Background

With the rapid development of informatization, the requirement of users on the intellectualization of refrigeration equipment is higher and higher, one important function of intelligent refrigeration equipment is human-computer interaction, and one of the means for realizing the human-computer interaction is to arrange a display device with a display panel on the refrigeration equipment, so that the internal information of the refrigeration equipment is monitored and controlled through the display panel.

The display panel of the existing refrigeration equipment is usually arranged on the door body and faces the front side, so that observation and operation of a user are facilitated.

In view of the above, there is a need for an improved refrigeration apparatus to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide more convenient refrigeration equipment.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a refrigeration device, which includes a box body and a display device disposed on the top of the box body, and is characterized in that: the display device comprises an outer cover fixed on the top of the box body and a display panel exposed on the upper side of the outer cover.

As a further improvement of the invention, the refrigeration equipment comprises a prepositioning structure and a fixing structure which are arranged between the top of the box body and the outer cover so as to be mutually fixedly arranged.

As a further improvement of the invention, the pre-positioning structure comprises a positioning column arranged on the top of the box body and a clamping part arranged on the outer cover and matched with the positioning column, and the fixing structure comprises fixing holes respectively arranged on the box body and the outer cover and fixing parts matched with the fixing holes on the box body and the outer cover.

As a further improvement of the invention, the size of the outer cover is matched with the top of the box body, and at least one side of the outer cover in the transverse direction is provided with an arc-shaped part which is gradually bent downwards.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a refrigeration device according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, the refrigeration device includes a box 1, and a display device disposed on a top of the box 1, wherein the display device includes a housing 2 fixed on the top of the box 1, and a display panel 3 exposed on an upper side of the housing 2.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the refrigeration device is a refrigerator, but the refrigeration device may also be a refrigerator or a wine cabinet, where the refrigerator includes other types of refrigerators such as a conventional vertical-opening refrigerator, a side-by-side refrigerator, a french refrigerator, and the like.

The height range of the refrigeration equipment is 800-: a width in the transverse direction of 525 mm; the thickness in the front-rear direction was 550 mm; the height in the up-down direction is 1070mm, and therefore, the refrigeration apparatus in this embodiment is a miniaturized apparatus, and the height is about 1 meter, and it is very convenient for the user to view the display panel 3 through overlooking by disposing the display panel 3 on the upper side of the housing 2.

In this embodiment, the form of arranging the outer cover 2 on the top of the box body 1 is adopted, so that not only the structure of the box body 1 is not damaged, but also the fixed installation and the personalized design of the outer cover 2 and the box body 1 are facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the refrigeration equipment comprises a prepositioning structure and a fixing structure which are arranged between the top of the box body 1 and the outer cover 2 so as to be mutually installed and fixed. In this embodiment, the pre-positioning structure includes a positioning column 4 disposed on the top of the box 1, and a clamping portion 201 disposed on the outer cover 2 and matched with the positioning column 4, the fixing structure includes fixing holes 20 respectively disposed on the box 1 and the outer cover 2, and fixing members (not shown) matched with the fixing holes 20 on the box 1 and the outer cover 2, and the fixing members are screws.

The positioning column 4 has a matching portion 41 located in the foaming layer of the box 1, a positioning portion 42 extending upward from the matching portion 41, and a limiting portion 43 located on two opposite sides of the positioning portion 42, the limiting portion 43 is formed by protruding from the positioning portion 42 in the transverse direction, the projection of the positioning portion 42 in the vertical direction is smaller than the projection of the matching portion 41, and a gap is formed between the limiting portion 43 and the upper surface of the matching portion 41. The box body 1 is provided with an inner container and a shell matched with the inner container, the shell is provided with a positioning hole 11 matched with the positioning column 4, and the outline of the positioning hole 11 is matched with the outlines of the positioning part 42 and the limiting part 43, so that the positioning column 4 is convenient to mount.

Certainly, when the positioning column 4 is installed, the positioning column 4 is only needed to be installed into the positioning hole 11 from the foaming layer, so that the positioning part 42 and the limiting part 43 protrude out of the positioning hole 11, then the positioning column 4 is rotated, so that the shell is clamped in the gap between the matching part 41 and the limiting part 43, and the installation of the positioning column 4 is completed, and finally, the fixing effect of the positioning column 4 is further strengthened through a foaming process, so that the positioning column 4 is simple in structure and convenient to install. Certainly, in other embodiments, the positioning column 4 may be fixed to the top of the box 1 through a screw or a hook structure, or the positioning column 4 may be first adhered in a foaming layer of the box 1 and then fixed through foaming.

