1. A ceiling type deodorizer comprises a box body with an opening at the bottom; the device is characterized in that a shading component, an ultraviolet lamp tube, a photocatalyst honeycomb network, an active carbon filter screen and an exhaust fan are sequentially arranged along the box body from bottom to top; the air exhaust fan can pump air to bypass the shading component, and the air passes through the ultraviolet lamp tube, the photocatalyst cellular network and the activated carbon filter screen in sequence, and then is discharged from the top of the box body.
2. The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 1, characterized in that: the device also comprises a lighting lamp; the illuminating lamp is arranged between the shading component and the ultraviolet lamp tube.

The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 2, characterized in that: the device also comprises a bracket; the support is arranged between two opposite walls of the box body in a spanning mode, the ultraviolet lamp tube is fixed to the upper side of the support, and the illuminating lamp is fixed to the lower side of the support.
4. The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 2, characterized in that: the shading assembly comprises a shading frame and a semi-transparent plate;
the shading frame is fixed at the bottom of the box body and extends into the opening of the box body so as to shade the ultraviolet lamp tube;
the semi-transparent plate is fixed on the shading frame to shade the illuminating lamp, a gap is formed between the semi-transparent plate and the shading frame, and a gap is also formed between the semi-transparent plate and the inner wall of the box body.
5. The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 1, characterized in that: slots are respectively arranged on two opposite walls of the box body; the photocatalyst honeycomb net and the activated carbon filter screen are inserted into the slots.
6. The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 5 characterized in that: the outer wall of the box body is provided with a drawing and inserting hole at one end of the inserting groove, and a cover plate covers the drawing and inserting hole.
7. The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 1, characterized in that: the top of the box body is provided with an air passage through hole for the air outlet of the air exhaust fan.

The ceiling type deodorizer of claim 1, characterized in that: mounting lugs are respectively arranged on two opposite outer walls of the box body; the installation ear is wound with a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring forms a supporting part, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the outer wall of the box body.
Background
In a toilet, a garbage station, and the like, odors are extremely easily generated, and these odors are generally caused by ammonia and sulfides in excrement and garbage.
In order to eliminate the odor, the following deodorizing schemes are currently available:
1. the negative pressure deodorization fan is arranged on the suspended ceiling, meanwhile, a collecting port is arranged at a source (a closet pan, a urinal and a garbage can) generating odor and is communicated to the negative pressure deodorization fan through a pipeline, air at the position is collected by the negative pressure deodorization fan in time after passing through the collecting port and the pipeline, and ammonia and sulfide are decomposed by a deodorization unit in the negative pressure deodorization fan and then are discharged outdoors, a large number of pipelines need to be arranged on the equipment, and the material cost and the construction cost of the pipelines are high;
2. the common ventilating fans on the market are installed on the wall body, and the ventilating fans are air conditioning equipment which drives blades to rotate by a motor to drive airflow so as to exchange air indoors and outdoors, but the ventilating fans only have the function of ventilation and cannot effectively decompose ammonia and sulfides.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a ceiling type deodorizer which can decompose ammonia and sulfide and has low cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a ceiling type deodorizer comprises a box body with an opening at the bottom; a shading component, an ultraviolet lamp tube, a photocatalyst honeycomb net, an active carbon filter screen and an exhaust fan are sequentially arranged along the box body from bottom to top; the air exhaust fan can pump air to bypass the shading component, and the air passes through the ultraviolet lamp tube, the photocatalyst cellular network and the activated carbon filter screen in sequence, and then is discharged from the top of the box body.
In the technical scheme, the ceiling type deodorizer also comprises a lighting lamp; the illuminating lamp is arranged between the shading component and the ultraviolet lamp tube.
In the above technical scheme, the ceiling type deodorizer further comprises a bracket; the support is arranged between two opposite walls of the box body in a spanning mode, the ultraviolet lamp tube is fixed to the upper side of the support, and the illuminating lamp is fixed to the lower side of the support.
In the above technical solution, the light shielding assembly includes a light shielding frame and a semi-transparent plate; the shading frame is fixed at the bottom of the box body and extends into the opening of the box body so as to shade the ultraviolet lamp tube; the semi-transparent plate is fixed on the shading frame to shade the illuminating lamp, a gap is formed between the semi-transparent plate and the shading frame, and a gap is also formed between the semi-transparent plate and the inner wall of the box body.
In the technical scheme, two opposite walls of the box body are respectively provided with a slot; the photocatalyst honeycomb net and the activated carbon filter screen are inserted into the slots.
