The working principle is as follows: when the cooling box is used, a packaging film 11 enters the cooling box 1 from a packaging film inlet 36 on the right side of the cooling box 1, and then sequentially passes through the outer surfaces of a first guide roller 2, a second guide roller 3, a third guide roller 4, a fourth guide roller 5, a fifth guide roller 6, a sixth guide roller 7, a seventh guide roller 8, an eighth guide roller 9 and a ninth guide roller 10 to be conveyed, a V shape is formed between every two adjacent guide rollers, a first water pump 15 and a second water pump 21 are started, the first water pump 15 draws water from the water box 12, then respectively passes through a first water supply pipe 16, a second water supply pipe 17 and a third water supply pipe 18 and finally enters the fourth water supply pipe 19, the lower surfaces of the packaging film 11 on the two sides of the third guide roller 4 are cooled through four first spray nozzles 20 on one side of the fourth water supply pipe 19, the second water pump 21 draws water from the water box 12, and then respectively passes through a fifth L-shaped water supply pipe 22 and a fifth L-shaped water supply pipe 22, The sixth water supply pipe 23 and the seventh water supply pipe 24 finally enter the eighth water supply pipe 25, the four second nozzles 26 on one side of the eighth water supply pipe 25 spray water to cool the upper surface of the packaging film 11 on both sides of the third guide roller 4, at the same time, the excess water sprayed on the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging film 11 flows onto the V-shaped support plate 13, and then flows into the water tank 12 through the four water flow pipes 40 in the middle of the V-shaped support plate 13, thereby recycling most of the water, the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging film 11 after being cooled by the water spray become wet, the external fan is started, the fan sends the air into the first air outlet pipe 28 and the second air outlet pipe 29 in sequence through the air inlet pipe 27, and finally the air is blown to the upper surface of the packaging film 11 through the air exhaust hood 30 on one side of the second air outlet pipe 29, in addition, when the lower surface of the packaging film 11 passes through the sixth guide roller 7 and the eighth guide roller 9, the water absorption sponge 31 sleeved outside the sixth guide roller 7 and the eighth guide roller 9 can continuously absorb water on the lower surface of the packaging film 11, the driving motor drives the cam 32 to rotate, the pressing plate 34 fixedly sleeved outside the cam 32 can continuously extrude the water absorption sponge 31, so that water inside the water absorption sponge 31 flows out of the V-shaped supporting plate 13 and then flows into the water tank 12 through the four water flowing pipes 40 in the middle of the V-shaped supporting plate 13, and therefore repeated water absorption of the water absorption sponge 31 is achieved.