Of course, in other embodiments, the housing 2 may not be matched with the top of the box 1, depending on the size and cost of the display device.

The outer cover 2 has a main body 21, and at least one side in the transverse direction has an arc portion 22, and the arc portion 22 is connected to the main body 21 and gradually bent downward. In the present embodiment, the housing 2 is provided with the arc-shaped portions 22 at both sides of the main body portion 21 in the transverse direction, thereby facilitating water guiding and drainage. Of course, in other embodiments, the arc-shaped portion 22 may be disposed at the rear side of the main body portion 21.

The housing 2 further has a connection portion 23 connected to a front side of the main body portion 21, the display panel 3 is exposed at an upper side of the connection portion 23, and the connection portion 23 and the display panel 3 are disposed to be gradually inclined downward from the rear to the front. Therefore, the inclined arrangement is not only favorable for water guide, but also more suitable for the visual angle of the human body, and provides a more comfortable observation angle for the user. When the display panel 3 is aligned, the viewing angle is comfortable, and therefore, when the display panel 3 is horizontally arranged, a user needs to extend the head forward to the upper side of the display panel 3 for overlooking, but the display panel 3 of the invention can form an aligned effect only by overlooking and observing.

In the present embodiment, the inclination angle of the connecting portion 23 and the display panel 3 ranges from 20 to 45 °, preferably 30 °, so as to facilitate water guiding and better conform to the human body.

As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in order to reduce the risk of water damage of the display device, the display device further has a waterproof structure, and specifically, the connecting portion 23 has a receiving groove 24 recessed downward for mounting the display panel 3, a drainage groove 25 recessed downward and formed around the receiving groove 24, and a drainage opening 26 disposed on an inner wall of the drainage groove 25 and communicating with the top of the box body 1. In the present embodiment, the drain port 26 is provided on the front side of the drain groove 25, and since the connecting portion 23 is provided obliquely downward from the rear to the front, the drain port 26 is provided on the front side, so that the water in the drain groove 25 can be completely discharged obliquely downward, and the water can be prevented from remaining in the drain groove 25.

The display device further comprises a display bracket 5 fixed to the display panel 3 and fixed in the accommodating groove 24, a clamping groove 27 is formed in the inner wall of the accommodating groove 24, the display bracket 5 is provided with a clamping hook matched with the clamping groove 27, and in the embodiment, the clamping groove 27 penetrates through the top of the communicating box body 1, so that even if water in the drainage groove 25 excessively permeates into the accommodating groove 24, the water can be discharged to the top of the box body 1 from the clamping groove 27, and the moisture is prevented from accumulating in the accommodating groove 24.

The connecting portion 23 has a partition wall between the housing groove 24 and the drain groove 25, by which the water in the drain groove 25 is prevented from remaining in the housing groove 24, and in the present embodiment, the partition wall has a communication opening 28 provided to be depressed downward to communicate the housing groove 24 and the drain groove 25. Therefore, when a large amount of water is applied, that is, when the drain groove 25 cannot be drained in time, the water in the drain groove 25 can be guided into the housing groove 24 through the communication port 28 and drained through the catching groove 27, thereby improving the drainage efficiency.

In this embodiment, the communication hole 29 is provided in the partition wall on the rear side, so that the moisture on both the front and rear sides can be discharged into the housing groove 24 at the same time, but in other embodiments, the communication hole 28 may be provided in the remaining position of the partition wall.

In this embodiment, the connecting portion 23 further has a through hole 29 penetrating the bottom of the receiving groove 24, and the size of the through hole 29 is larger than that of the engaging groove 27, so that the through hole 29 can allow the wiring harness to pass through to connect the display device, and can help to drain water.

In summary, the refrigeration apparatus of the present invention is provided with the housing 2 and the display panel 3 exposed to the upper side of the housing 2 on the top of the cabinet 1. Therefore, when the refrigeration equipment is low in height, a user can conveniently observe and operate the display panel 3, and therefore human-computer interaction experience is improved.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
