The drawer type flue heating surface as recited in claim 1, wherein the air flow adjusting device comprises a first gate (7), a fixed column and a second gate (8), the fixed column is vertically arranged inside the tail flue (2), the first gate (7) and the second gate (8) are arranged in parallel inside the tail flue (2), and the fixed column is positioned between the first gate (7) and the second gate (8);
and one side of the first gate (7) opposite to one side of the second gate (8) is in sliding connection with the fixed column, and the other side of the first gate is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the tail flue (2).

The heating surface of a drawer type flue as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first slide block is fixedly connected to one side surface of the first gate (7) opposite to the second gate (8), a first slide rail is fixedly connected to both sides of the fixed column, and the first slide block is slidably connected to the first slide rail;
one sides, far away from the fixed column, of the first gate (7) and the second gate (8) are fixedly connected with second sliding blocks, the inner wall of the tail flue (2) is fixedly connected with a second sliding rail, and the second sliding blocks are connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding mode;
the top of the tail flue (2) is also provided with a first penetrating opening and a second penetrating opening, the first opening is positioned right above the first gate (7) and used for extending out of the tail flue (2) when the first gate (7) is lifted; the second opening is positioned right above the second gate (8) and used for extending out of the tail flue (2) when the second gate (8) is lifted.
4. A drawer-type flue heating surface according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the heating surface tube bundle (3) is provided with a medium inlet pipe (4), and the upper end of the heating surface tube bundle (3) is provided with a medium outlet pipe (5).
5. The drawer-type flue heating surface as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pipe clamp (6), wherein the heating surface pipe bundle (3) is fixedly connected with the tail flue (2) through the pipe clamp (6).
6. The working method of the drawer type flue heating surface as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one, waste heat flue gas enters the tail flue (2) through the box body (1), and a heat medium flows into the heating surface tube bundle (3) and flows out of the heating surface tube bundle (3) after exchanging heat with the waste heat flue gas;
adjusting the flow velocity of the waste heat flue gas through the air flow adjusting device to enable the ash accumulated on the heating surface tube bundle (3) to be taken away by the high-flow-velocity waste heat flue gas;
and step three, recording a differential pressure value between the first negative pressure detection sensor (9) and the second negative pressure detection sensor (10) which are arranged in front of and behind the heating surface tube bundle (3), and obtaining a reasonable flow velocity for taking away the accumulated dust on the heating surface tube bundle (3) through a boiler thermal calculation program.
Background
The boiler is an energy conversion device, the energy input to the boiler is in the forms of chemical energy in fuel, electric energy, heat energy of high-temperature flue gas and the like, and steam, high-temperature water or an organic heat carrier with certain heat energy is output outwards after conversion of the boiler, so that the boiler is mainly used for thermal power stations, ships, locomotives and industrial and mining enterprises.
The waste heat boiler is one of boilers, and as the name suggests, the waste heat boiler utilizes waste heat in waste gas, waste material or waste liquid in various industrial processes and heat generated after combustible substances are combusted to heat water to a certain temperature; the oil-fired boiler, the gas-fired boiler and the coal-fired boiler with the smoke box and the smoke flue waste heat recovery function are also called waste heat boilers, and the waste heat boilers can produce hot water or steam through waste heat recovery to be supplied to other sections for use.
In the related technology, as the flue gas of the waste heat boiler contains more ash, the ash is easily deposited on the heating surface tube bundle after a period of time, and the sectional area of the flue is fixed, so that the flow velocity of the flue gas cannot be adjusted by changing the sectional area of the flue, and the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle cannot be taken away by using the high flow velocity of the flue gas.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a drawer type flue heating surface, which aims to solve the technical problem of how to adjust the flow velocity of flue gas by changing the sectional area of a flue, and further take away the accumulated dust on a heating surface tube bundle by self by utilizing the high flow velocity of the flue gas.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention aims to provide a drawer type flue heating surface, which comprises a box body and a tail flue, wherein one end of the box body is fixedly connected with one end of the tail flue, the drawer type flue heating surface also comprises an air flow adjusting device, a heating surface tube bundle, a first negative pressure detection sensor and a second negative pressure detection sensor which are all positioned in the tail flue, the air flow adjusting device is positioned at one side of the heating surface tube bundle, which is far away from the box body, the first negative pressure detection sensor is positioned at one side of the air flow adjusting device, which is close to the box body, and the second negative pressure detection sensor is positioned at one side of the heating surface tube bundle, which is far away from the air flow adjusting device.
