Background
The prior art has a work lamp which can be used for large-scale illumination of various large-scale construction operation, emergency repair, rescue and relief work and other work sites, and can also be used for local illumination in the operation processes of equipment loading and unloading, stacking, storing, receiving and sending and the like. Further, an EVA protective layer 81 is disposed on the inner surface of the protection cavity 8.
As can be seen from the above description, the provision of the EVA protective layer 81 can protect the cap assembly 21 more effectively.
Further, the locking component 7 is a spring pin lock, a locking hole 221 matched with the spring pin lock is arranged on one side of the end portion of one end of the telescopic rod 22 far away from the lamp component 2, and a connecting block 222 rotatably connected with the top frame 12 is arranged on the other side of the end portion of one end of the telescopic rod 22 far away from the lamp component 2.

As can be seen from the above description, the three LED lamps 215 can adjust the pitch angle, and the horizontal angle of the two LED lamps 215 connected to the second connecting arm 213 can be adjusted, so that the user can adjust the illumination angle of the LED lamps 215 according to the user's own needs, thereby achieving omnidirectional illumination; in addition, when the lamp assembly 2 is in the storage state, the three LED lamps 215 can be folded to further reduce the space required for storage, which is more convenient for storage.

As can be seen from the above description, the LED lamp 215 in the storage state can be effectively fixed to the top of the storage box 6, so that the lamp assembly 2 can be stably fixed to the frame 1, and the risk of damage to the LED lamp 215 is further reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the omnibearing multifunctional work lamp includes a frame 1, and a lamp assembly 2, a generator 3 and a power supply 4 respectively disposed on the frame 1, the generator 3 and the lamp assembly 2 are respectively electrically connected to the power supply 4, the lamp assembly 2 includes a lamp holder assembly 21 and an expansion link 22 connected to each other, the frame 1 includes a base 11 and a top frame 12 connected to each other, wheels are disposed at the bottom of the base 11, a storage box 6 is disposed at one end of the base 11, the power supply 4 is mounted in the storage box 6, a placement position for placing the generator 3 is disposed at the other end of the base 11, the top frame 12 is disposed above the placement position, one end of the expansion link 22 away from the lamp holder assembly 21 is rotatably connected to one end of the top frame 12 away from the storage box 6, a locking assembly 7 for locking the expansion link 22 is disposed on the top frame 12, a protection cavity 8 for protecting the lamp cap assembly 21 is formed above the containing box 6, and an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) protection layer 81 is arranged on the inner surface of the protection cavity 8. Optionally, the wheels are universal wheels; the frame 1 is rotatably connected with a pull rod 13, and a user can utilize the pull rod 13 to pull the whole omnibearing multifunctional working lamp to advance.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, for convenience of use, the locking assembly 7 is a spring pin lock, a locking hole 221 matched with the spring pin lock is disposed on one side of the end portion of one end of the telescopic rod 22 away from the lamp assembly 2, and a connecting block 222 rotatably connected with the top frame 12 is disposed on the other side of the end portion of one end of the telescopic rod 22 away from the lamp assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to make the user more labor-saving to erect the telescopic rod 22, the omnidirectional multifunctional work light further comprises a gas spring 9, and the gas spring 9 is respectively connected with the telescopic rod 22 and the top frame 12 in a rotating manner.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, further, a supporting structure 5 for supporting the retractable rod 22 in the storage state is disposed on the top frame 12. In this embodiment, the supporting structure 5 includes the sheet metal part 51 that is the M-shaped, and the sheet metal part 51 that is the M-shaped can effectively cushion the impact that the frame 1 jolts and causes the telescopic rod 22. Preferably, the supporting structure 5 further includes a cushion pad 52 disposed on the sheet metal part 51, and two opposite sides of the cushion pad 52 respectively abut against the supporting rod and the sheet metal part 51. Preferably, the light emitting surfaces of the three LED lamps 215 are flush.
In this embodiment, the second connecting arm 213 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 211 through a first rotating shaft 216, the lamp head assembly 21 further includes a plurality of first spring plungers 218, the plurality of first spring plungers 218 are uniformly distributed around the first rotating shaft 216, the first spring plungers 218 are disposed on the mounting plate 211, the first connecting arm 212 is provided with a plurality of first limiting holes matched with the first spring plungers 218, and the number of the first limiting holes is greater than or equal to the number of the first spring plungers 218, so that the rotational damping of the second connecting arm 213 can be increased, and the second connecting arm 213 can be maintained at a position desired by a user without unexpected horizontal rotation; similarly, the first connection arm 212/the second connection arm 213 are rotatably connected to the lamp holder bracket 214 through the second rotation shaft 217, the lamp holder assembly 21 further includes a second spring plunger 219, the number of the second spring plungers 219 is plural, the second spring plungers 219 are uniformly distributed around the second rotation shaft 217, the second spring plungers 219 are disposed on the lamp holder bracket 214, the first connection arm 212/the second connection arm 213 is provided with a plurality of second limiting holes matched with the second spring plungers 219, and the number of the second limiting holes is greater than or equal to the number of the second spring plungers 219, so that the rotational damping of the lamp holder bracket 214 can be increased, and the lamp holder bracket 214 can be maintained at a position desired by a user without unexpected pitching rotation.
