The bearing plate 6 is provided with two collision rods 13, and the collision rods 13 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the front end surface of the bearing plate 6; a plurality of rubber blocks 14 are arranged on the inclined side wall of the stop lever 9 opposite to the bearing plate 6, and each rubber block 14 is fixedly connected along the inclined plane of the stop lever 9; each rubber block 14 comprises an upper antenna 15 and a lower antenna 16, and the upper antenna 15 and the lower antenna 16 are in a shape of letter "Y"; the end of the collision bar 13 is bent and tilted upwards; in the forward moving process of the bearing plate 6, the bent part of the collision rod 13 sequentially butts against the rubber block 14, so that the bearing plate 6 vibrates, pollutants on the surface of the bearing plate are shaken off, the residual pollutants on the bearing plate 6 are less, the amount of the residual pollutants on the bearing plate 6 adsorbed on the primary filter screen 2 again is reduced, and the primary filter screen 2 is longer in service time after being cleaned.
A plurality of grooves 17 are formed in the stop lever 9, each groove 17 corresponds to one rubber block 14, the groove 17 is located above the rubber block 14, and the end part of each rubber block 14 is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of a groove opening of the groove 17; in the process that the bearing plate 6 returns to the initial position, the bent part of the collision rod 13 sequentially contacts the rubber block 14, and in the process, the rubber block 14 is rotated into the groove 17, so that the vibration amplitude of the collision rod 13 is reduced, and meanwhile, the swing amplitude of the bearing plate 6 is reduced, so that in the action process that the bearing plate 6 is away from the dust collecting box 10, dust on the bearing plate 6 is prevented from falling into the air purification device body 1 to pollute the air purification device body 1.
A concave part 18 is formed in the lower half part of the upper antenna 15, and the end part of the lower antenna 16 is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the concave part 18; in the process that the rubber block 14 rotates into the groove 17, the lower antenna 16 is hooked into the concave portion 18 by the bent portion of the collision rod 13, so that the rubber block 14 rotates into the groove 17, the surface of the stop rod 9 has no convex point, and the collision rod 13 and the bearing plate 6 cannot vibrate, so that pollutants on the bearing plate 6 are prevented from falling into the air purification device body 1.
A rotary groove 19 is formed in the connecting position of the bearing plate 6 and the end part of the cleaning roller 8, the end part of the cleaning roller 8 is rotatably connected with a rotary ring 20, horizontal blocks 21 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the middle position of the outer ring of the rotary ring 20, and the two horizontal blocks 21 are respectively connected into the rotary groove 19 through springs 22; in the process that the bearing plate 6 returns to the initial position, under the elastic force of the spring 22, the rotating ring 20 rotates around the end part of the cleaning roller 8, so that the horizontal blocks 21 on the two sides of the rotating ring 20 are arranged in the horizontal pile body, and meanwhile, the bearing plate 6 is also arranged in the horizontal state, so that the bearing plate 6 is prevented from inclining, and pollutants fall into the air purification device body 1.
The bearing plate 6 is provided with a cleaning rod 23, the end part of the cleaning rod 23 is connected with sliding chutes 24 arranged on two sides of the bearing plate 6 in a sliding manner, and the outer ring of the cleaning rod 23 is connected with the surface of the bearing plate 6 in a sliding manner; a strip-shaped first magnet 25 is arranged between the two stop rods 9, and the end part of the first magnet 25 is fixedly connected between the two stop rods 9; a second magnet 26 in a rod shape is symmetrically arranged on the inner plate surface of the vertical plate 7, and the end part of the second magnet 26 is fixedly connected to the vertical plate 7; the bearing plate 6 moves towards the direction of the stop rod 9, the cleaning rod 23 gradually approaches the first magnet 25, the first magnet 25 adsorbs the cleaning rod 23, and then the cleaning rod 23 moves along the surface of the bearing plate 6, so that the bearing plate 6 is cleaned again; when the cleaning rod 23 is reset, the cleaning rod 23 is gradually close to the second magnet 26, the second magnet 26 adsorbs the cleaning rod 23, and the cleaning rod 23 moves towards the motor 3 along the receiving plate 6, so that the cleaning rod 23 is reset, and the next time the pollutant is cleaned, the cleaning rod is prepared.
