1. A heat pipe heat transfer device, comprising: a gravity heat exchange unit, a power heat exchange unit and a working medium transmission component,
the gravity heat exchange unit comprises a first evaporation section and a first condensation section, and a first liquid inlet and a first gas outlet are respectively formed in the lower end and the upper end of the first evaporation section; the lower end and the upper end of the first condensation section are respectively provided with a first liquid outlet and a first air inlet;
the power heat exchange unit comprises a second evaporation section and a second condensation section, and a second liquid inlet and a second gas outlet are respectively formed in the lower end and the upper end of the second evaporation section; a second liquid outlet and a second gas inlet are respectively formed in the lower end and the upper end of the second condensation section;
the working medium transmission assembly comprises a gravity connecting pipe, a power connecting pipe and a pumping element, and the first air outlet and the first air inlet as well as the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet are respectively communicated through the gravity connecting pipe; the second air outlet and the second air inlet as well as the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet are respectively communicated through the power connecting pipe; the pumping element is arranged on the power connecting pipe between the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet.

A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the first evaporation section comprises a first upper evaporation header pipe, a first evaporation heat exchange pipe and a first lower evaporation header pipe which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence, the first upper evaporation header pipe is communicated with the first lower evaporation header pipe through a plurality of first evaporation heat exchange pipes, the first upper evaporation header pipe is communicated with the first air outlet, and the first lower evaporation header pipe is communicated with the first liquid inlet; first condensation section is including house steward, first condensation heat exchange tube and first condensation lower header on the first condensation that from top to bottom set gradually, house steward on the first condensation with house steward is through a plurality of under the first condensation heat exchange tube intercommunication, house steward on the first condensation with first air inlet intercommunication, house steward under the first condensation with first liquid outlet intercommunication.

A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 2, wherein the second evaporation section comprises a second evaporation upper header pipe, a second evaporation heat exchange pipe and a second evaporation lower header pipe which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence, and the second evaporation upper header pipe is communicated with the second evaporation lower header pipe through a plurality of second evaporation heat exchange pipes; the second evaporation upper header pipe is communicated with the second air outlet, and the second evaporation lower header pipe is communicated with the second liquid inlet; the second condensation section comprises a second condensation upper header pipe, a second condensation heat exchange pipe and a second condensation lower header pipe which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the second condensation upper header pipe is communicated with the second condensation lower header pipe through a plurality of second condensation heat exchange pipes; the second condensation upper header pipe is communicated with the second air inlet, and the second evaporation lower header pipe is communicated with the second liquid outlet.
4. A heat pipe heat transfer device as recited in claim 3 wherein the sum of the heights of said first evaporator section and said second evaporator section is equal to the sum of the heights of said first condenser section and said second condenser section, and the total external surface area of said second condenser heat exchange tubes is slightly greater than the total external surface area of said second evaporator heat exchange tubes.
5. A heat pipe heat transfer unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first liquid inlet is at a lower height than the first liquid outlet, and the first gas outlet is at a lower height than the first gas inlet.
6. A heat pipe heat transfer device as recited in claim 5 wherein said second evaporator section is disposed above said first evaporator section and said second condenser section is disposed below said first condenser section.
7. A heat pipe heat transfer unit as claimed in claim 5, wherein the working medium transfer assembly further comprises a flow regulating valve, the flow regulating valve being provided on a gravity connecting pipe between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet or on a gravity connecting pipe between the first gas outlet and the first gas inlet.
8. A heat pipe heat transfer unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first evaporation section is arranged below or above the second evaporation section, and the first condensation section is correspondingly arranged below or above the second condensation section; the working medium transmission assembly further comprises a reversing valve, and the reversing valve is arranged on a power connecting pipe between the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet.
9. A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 3 wherein the first evaporating heat exchange tube, the second evaporating heat exchange tube, the first condensing heat exchange tube and the second condensing heat exchange tube are all made of copper tubes or aluminum flat tubes.