When the three LED lamps 215 are in the closed state, the LED lamps 215 connected to the first connecting arm 212 respectively abut against the two LED lamps 215 connected to the second connecting arm 213. In order to prevent the three LED lamps 215 from colliding with each other during the traveling of the frame 1, optionally, a first magnetic attraction member (not shown) is disposed on the LED lamp 215 connected to the first connecting arm 212, and a second magnetic attraction member (not shown) matched with the first magnetic attraction member is disposed on the LED lamp 215 connected to the second connecting arm 213.
In order to prevent the lamp head assembly 21 in the storage state from accidentally separating from the protection cavity 8, a third magnetic attraction piece (not shown) is arranged on the LED lamp 215 connected to the first connecting arm 212, and a fourth magnetic attraction piece (not shown) matched with the third magnetic attraction piece is arranged at the top of the storage box 6; and/or a fifth magnetic attraction piece (not shown) is arranged on the LED lamp 215 connected to the second connecting arm 213, and a sixth magnetic attraction piece (not shown) matched with the fifth magnetic attraction piece is arranged at the top of the storage box 6. In other embodiments, it is also possible to provide a lock plate on the LED lamp 215 connected to the first connecting arm 212, a locking structure on the lock plate, and a locking mechanism on the top of the receiving box 6.
As shown in fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, a partition 61 is provided in the storage box 6, the power source 4 is fixed to a top portion of an inner wall of the storage box 6 on a far door side, and the partition 61 blocks the power source 4. Therefore, the power source 4 can be prevented from being accidentally damaged and touched when a user uses the containing box 6 to carry out containing operation, and the use safety and the working stability of the all-dimensional multifunctional working lamp can be guaranteed.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a second embodiment of the present invention is a further improvement of the protection cavity 8 on the basis of the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: as shown in fig. 6, a sliding plate 82 is disposed in the protection cavity 8, the sliding plate 82 is connected to a side wall of the protection cavity 8, which faces a light emitting surface of the LED lamp 215 in the storage state, through an elastic structure 83, a buffer protection layer 84 is disposed on the side face of the sliding plate 82, which faces the LED lamp 215 in the storage state, and an operation portion 821 extending out of the protection cavity 8 is further disposed on the sliding plate 82. The resilient structure 83 may be a spring.
The sliding plate 82 is provided with a guide structure (not shown), and the protection cavity 8 is provided with a matching structure (not shown) matching with the guide structure, in this embodiment, the guide structure is a sliding block, and the matching structure is a limiting sliding rail.
When a user puts the lamp holder assembly 21 into the protection cavity 8, the operation part 821 is firstly utilized to pull the sliding plate 82 to slide towards the direction close to the placing position, so that the elastic structure 83 is compressed, then the lamp holder assembly 21 is put into the protection cavity 8, finally the operation part 821 is loosened, the elastic structure 83 recovers to deform, so that the sliding plate 82 slides towards the direction far away from the placing position, and therefore the buffer protection layer 84 on the sliding plate 82 is tightly attached to the lamp surface of the LED lamp 215, and the effect of protecting the lens of the LED lamp 215 is achieved. Therefore, the lens of the LED lamp 215 can be better protected, and the problem that the lighting effect is influenced by the fact that the lens of the LED lamp 215 is scratched by foreign matters such as gravel and the like is avoided. The material of the buffer protection layer 84 can be EVA.
In conclusion, according to the omnibearing multifunctional working lamp provided by the invention, the telescopic rod is rotatably connected with the top frame at the top of the frame, the protection cavity for protecting the lamp cap assembly is arranged above the containing box, and when the omnibearing multifunctional working lamp is in a containing state, the lamp cap assembly can be sufficiently protected, so that the probability that the lamp cap assembly is impacted and damaged by foreign objects is reduced, and the service life of the omnibearing multifunctional working lamp is prolonged; moreover, when all-round multi-functional work light was in the expansion state, because the telescopic link stands on the top of frame, the frame self highly be equivalent to the expansion length that has increased the telescopic link, that is to say, the extension length of telescopic link design can obtain the reduction, so not only can reduce the manufacturing cost of telescopic link, can improve the structural stability of telescopic link under the expansion state effectively moreover to let all-round multi-functional work light's structure more stable.
