitates the application of the seal for management. Thirdly, the heat generated when the current sensor works normally can be effectively dissipated, and the influence of the temperature inside the meter and the magnetic field generated by large current is reduced.

Furthermore, a current wiring terminal hole for a current wiring terminal to penetrate out is formed in the side wall of the current isolation bin.

Furthermore, a threading hole of a secondary loop of the current sensor is formed in the side wall of the current isolation bin.

Furthermore, the metal radiator comprises a metal substrate and a plurality of metal radiating fins on the metal substrate, and two ends of the metal substrate are respectively connected with the metal conductive coatings on two sides of the current isolation bin.

Furthermore, a heat dissipation space is formed between the plurality of metal heat dissipation fins and the bottom surface of the watch case.

Furthermore, a positioning piece for positioning the current isolation bin in the horizontal direction is arranged on the outer side of the current isolation bin.

Furthermore, the positioning piece is provided with a positioning hole for the current wiring terminal to penetrate through.

Compared with the traditional direct current electric energy meter and the current sensor which are independently used, the integrated direct current electric energy meter has the following beneficial effects that: 1. the installation procedure is simplified, the arrangement of a small-voltage signal line of the current sensor is not needed, the measurement deviation caused by the small-voltage signal line is reduced, and the accuracy of electric energy measurement is improved. 2. The problem that the traditional direct current electric energy meter and the current sensor of the current sensor can not be used independently for sealing management in a unified mode is solved. 3. The meter can be directly connected with a large current, an independent current sampling element is not attached, the source of a metering error is convenient to analyze, and the troubleshooting efficiency is improved. 4. The current isolation bin and the metal radiator are used for processing, so that the influence of a magnetic field generated by self-heating and current application of the current sensor on electric energy metering is reduced.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

An integrated direct current electric energy meter adopting a current isolation bin is shown in figure 1 and comprises a meter shell 1 and a current isolation bin 4 arranged in the meter shell 1.

The current isolation cabin 4 forms a cavity 43 therein, and the current sensor 7 is placed in the cavity 43.

The bin wall of the current isolation bin 4 adopts a double-layer structure, the outer layer is an insulating layer 41, the inner layer is a metal conductive coating 42, the bottom of the current isolation bin 4 is provided with a metal radiator, and the metal radiator and the metal conductive coating 42 are connected to form a metal cavity with an electromagnetic shielding effect; the metal radiator comprises a metal substrate and a plurality of metal radiating fins 5 on the metal substrate, and two ends of the metal substrate are respectively connected with the metal conductive coatings on two sides of the current isolation bin. A heat dissipation space is formed between the plurality of metal heat dissipation fins 5 and the bottom surface of the watch case 1.

The two sides of the current sensor 7 are respectively connected with a current connecting terminal 6 arranged in the current isolation chamber cavity 43, and the two current connecting terminals 44 are arranged in bilateral symmetry. And a current sensor secondary loop threading hole 45 and a current wiring terminal hole 44 for a current wiring terminal to penetrate out are formed in the side wall of the current isolation bin 4.

A metering circuit board 3 and a display unit 2 are arranged between the inner wall of the watchcase 1 and the insulating layer at the top of the current isolation bin 4, the display unit 2 is fixed on the metering circuit board 3, and the metering circuit board 3 is fixed on the insulating layer 41 of the current isolation bin.

The outer side of the current isolation bin 4 is provided with a positioning piece 9 for positioning the current isolation bin in the horizontal direction, and the positioning piece 9 is provided with a positioning hole for the current wiring terminal to penetrate through.

An auxiliary wiring terminal 8 arranged on a positioning piece 9 is arranged between the inner wall of the watchcase 1 and the insulating layer on the side wall of the current isolation bin 4, and the auxiliary wiring terminal 8 is a voltage wiring terminal.

The metering circuit board of the invention should integrate (have) the components or functions of the voltage sampling element, the metering chip, the main control MCU and the like as shown in fig. 4.