10. A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 9 further comprising a heat sink fin disposed exteriorly of and in contact with the outer surfaces of the first evaporating heat exchange tube, the second evaporating heat exchange tube, the first condensing heat exchange tube and the second condensing heat exchange tube.
11. A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 10 wherein the first evaporating heat exchange tube, the second evaporating heat exchange tube, the first condensing heat exchange tube and the second condensing heat exchange tube are fabricated from flat aluminum tubes, and the cooling fins are cross-inserted fins.
12. A heat pipe heat transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the first evaporation sections and the first condensation sections is two or more, the two or more first evaporation sections are arranged in sequence, and the first condensation sections are in one-to-one pairing communication with the first evaporation sections; the number of the second evaporation sections is consistent with that of the second condensation sections, and the second evaporation sections are communicated with the second condensation sections in a one-to-one pairing mode.
13. An air conditioner comprising an air conditioning cabinet, a heat absorbing unit and the heat pipe heat transfer device of any one of claims 1 to 12, the air conditioning cabinet being provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the heat absorption unit is a surface cooler or an evaporator and is arranged in the air conditioning box; a first evaporation section and a second evaporation section in the heat pipe heat transfer device are positioned on one side of the heat absorption unit close to the air inlet; and the first condensation section and the second condensation section in the heat pipe heat transfer device are positioned on one side of the heat absorption unit close to the air outlet.
Background
The heat pipe is a device for quickly transferring heat in the edging process by utilizing working medium evaporation and condensation, has the characteristics of strong heat transfer capacity which is thousands times of that of pure copper, low energy consumption and high reliability by utilizing capillary phenomenon or gravity driving, is rapidly expanded and applied to the radiator manufacturing industry by the previous industries of aerospace, military industry and the like, and becomes a heat transfer element with excellent heat transfer performance in various air temperature adjusting devices.
In the prior art, the height difference of the conventional heat pipe is limited due to the group hollow structure in the structural layout, so that the circulating power of the working medium in the heat pipe is limited, in order to solve the problem of insufficient circulating power, a lot of manufacturers have to adopt a mode of increasing a circulating pump to improve the circulating power of the working medium in the heat pipe, but all the working media in the heat pipe heat exchange device adopt the circulating pump to perform pressurization circulation, and the following defects exist:
1) failure of the circulation pump can result in complete failure of the heat pipe;
2) the circulating pump is too large in size, space configuration is difficult, the overall layout of the heat pipe heat exchange device is affected, and the energy consumption of the equipment is greatly increased due to too large power.
In addition, the connecting pipeline of the traditional heat pipe heat transfer device is complex, the relative positions of the evaporation section and the condensation section are not easy to adjust, and the traditional heat pipe heat transfer device is difficult to adapt to the application of different scenes.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a heat pipe heat transfer device with simple piping configuration, compact structure, easy adjustment, high efficiency and energy saving.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a heat pipe heat transfer device which is simple in pipeline configuration, compact in structure, easy to adjust and capable of combining gravity driving and power driving.

The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the problems that in the prior art, the heat pipe heat exchange device is insufficient in driving power by self, high in energy consumption and large in size by a circulating pump, so that the overall layout of the heat pipe heat transfer device is influenced, and the pipeline is complicated and inconvenient to adjust are fully considered, firstly, working medium circulation is carried out by utilizing the driving of self gravity in a first evaporation section and a first condensation section, and working medium circulation is carried out by utilizing the driving of a pumping element between a second evaporation section and a second condensation section, and the combination of two driving modes can realize that the power requirement of the pumping element is effectively reduced on the premise of meeting the working medium circulation, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the size of the pumping element is reduced, and the occupied space of the heat pipe heat transfer device is conveniently reduced; secondly, set up two connectors in first evaporation zone, second evaporation zone) and condensation segment (the condensation segment includes first condensation segment and second condensation segment), a connector is inlet or liquid outlet, another connector is gas outlet or air inlet to when guaranteeing the orderly intercommunication between the different connectors between evaporation zone and the condensation segment, reduce the quantity of gravity connecting pipe and power connecting pipe by a wide margin, be convenient for adjust the relative position of evaporation zone and condensation segment according to actual need.

