2. A veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second support plate (9) is provided at one side of said feeding opening (10), said second support plate (9) being fixedly attached to the outer wall of said drying box (2).

Veneer drying equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner side of the outlet (11) is provided with a first support plate (3), a guide plate (5) is arranged above the first support plate (3), and the bottom of the first support plate (3) is provided with a support frame (4) for supporting the first support plate (3).

4. Veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of guide wheels (7) are arranged on both sides of said conveyor belt (6), and that a plurality of said guide wheels (7) are rotatably mounted inside said drying box (2) by means of mounting brackets (8).

5. Veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the back of said drying box (2) is provided with a motor (23), said motor (23) being adapted to drive said conveyor belt (6).

6. A veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an operation panel (22) is provided on the front surface of said drying box (2), a display screen is provided on said operation panel (22), and a plurality of operation buttons are provided below said display screen.

7. A veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said water receiving plate (18) is internally provided with a drain pipe (14), said drain pipe (14) extending through said condensation box (12).

8. A veneer drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said water spraying end of said spraying nozzle (20) is inserted into the inside of said drying box (2) and is located between said conveyor belt (6) and said heating lamp (21).

9. The method for removing impurities of veneer drying equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1: the veneer is placed on a conveyor belt (6) in the drying box (2) through a feeding hole (10), the veneer is dried by a plurality of second supporting plates (9) when being conveyed on the conveyor belt (6), and dried water vapor is condensed on a condensing plate (13);

step 2: condensed water slides into the water receiving plate (18) along the inner wall of the condensing plate (13), when the condensing plate (13) is heated, cooling water in the water storage tank (15) is heated, and steam generated after heating enters the second connecting pipe (26) and the first connecting pipes (24) through the exhaust pipe (17);

and step 3: the veneer on the conveying belt (6) can be humidified through the spray head (20) by opening the electromagnetic valve (25) on the first connecting pipe (24), the veneer can be guided by the guide wheels (7) on two sides of the conveying belt (6) when being conveyed on the conveying belt (6), and the veneer can be guided by the first supporting plate (3) when reaching the tail end of the conveying belt (6) and then conveyed out from the discharge hole (11).

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of said heating lamps (21) are uniformly distributed inside said drying box (2).

Background

The wood chips processed after rotary cutting are generally called veneers, the veneers are required to be overlapped by using glue one by one in the processing of the veneers and then pressed to form a synthetic wood board, when the veneers are processed, strict moisture control is required to be carried out on the veneers for ensuring the overall quality, the existing veneer drying equipment is inconvenient to condense and recycle water vapor in the drying equipment when in use, and the veneers are easy to crack and deform due to too fast dehydration during drying.

How to research out single-board drying equipment and a drying method thereof is a problem to be solved urgently at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides veneer drying equipment.

The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:

a veneer drying device comprises a bracket, wherein one side of the bracket is provided with a feed inlet, the other side of the bracket is provided with a discharge outlet, the top of the bracket is provided with a drying box, the inside of the drying box is provided with a conveyor belt, a plurality of lamp holders are arranged above the conveyor belt, the lamp holder is internally provided with a heating lamp tube, the top of the drying box is provided with a condensing box, the inner side of the condensing box is provided with a condensing plate, two water receiving plates are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the condensing plate, a water storage tank is arranged at the top of the condensing tank, the top of the water storage tank is provided with an exhaust pipe, one side of the exhaust pipe is provided with a water adding pipe, the bottom end of the exhaust pipe is provided with a second connecting pipe, the bottom of the second connecting pipe is provided with a plurality of first connecting pipes, the first connecting pipes are provided with electromagnetic valves, and the other ends of the first connecting pipes are provided with spray heads.

An impurity removing method of veneer drying equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1: the veneer is placed on a conveying belt in the drying box through the feeding hole, the veneer is dried by the second supporting plates when being conveyed on the conveying belt, and dried water vapor is condensed on the condensing plate;

step 2: the condensed water slides into the water receiving plate along the inner wall of the condensing plate, the cooling water in the water storage tank is heated when the condensing plate is heated, and steam generated after heating enters the second connecting pipe and the plurality of first connecting pipes through the exhaust pipe;