In the technical scheme, the outer wall of the box body is provided with the drawing jack at one end of the slot, and the drawing jack is covered with the cover plate.
In the above technical scheme, the top of the box body is provided with an air passage through hole for the air exhaust of the exhaust fan.
In the technical scheme, two outer walls of the box body, which are opposite to each other, are respectively provided with a mounting lug; the installation ear is wound with a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring forms a supporting part, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the outer wall of the box body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the ceiling type deodorizer, air with odor is sucked into a box body through an air suction fan, ammonia and sulfide in the air are decomposed through a photocatalyst cellular network, and residual pollutants are adsorbed through an active carbon filter screen, so that odor is eliminated, and the air is purified; compared with a negative pressure deodorization fan, the material cost and the construction cost are lower, and the effects of eliminating odor and purifying air can be ensured; compared with an air exchange fan, the air purification fan can effectively decompose ammonia and sulfide in air, adsorb residual pollutants, and is good in purification effect.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a ceiling type deodorizer includes a box body 1 with an open bottom, the box body 1 is a square metal box, such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy, the surface of which is painted; a shading component 2, an ultraviolet lamp tube 3, a photocatalyst honeycomb net 4, an active carbon filter screen 5 and an exhaust fan 6 are sequentially arranged along the box body 1 from bottom to top; the air exhaust fan 6 can exhaust air to bypass the shading component 2, and the air passes through the ultraviolet lamp tube 3, the photocatalyst honeycomb network 4 and the activated carbon filter screen 5 in sequence and then is exhausted from the top of the box body 1.
Specifically, the body of the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 is circular and can emit ultraviolet rays after being electrified; the photocatalyst cellular network 4 takes a cellular grid plate made of aluminum, polyurethane or foam as a base material, and a photocatalyst film layer is formed on the surface of the base material, so that the surface of the base material is fully covered with compact photocatalyst, in the embodiment, the photocatalyst is titanium dioxide; the activated carbon filter screen 5 takes an aluminum, plastic or paper honeycomb grid plate as a base material, and powdery activated carbon is loaded on the base material, so that the activated carbon filter screen 5 is manufactured; in this embodiment, the photocatalyst honeycomb network 4 and the activated carbon filter screen 5 are both cut into squares; the air inlet surface of the exhaust fan 6 faces the bottom opening of the box body 1, and the air outlet surface faces the top of the box body 1.
The air flue through hole 15 that is used for supplying 6 air-out of air extraction fan is seted up at the top of box 1, and particularly, air flue through hole 15 is latticed hole or grid hole, and air extraction fan 6 passes through the fix with screw in air flue through hole 15 department, and air extraction fan 6's air-out face is towards air flue through hole 15.
Further, the ceiling type deodorizer also comprises an illuminating lamp 7, the illuminating lamp 7 is an LED lamp assembly, a power supply module of the illuminating lamp is electrified to emit light, and the illuminating lamp 7 is arranged between the shading assembly 2 and the ultraviolet lamp tube 3; the lighting lamp 7 is arranged, so that the ceiling type deodorizer has a lighting function and a wider application range.
The ceiling type deodorizer also comprises a bracket 11, and the bracket 11 is made of the same material as the box body 1; the brackets 11 span between two opposite walls of the box body 1, in this embodiment, two brackets 11 are provided, and the two brackets 11 are respectively fixed on the two opposite walls of the box body 1 by screws or welding; the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 is fixed on the upper side of the bracket 11, and the illuminating lamp 7 is fixed on the lower side of the bracket 11, in this embodiment, the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 and the illuminating lamp 7 both span across the two brackets 11, and the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 and the illuminating lamp 7 are both fixed with the bracket 11 through screws.
The shading assembly 2 comprises a shading frame 21 and a semi-transparent plate 22; the shading frame 21 is a thin metal frame body, and the material of the shading frame is the same as that of the box body 1; the light-shielding frame 21 is fixed at the bottom of the box body 1 and extends into the opening of the box body 1 to shield the ultraviolet lamp tube 3, in this embodiment, the light-shielding frame 21 is fixed with the edge of the bottom opening of the box body 1 by screws, and a gap is formed between the light-shielding frame 21 and the box body 1, in other words, the light-shielding frame 21 is hung on the box body 1 by screws; the semi-transparent plate 22 is one of a milky-white plastic plate, a frosted plastic plate or a frosted glass plate, the semi-transparent plate 22 is fixed on the light-shielding frame 21 to shield the illuminating lamp 7, so that the illuminating lamp 7 is uniformly illuminated, the light of the illuminating lamp 7 is softened after passing through the semi-transparent plate 22, a gap is formed between the semi-transparent plate 22 and the light-shielding frame 21, and a gap is also formed between the semi-transparent plate 22 and the inner wall of the box body 1; in this embodiment, the translucent plate 22 is fixed to the light-shielding frame 21 by screws.