The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: at power heat transfer unit, house steward about second evaporation zone and second condensation section all adopt (the house steward includes house steward on the second evaporation, house steward under the second evaporation, house steward and house steward under the second condensation) to feed through the heat exchange tube and communicate, and the heat exchange tube sets up for upper and lower direction, thereby the house steward above the rising entering of the gaseous working medium of the evaporation that is favorable to absorbing heat is discharged through the gas outlet equally, is favorable to the liquid working medium following current of exothermic condensation and lower house steward below entering.
As a still further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the sum of the heights of the first evaporation section and the second evaporation section is equal to the sum of the heights of the first condensation section and the second condensation section, and the total external surface area of the second condensation heat exchange tube is slightly larger than the total external surface area of the second evaporation heat exchange tube, preferably, the height of the second condensation section is slightly larger than the height of the second evaporation section, wherein the second condensation section and the second evaporation section have the same structure, and the difference between the total external surface area of the second condensation heat exchange tube and the total external surface area of the second evaporation heat exchange tube is realized by the height difference between the second condensation heat exchange tube and the second evaporation heat exchange tube.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the height of the first liquid inlet is lower than that of the first liquid outlet, and the height of the first gas outlet is lower than that of the first gas inlet.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: under the action of gravity, the flow rate of the working medium is favorably improved by expanding the height difference between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet and between the first gas outlet and the first gas inlet, so that the circulation rate of the working medium is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat pipe heat exchange device is further effectively improved.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the second evaporation section is disposed above the first evaporation section, and the second condensation section is disposed below the first condensation section.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: through setting up the second condensation section in the below of first condensation section, the second evaporation zone is established the top of first evaporation zone forms first inlet and first liquid outlet naturally, the difference in height between first gas outlet and the first air inlet, under the condition in make full use of heat pipe heat transfer device space, realizes the circulation of good gravity drive working medium.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the working medium transfer assembly further comprises a flow regulating valve, and the flow regulating valve is disposed on the gravity connecting pipe between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet or on the gravity connecting pipe between the first gas outlet and the first gas inlet.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the flow regulating valve is arranged, so that when the flow of the working medium in the gravity heat exchange unit is overlarge, the flow of the working medium is cut off or reduced, and the purpose of controlling the outlet air temperature is achieved.
As a further improvement of the technical solution of the present invention, the first evaporation section is disposed below or above the second evaporation section, and the first condensation section is correspondingly disposed below or above the second condensation section; the working medium transmission assembly further comprises a reversing valve, and the reversing valve is arranged on a power connecting pipe between the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the first evaporation section and the first condensation section are arranged below or above the second evaporation section and the second condensation section, so that no obvious height difference exists between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet, and the reversing valve is arranged on the basis that the pumping element is arranged between the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet, thereby being beneficial to realizing the bidirectional flow of the liquid working medium, realizing bidirectional heat exchange and effectively expanding the applicable scene of the heat pipe heat transfer device.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the first evaporation heat exchange tube, the second evaporation heat exchange tube, the first condensation heat exchange tube and the second condensation heat exchange tube are all made of copper tubes or flat aluminum tubes.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: with the first tubular product that evaporates heating tube and second evaporation heat exchange tube of copper pipe or aluminum flat tube, make full use of the high heat conductivity of copper pipe and aluminum flat tube, in addition, aluminum flat tube can effectively increase the heat transfer area of unit volume working medium, is favorable to promoting heat exchange efficiency, reinforcing refrigeration effect.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the heat pipe heat transfer device further comprises a heat dissipation fin which is arranged outside the first evaporation heat exchange pipe, the second evaporation heat exchange pipe, the first condensation heat exchange pipe and the second condensation heat exchange pipe and is in contact with the outer surfaces of the first evaporation heat exchange pipe, the second evaporation heat exchange pipe, the first condensation heat exchange pipe and the second condensation heat exchange pipe.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the arrangement of the radiating fins is beneficial to improving the heat conduction efficiency of the heat exchange tubes (the heat exchange tubes comprise a first evaporation heat exchange tube, a second evaporation heat exchange tube, a first condensation heat exchange tube and a second condensation heat exchange tube), so that the overall heat exchange efficiency is further improved.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the present invention, the first evaporation heat exchange tube, the second evaporation heat exchange tube, the first condensation heat exchange tube and the second condensation heat exchange tube are made of flat aluminum tubes, and the heat dissipation fins are horizontal inserted fins.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the aluminum flat tube and the cross-inserted fins are arranged in a matched mode, scaling and water storage are not prone to occurring, and the service life of the heat pipe heat transfer device can be effectively prolonged.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the number of the first evaporation sections and the number of the first condensation sections are more than two, the more than two first evaporation sections are sequentially arranged, and the first condensation sections are in one-to-one pairing communication with the first evaporation sections; the number of the second evaporation sections is consistent with that of the second condensation sections, and the second evaporation sections are communicated with the second condensation sections in a one-to-one pairing mode.