and step 3: the single plate on the conveying belt can be humidified by the nozzle by opening the electromagnetic valve on the first connecting pipe, the single plate can be guided by the guide wheels on two sides of the conveying belt when conveyed on the conveying belt, and the single plate can be guided by the first supporting plate when reaching the tail end of the conveying belt and then conveyed out from the discharge port.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: according to the veneer drying equipment and the drying method thereof, the condensing box, the condensing plate and the water receiving plate are arranged, so that water vapor generated by drying can be conveniently condensed and recovered, the spray heads can be used for humidifying during drying to prevent cracking and deformation caused by too fast drying of the veneer through the arrangement of the water storage box, the exhaust pipe, the electromagnetic valve and the plurality of spray heads, the water storage box can be used for heating by utilizing heat in the condensing box to generate water vapor, and the amount of the steam entering the drying box through the spray heads can be adjusted through the arrangement of the electromagnetic valve.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the veneer drying apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a support 1, a feeding port 10 is provided at one side of the support 1, a discharging port 11 is provided at the other side of the support 1, a drying box 2 is provided at the top of the support 1, a conveyor belt 6 is provided inside the drying box 2, a plurality of lamp holders 19 are provided above the conveyor belt 6, heating lamps 21 are provided inside the lamp holders 19, a condensing box 12 is provided at the top of the drying box 2, a condensing plate 13 is provided inside the condensing box 12, two water receiving plates 18 are symmetrically provided inside the condensing plate 13, a water storage tank 15 is provided at the top of the condensing box 12, an exhaust pipe 17 is provided at the top of the water storage tank 15, a water adding pipe 16 is provided at one side of the exhaust pipe 17, a second connecting pipe 26 is provided at the bottom of the exhaust pipe 17, a plurality of first connecting pipes 24 are provided at the bottom of the second connecting pipe 26, and an electromagnetic valve 25 is provided on the first connecting pipes 24, the other end of the first connection pipe 24 is provided with the spray head 20. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 6, a second supporting plate 9 is disposed on one side of the feeding port 10, the second supporting plate 9 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the drying box 2, a first supporting plate 3 is disposed on an inner side of the discharging port 11, a guiding plate 5 is disposed above the first supporting plate 3, a supporting frame 4 for supporting the first supporting plate 3 is disposed at a bottom of the first supporting plate 3, a motor 23 is disposed at a back surface of the drying box 2, the motor 23 is used for driving the conveyor belt 6, an operation panel 22 is disposed at a front surface of the drying box 2, a display screen is disposed on the operation panel 22, a plurality of operation buttons are disposed below the display screen, and a water spraying end of the nozzle 20 is inserted into the drying box 2 and is located between the conveyor belt 6 and the heating lamp 21. Through the setting of second backup pad 9, can make things convenient for the veneer to get into the inside of stoving case 2, through the setting of deflector 5 and second backup pad 9, the veneer after can conveniently drying conveys out from 11 insides of discharge gate, through the setting of motor 23, can conveniently drive conveyer belt 6, through operating panel 22's setting, can make things convenient for the use of equipment.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, a drain pipe 14 is disposed inside the water receiving plate 18, the drain pipe 14 penetrates through the condensation box 12, a plurality of guide wheels 7 are disposed on both sides of the conveyor belt 6, and the plurality of guide wheels 7 are rotatably mounted inside the drying box 2 through a mounting frame 8. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an impurity removing method for a veneer drying device includes the following steps:

in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, the working process of the veneer drying apparatus and the drying method thereof provided in this embodiment is as follows:

step 1: when the single-board drying device is used, the conveying belt 6 is started through the operation panel 21, the single board is placed on the conveying belt 6 in the drying box 2 through the feeding hole 10, the single board is dried through the second supporting plates 9 when being conveyed on the conveying belt 6, dried water vapor can rise into the condensing box 12, then the condensing plate 13 meets condensation junctions, the cooling water in the water storage tank 15 can be heated by the steam in the condensing process, the condensed water slides into the water receiving plate 18 along the inner wall of the condensing plate 13, and then the condensed water is discharged out of the water receiving plate 18 through the liquid discharge pipe 14;

step 2: when the condensation plate 13 is heated, the cooling water in the water storage tank 15 is heated, steam generated after heating enters the second connecting pipe 26 and the plurality of first connecting pipes 24 through the exhaust pipe 17, the single plate on the conveying belt 6 can be humidified through the spray head 20 by opening the electromagnetic valve 25 on the first connecting pipe 24, and the humidity in the drying box 2 is accurately grasped by adjusting the opening number of the spray head 20 in the humidifying process, so that the overhigh humidity in the drying box 2 is prevented;

and step 3: the veneer can be guided by leading wheel 7 of conveyer belt 6 both sides when conveying on conveyer belt 6, and when the veneer arrived conveyer belt 6 terminal, deflector 5 can prevent that the veneer from taking place to change because of the extrusion friction position and leading to blockking up discharge gate 11, then the veneer can be through the direction of first backup pad 3 then from discharge gate 11 department by the conveying.

In summary, in this embodiment, according to the veneer drying apparatus and the drying method thereof in this embodiment, through the arrangement of the second support plate 9, the veneer can be conveniently conveyed into the drying box 2, through the arrangement of the guide plate 5 and the second support plate 9, the dried veneer can be conveniently conveyed out from the inside of the discharge port 11, through the arrangement of the motor 23, the conveyor belt 6 can be conveniently driven, through the arrangement of the operation panel 22, the use of the apparatus can be facilitated, through the arrangement of the liquid discharge pipe 14, the condensed water in the water receiving plate 18 can be conveniently discharged, and through the arrangement of the guide wheel 7 and the mounting frame 8, the dried veneer can be conveniently guided.