Two opposite walls of the box body 1 are respectively provided with a slot 12, and the material of the slot 12 is the same as that of the box body 1; the slots 12 are channel steel-shaped, that is, the cross sections of the slots 12 are in a [ -shape, in the embodiment, the two slots 12 are fixed on the box body 1 through screws or welding; the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and the activated carbon filter screen 5 are inserted into the slots 12, in this embodiment, the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and the activated carbon filter screen 5 are inserted into the two slots 12, and share a slot space; the slot 12 is arranged to facilitate quick replacement of the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and/or the activated carbon filter screen 5 when the photocatalyst of the photocatalyst cellular network 4 is aged and after the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and the activated carbon filter screen 5 are full of dust.
A drawing and inserting hole 13 is formed in one end of the slot 12 on the outer wall of the box body 1, a cover plate 14 covers the drawing and inserting hole 13, and specifically, the cover plate 14 is fixed on the outer wall of the box body 1 through a screw and covers the drawing and inserting hole 13; the cover plate 14 is disposed to protect the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and the activated carbon filter 5, and to prevent the photocatalyst cellular network 4 and the activated carbon filter 5 from falling out of the slot 12.
Two opposite outer walls of the box body 1 are respectively provided with an installation lug 16, and the installation lugs 16 are welded or fixed on the box body 1 through screws; the installation lug 16 is wound with a torsion spring 8, namely, the body of the torsion spring 8 surrounds the installation lug 16, one end of the torsion spring 8 forms a supporting part 81, the supporting part 81 is formed by extending and bending the end of the torsion spring 8 into a square frame shape, and the other end of the torsion spring 8 abuts against the outer wall of the box body 1; the arrangement of the mounting lugs 16 and the torsion spring 8 facilitates the quick assembly and disassembly of the ceiling type deodorizer.
The ceiling type deodorizer is installed in places such as a toilet, a garbage station and the like which are easy to generate odor and the like, and is specifically installed on a suspended ceiling; when the ceiling is installed, a hole matched with the transverse section size of the box body 1 is formed in the ceiling, the supporting part 81 of the torsion spring 8 is lifted upwards, the ceiling type deodorizer is inserted into the hole, then the supporting part 81 of the torsion spring 8 rebounds and abuts against the inner side of the ceiling to support the weight of the ceiling type deodorizer, and the light shielding frame 21 abuts against the outer side of the ceiling; when the photocatalyst honeycomb net 4 is operated, the air exhaust fan 6 operates, the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 emits ultraviolet rays, the air with ammonia and sulfide passes through a gap between the semi-transparent plate 22 and the shading frame 21 and a gap between the semi-transparent plate 22 and the inner wall of the box body 1 by the air exhaust fan 6, and the air passes through the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 and then reaches the photocatalyst honeycomb net 4, and the photocatalyst honeycomb net 4 oxidizes OH < - > and water adsorbed on the surface of the air into hydroxyl free radicals under the action of the ultraviolet rays; the hydroxyl free radical has extremely strong oxidizing ability, can decompose ammonia and sulfide, and finally degrade the ammonia and the sulfide into water and carbon dioxide, thereby eliminating the ammonia and the sulfide in the air and removing odor; when the air passes through the activated carbon filter screen 5, residual pollutants are adsorbed by the activated carbon filter screen 5, so that the odor is further eliminated; the air after deodorization and purification is discharged from the air passage through hole 15 at the top of the box body 1.
According to the ceiling type deodorizer, air with odor is sucked into the box body 1 through the suction fan 6, ammonia and sulfide in the air are decomposed through the photocatalyst cellular network 4, and residual pollutants are adsorbed through the activated carbon filter screen 5, so that the odor is eliminated, and the air is purified; compared with a negative pressure deodorization fan, the material cost and the construction cost are lower, and the effects of eliminating odor and purifying air can be ensured; compared with an air exchange fan, the air purification fan can effectively decompose ammonia and sulfide in air, adsorb residual pollutants, and is good in purification effect.