The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the air conditioner comprising the heat transfer device for the heat pipe in any one of the technical schemes has the advantages that the pipeline configuration is simple, the structure is compact, the adjustment is easy, the high-efficiency and energy-saving purpose can be realized under the condition that the working medium circulation is realized by fully utilizing the self gravity of part of the working medium, meanwhile, the structure configuration is simple, the manufacturing cost and the subsequent use cost can be effectively reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is favorably improved.

In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the sum of the heights of the first evaporation section 11 and the second evaporation section 21 is equal to the sum of the heights of the first condensation section 12 and the second condensation section 22, and the total external surface area of the second heat exchanging pipe 224 is slightly larger than the total external surface area of the second heat exchanging pipe 214, so as to deal with the problem of unmatched evaporation and condensation rates caused by different temperature differences, thereby eliminating the limitation of the lower condensation rate on the overall heat exchanging efficiency and effectively improving the heat exchanging efficiency. Preferably, the height of the second condensation section 22 is slightly higher than that of the second evaporation section 21, wherein the second condensation section 22 has the same structure as the second evaporation section 21, and the difference between the total external surface area of the second condensation heat exchange tubes 224 and the total external surface area of the second evaporation heat exchange tubes 214 is realized by the height difference between the second condensation heat exchange tubes 224 and the second evaporation heat exchange tubes 214.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the height of the first liquid inlet 111 is lower than that of the first liquid outlet 121, and the height of the first gas outlet 112 is lower than that of the first gas inlet 122.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: under the action of gravity, the flow rate of the working medium is favorably improved by expanding the height difference between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet and between the first gas outlet and the first gas inlet, so that the circulation rate of the working medium is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat pipe heat exchange device is further effectively improved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the second evaporation section 21 is disposed above the first evaporation section 11, and the second condensation section 22 is disposed below the first condensation section 12.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: through setting up the second condensation segment in the below of first condensation segment, the second evaporation zone is established in the top of first evaporation segment, forms first inlet and first liquid outlet naturally, and the difference in height between first gas outlet and the first air inlet realizes the circulation of good gravity drive working medium under the condition of make full use of heat pipe heat transfer device space.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, working medium conveying assembly 3 further includes a flow regulating valve 36, and flow regulating valve 36 is disposed on gravity connecting pipe 31 between first inlet 111 and first outlet 121 or on gravity connecting pipe between first outlet 112 and first inlet 122.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the flow regulating valve is arranged, so that when the flow of the working medium in the gravity heat exchange unit is overlarge, the flow of the working medium is cut off or reduced, and the purpose of controlling the outlet air temperature is achieved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the first evaporation section 11 is disposed below or above the second evaporation section 21, and the first condensation section 12 is correspondingly disposed below or above the second condensation section 22; the working medium transmission assembly 3 further comprises a reversing valve 35, and the reversing valve 35 is arranged on the power connecting pipe 32 between the second liquid inlet 211 and the second liquid outlet 221.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the first evaporation section and the first condensation section are arranged below or above the second evaporation section and the second condensation section, so that no obvious height difference exists between the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet, and the reversing valve is arranged on the basis that the pumping element is arranged between the second liquid inlet and the second liquid outlet, thereby being beneficial to realizing the bidirectional flow of the liquid working medium, realizing bidirectional heat exchange and effectively expanding the applicable scene of the heat pipe heat transfer device.