Optionally, the airflow adjusting device includes a first gate, a fixing column, and a second gate, the fixing column is vertically disposed inside the tail flue, the first gate and the second gate are disposed in parallel inside the tail flue, and the fixing column is located between the first gate and the second gate; the first gate and one side opposite to the second gate are both in sliding connection with the fixed column, and the other side of the first gate is both in sliding connection with the inner wall of the tail flue.
Optionally, a first sliding block is fixedly connected to one side surface of the first gate opposite to the second gate, a first sliding rail is fixedly connected to both sides of the fixed column, and the first sliding block is slidably connected to the first sliding rail; one sides of the first gate and the second gate, which are far away from the fixed column, are fixedly connected with second sliding blocks, the inner wall of the tail flue is fixedly connected with a second sliding rail, and the second sliding blocks are connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding manner; the top of the tail flue is also provided with a first penetrating opening and a second penetrating opening, and the first opening is positioned right above the first gate and used for extending out of the tail flue when the first gate is lifted; the second opening is positioned right above the second gate and used for extending out of the tail flue when the second gate is lifted.
Optionally, the lower end of the heating surface tube bundle is provided with a medium inlet pipe, and the upper end of the heating surface tube bundle is provided with a medium outlet pipe.
Optionally, the heating surface tube bundle is fixedly connected with the tail flue through the tube clamp.
The invention also aims to provide a working method of the drawer type flue heating surface, which comprises the following steps:
step one, waste heat flue gas enters the tail flue through the box body, and a heat medium flows into the heating surface tube bundle and flows out of the heating surface tube bundle after exchanging heat with the waste heat flue gas;
adjusting the flow velocity of the waste heat flue gas through the air flow adjusting device to enable the ash accumulated on the heating surface tube bundle to be taken away by the high-flow-velocity waste heat flue gas;
and step three, recording the pressure difference value between the first negative pressure detection sensor and the second negative pressure detection sensor which are arranged in front of and behind the heating surface tube bundle, and obtaining the reasonable flow velocity for taking away the accumulated dust on the heating surface tube bundle through a boiler thermal calculation program.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the drawer type flue heating surface provided by the invention realizes that the flow velocity of flue gas is adjusted by changing the sectional area of the flue, so that the ash deposited on a heating surface tube bundle is taken away automatically by utilizing the high flow velocity of the flue gas, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the drawer-type flue heating surface includes a box 1 and a tail flue 2, one end of the box 1 is fixedly connected to one end of the tail flue 2 by welding, and the drawer-type flue heating surface further includes an air flow adjusting device, a heating surface tube bundle 3, a first negative pressure detecting sensor 9 and a second negative pressure detecting sensor 10, all of which are located inside the tail flue 2, the heating surface tube bundle 3 is located on one side of the air flow adjusting device away from the box 1, the first negative pressure detecting sensor 9 is located on one side of the air flow adjusting device close to the box 1, and the second negative pressure detecting sensor 10 is located on one side of the heating surface tube bundle 3 away from the air flow adjusting device.