A rectangular sliding hole 27 is formed in the push-pull block 5, compression springs 28 are arranged in the sliding hole 27 from top to bottom, and a rotating shaft connected with the cleaning roller 8 is connected between the compression springs 28; two sides of the primary filter screen 2 are fixedly connected with annular guide rails 29, and the end part of a rotating shaft of the cleaning roller 8 is connected in the guide rails 29 in a sliding and rotating manner; accept board 6 and returning to initial in-process resetting, the tip of cleaning roller 8 removes along guided way 29, and pressure spring 28 is pushed down to the pivot of cleaning roller 8 simultaneously, and 8 surface brushes of cleaning roller break away from the lower plate face of primary filter screen 2 for initial in-process is being returned to resetting to cleaning roller 8, and the brush does not carry out cleaning to primary filter screen 2, avoids accepting the pollutant on board 6 and drops to inside air purification device body 1.

referring to fig. 7, as another embodiment of the present invention, in a first comparative example, a strip-shaped through hole 30 is formed in the inner side of the dust collecting box 10, a cover plate 31 is slidably connected to the through hole 30, a tension spring groove is formed in one side wall of the cover plate 31, a tension spring 32 is disposed in the tension spring groove, the cover plate 31 is connected to the inner wall of the dust collecting box 10 through the tension spring 32, the other end of the cover plate 31 is connected to the bearing plate 6 through an elastic pull rope 33, and the pull rope 33 goes around a fixed pulley 34 disposed on the vertical plate 7; in the process that the bearing plate 6 moves towards the direction of the stop lever 9, the bearing plate 6 pulls the pull rope 33, the pull rope 33 pulls the cover plate 31, the dust collecting box 10 is opened at the moment, then pollutants fall into the dust collecting box 10, in the process that the bearing plate 6 is reset to return to the initial position, the cover plate 31 covers the dust collecting box 10 again under the action of the tension spring 32, air flows through the primary filter screen 2, so that the air pressure at the position of the primary filter screen 2 is low, the air pressure in the dust collecting box 10 is relatively low, dust can possibly rise from the dust collecting box 10 again and float on the primary filter screen 2, the cleaning effect of the pollutants is influenced, and therefore the dust collecting box 10 is blocked by the cover plate 31.
The end part of the lower plate surface of the cover plate 31 is fixedly connected with an elastic swinging plate 35, and strip-shaped filtering holes 36 are uniformly formed in the swinging plate 35; the clear water of one of three is held in the dust collecting box 10, and after the pollutant dropped to the dust collecting box 10 in, the swing board 35 removed along with the apron 31, and the swing board 35 stirs water, and rivers flowed along filtering hole 36, and the pollutant flowed in the aquatic simultaneously, then the pollutant mixes with water, prevents that the pollutant from staying in the water surface, and the problem of failing to mix with water to when taking out dust collecting box 10, avoid the pollutant to float the phenomenon and take place.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the air purification device body 1 is placed in a stop working state, then the motor 3 is started, the motor 3 pushes the push-pull block 5 through the screw rod 4, the push-pull block 5 drives the cleaning roller 8 to move along the lower plate surface of the primary filter screen 2, in the moving process, the cleaning roller 8 cleans pollutants and drops on the bearing plate 6, when the bearing plate 6 moves to the position of the stop rod 9, the bearing plate 6 is blocked by the stop rod 9, the front end of the bearing plate 6 inclines downwards, and meanwhile, the pollutants on the bearing plate 6 slide into the dust collection box 10; in the horizontal automatic process of the cleaning roller 8, the gear 11 is meshed with the rack, so that the cleaning roller 8 rotates, namely, the cleaning roller 