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first evaporating heat exchanging tube 114, the second evaporating heat exchanging tube 214, the first condensing heat exchanging tube 124 and the second condensing heat exchanging tube 224 are all made of copper tubes or aluminum flat tubes.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: with the first tubular product that evaporates heating tube and second evaporation heat exchange tube of copper pipe or aluminum flat tube, make full use of the high heat conductivity of copper pipe and aluminum flat tube, in addition, aluminum flat tube can effectively increase the heat transfer area of unit volume working medium, is favorable to promoting heat exchange efficiency, reinforcing refrigeration effect.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the heat pipe heat transfer device further comprises a heat dissipating fin 4, and the heat dissipating fin 4 is disposed outside the first evaporating heat exchanging pipe 114, the second evaporating heat exchanging pipe 214, the first condensing heat exchanging pipe 124 and the second condensing heat exchanging pipe 224 and contacts with the outer surfaces of the first evaporating heat exchanging pipe 114, the second evaporating heat exchanging pipe 214, the first condensing heat exchanging pipe 124 and the second condensing heat exchanging pipe 224.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the arrangement of the radiating fins is beneficial to improving the heat conduction efficiency of the heat exchange tubes (the heat exchange tubes comprise a first evaporation heat exchange tube, a second evaporation heat exchange tube, a first condensation heat exchange tube and a second condensation heat exchange tube), so that the overall heat exchange efficiency is further improved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first evaporating heat exchanging tube 114, the second evaporating heat exchanging tube 214, the first condensing heat exchanging tube 124 and the second condensing heat exchanging tube 224 are made of aluminum flat tubes, and the heat dissipating fins 4 are horizontal inserted fins.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the aluminum flat tube and the cross-inserted fins are arranged in a matched mode, scaling and water storage are not prone to occurring, and the service life of the heat pipe heat transfer device can be effectively prolonged.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the number of the first evaporation sections 11 and the first condensation sections 12 is two or more, the two or more first evaporation sections 11 are sequentially arranged, and the first condensation sections 12 are in one-to-one paired communication with the first evaporation sections 11; the number of the second evaporation sections 21 is the same as that of the second condensation sections 22, and the second evaporation sections 21 are in one-to-one paired communication with the second condensation sections 22.
In a particular implementation, the number of pumping elements 33 is one or more; the liquid working mediums of the plurality of second condensation sections 22 are respectively conveyed to the corresponding second evaporation sections 21 by adopting independent power connecting pipes 32, and each power connecting pipe 32 is provided with a pumping element 33 for providing driving power, as shown in fig. 5; the liquid working mediums of the second condensation sections 22 are converged to one pumping element 33, and are respectively conveyed to the corresponding second evaporation sections 21 through the pressurization of the pumping element 33, as shown in fig. 6.

Between first evaporation zone 11 and second evaporation zone 21 and the heat absorption unit 02 and between first condensation segment 12 and second condensation segment 22 and the heat absorption unit 02 all there is certain clearance, the air gets into air-conditioning box 01 from air inlet 011, loop through evaporation zone 031 (including first evaporation zone 11 and second evaporation zone 21), heat absorption unit 02 and condensation segment 032 (including first condensation segment 12 and second condensation segment 22), finally discharge from air outlet 012, and the cycle is in the same place, realize the circulation refrigeration to the air.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the air conditioner comprising the heat transfer device for the heat pipe in any one of the technical schemes has the advantages that the pipeline configuration is simple, the structure is compact, the adjustment is easy, the high-efficiency and energy-saving purpose can be realized under the condition that the working medium circulation is realized by fully utilizing the self gravity of part of the working medium, meanwhile, the structure configuration is simple, the manufacturing cost and the subsequent use cost can be effectively reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is favorably improved.