In the embodiment, the waste heat flue gas enters the tail flue 2 through the box body 1, the heat medium enters the heating surface tube bundle 3 through the medium inlet pipe 4, and after absorbing heat, the heat medium enters the boiler barrel or the heat utilization equipment through the medium outlet pipe 5; the flow velocity of the flue gas is adjusted through the air flow adjusting device, so that the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is taken away by the high-flow-velocity flue gas, the difference value between the first negative pressure detection sensor 9 and the second negative pressure detection sensor 10 which are arranged in front of and behind the heating surface tube bundle 3 is recorded to determine the differential pressure value, and the reasonable flow velocity for taking away the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is obtained through a boiler thermal calculation program.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the airflow adjusting device includes a first gate 7, a fixing column and a second gate 8, the fixing column is vertically disposed inside the tail flue 2, the first gate 7 and the second gate 8 are disposed in parallel inside the tail flue 2, and the fixing column is located between the first gate 7 and the second gate 8; the opposite sides of the first gate 7 and the second gate 8 are connected with the fixed column in a sliding mode, and the other sides of the first gate and the second gate are connected with the inner wall of the tail flue 2 in a sliding mode.
In the embodiment, the waste heat flue gas enters the tail flue 2 through the box body 1, the heat medium enters the heating surface tube bundle 3 through the medium inlet pipe 4, and after absorbing heat, the heat medium enters the boiler barrel or the heat utilization equipment through the medium outlet pipe 5; the flow velocity of the flue gas is adjusted through the opening degrees of the first gate 7 and the second gate 8, so that the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is taken away by the flue gas with high flow velocity, at the moment, the difference value between the first negative pressure detection sensor 9 and the second negative pressure detection sensor 10 which are arranged in front of and behind the heating surface tube bundle 3 is recorded to determine the pressure difference value, and then the reasonable flow velocity for taking away the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is obtained through a boiler thermal calculation program.
As an optional embodiment (not shown in the drawings), a first sliding block is welded and connected to one side surface of the first gate 7 opposite to the second gate 8, a first sliding rail is welded and connected to both sides of the fixed column, and the first sliding block is connected with the first sliding rail in a sliding manner; the sides, away from the fixed column, of the first gate 7 and the second gate 8 are both connected with a second sliding block in a welding mode, the inner wall of the tail flue 2 is connected with a second sliding rail in a welding mode, and the second sliding block is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding mode; the top of the tail flue 2 is also provided with a first penetrating opening and a second penetrating opening, the first opening is positioned right above the first gate 7 and used for extending out of the tail flue 2 when the first gate 7 is lifted; the second opening is located directly above the second shutter 8 for the second shutter 8 to extend out of the back pass 2 when it is lifted.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the heating surface tube bundle 3 has a medium inlet pipe 4, and the upper end of the heating surface tube bundle 3 has a medium outlet pipe 5.
In the embodiment, the waste heat flue gas enters the tail flue 2 through the box body 1, the heat medium enters the heating surface tube bundle 3 through the medium inlet pipe 4, and after absorbing heat, the heat medium enters the boiler barrel or the heat utilization equipment through the medium outlet pipe 5.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a tube clamp 6 is further included, and the heating surface tube bundle 3 is fixedly connected with the tail flue 2 through the tube clamp 6.
The invention also provides a working method of the drawer type flue heating surface, which comprises the following steps:
waste heat flue gas enters a tail flue 2 through a box body 1, a heating surface tube bundle 3 is arranged inside the tail flue 2 through a tube clamp 6, and a heat medium enters the heating surface tube bundle 3 through a medium inlet pipe 4, exchanges heat with the waste heat flue gas and then enters a boiler barrel or a heat utilization device through a medium outlet pipe 5; the flow velocity of the flue gas is adjusted through the opening degrees of the first gate 7 and the second gate 8, so that the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is taken away by the flue gas with high flow velocity, at the moment, the difference value between the first negative pressure detection sensor 9 and the second negative pressure detection sensor 10 which are arranged in front of and behind the heating surface tube bundle 3 is recorded to determine the pressure difference value, and then the reasonable flow velocity for taking away the ash deposited on the heating surface tube bundle 3 is obtained through a boiler thermal calculation program.
In conclusion, the drawer-type flue heating surface provided by the invention realizes that the flow velocity of flue gas is adjusted by changing the sectional area of the flue, so that the accumulated dust on the heating surface tube bundle is automatically taken away by utilizing the high flow velocity of the flue gas, a medium is flushed by the flue gas in the tail flue, the exhaust temperature is further reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