8 rotates simultaneously in the horizontal moving process, and when the cleaning roller rotates, the upper hairbrush of the cleaning roller 8 cleans pollutants in sequence to prevent the hairbrush in a single area from being bent to lose the cleaning function, meanwhile, the hairbrush on the cleaning roller 8 is arranged in a thread shape, so that the cleaning roller 8 can intensively push pollutants to the middle in the rotating process, namely, the pollutants are pushed to the middle position of the cleaning roller 8, then the pollutants fall and are collected in a centralized way, the pollutants are poured on the bearing plate 6, the collected pollutants are more beneficial to sliding away from the bearing plate 6, the residual pollutant amount on the bearing plate 6 is reduced, thereby reducing the amount of residual pollution on the bearing plate 6 which is adsorbed on the primary filter screen 2 again, and leading the use time of the primary filter screen 2 to be longer after cleaning; in the forward moving process of the bearing plate 6, the bent parts of the collision rods 13 sequentially abut against the rubber blocks 14, so that the bearing plate 6 vibrates, and pollutants on the surface of the bearing plate 6 are shaken off, so that the number of the pollutants remained on the bearing plate 6 is reduced, the amount of the pollutants remained on the bearing plate 6 adsorbed on the primary filter screen 2 again is reduced, and the primary filter screen 2 is longer in service time after being cleaned; in the process that the bearing plate 6 returns to the initial position, the bent part of the collision rod 13 sequentially contacts the rubber block 14, and in the process, the rubber block 14 is rotated into the groove 17, so that the vibration amplitude of the collision rod 13 is reduced, and meanwhile, the swinging amplitude of the bearing plate 6 is reduced, so that in the process that the bearing plate 6 acts away from the dust collecting box 10, dust on the bearing plate 6 is prevented from falling into the air purification device body 1 to pollute the air purification device body 1; in the process that the rubber block 14 rotates into the groove 17, the lower antenna 16 is hooked into the concave part 18 by the bending part of the collision rod 13, so that the rubber block 14 rotates into the groove 17, the surface of the stop rod 9 has no convex point, and the collision rod 13 and the bearing plate 6 cannot vibrate, so that pollutants on the bearing plate 6 are prevented from falling into the air purification device body 1; in the process that the bearing plate 6 returns to the initial position, under the elastic force of the spring 22, the rotating ring 20 rotates around the end part of the cleaning roller 8, so that the horizontal blocks 21 on the two sides of the rotating ring 20 are placed on the horizontal pile body, and meanwhile, the bearing plate 6 is also placed in a horizontal state, so that the bearing plate 6 is prevented from inclining, and pollutants fall into the air purification device body 1; the bearing plate 6 moves towards the direction of the stop rod 9, the cleaning rod 23 gradually approaches the first magnet 25, the first magnet 25 adsorbs the cleaning rod 23, and then the cleaning rod 23 moves along the surface of the bearing plate 6, so that the bearing plate 6 is cleaned again; after the bearing is reset, the cleaning rod 23 is gradually close to the second magnet 26, the second magnet 26 adsorbs the cleaning rod 23, and the cleaning rod 23 moves towards the motor 3 along the bearing plate 6, so that the cleaning rod 23 is reset and the next preparation for cleaning pollutants is made; accept board 6 and returning to initial in-process resetting, the tip of cleaning roller 8 removes along guided way 29, and pressure spring 28 is pushed down to the pivot of cleaning roller 8 simultaneously, and 8 surface brushes of cleaning roller break away from the lower plate face of primary filter screen 2 for initial in-process is being returned to resetting to cleaning roller 8, and the brush does not carry out cleaning to primary filter screen 2, avoids accepting the pollutant on board 6 and drops to inside air purification device body 1.
