The rope saw clamping prevention device for concrete cutting operation according to claim 1, wherein: an operating handle is installed at the upper end of the screw rod (3), the operating handle is in a cross rod shape and is perpendicular to the screw rod (3), and the middle of the operating handle is welded and fixed with the screw rod (3).

A method for using the rope saw clamping prevention device for the concrete cutting operation according to any one of claims 1 to 4, is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: installing a rope saw cutting system according to a construction scheme, and starting cutting operation; when the protective layer is basically cut, the rope saw at the cutting seam is about to reach the stressed main rib part, and the cutting operation is suspended; inserting the supporting parts (2) into the cutting seam, rotating the screw (3) to feed the screw in the direction of the cutting seam until the lower end of the screw (3) extrudes the supporting parts (2) at two sides to respectively make the supporting parts tightly contact with the components at two sides of the cutting seam, and continuing cutting operation; when the component is completely cut and separated, the cutting machine is stopped, and the screw rod (3) is rotated reversely until the supporting part (2) is separated from the component.

The method of using the rope saw clamp prevention device for concrete cutting operation according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: an operating handle is installed at the upper end of the screw rod (3), a wrench or a pliers is taken to clamp the fixing piece (1) after the supporting part (2) is inserted into the cutting seam, and the operating handle is held by a hand to rotate the screw rod (3).
Background
The concrete cutting is an operation process of drilling and dismantling the concrete by adopting a water-cooled diamond track or a rope saw cutting machine. The construction method has the characteristics of high construction speed, low noise, no vibration, good quality and no influence on a building structure, and is the most advanced process for replacing machines and tools with larger vibration, such as an electric hammer, an air pick, manual drilling and the like, for construction.
In the cutting process of the rope saw cutting machine, along with the deepening of a cutting seam, when the position of the rope saw passes through a protective layer and a stressed main rib is cut off, the stress of a cutting part is changed, members on two sides of the cutting seam tend to move towards the cutting seam, sometimes the members on two sides clamp the rope saw, the rope saw cannot continue to normally operate, even is broken, and potential safety hazards of operation exist; therefore, a clamping device for preventing a rope saw in concrete cutting operation and a using method thereof are needed to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rope saw clamping prevention device for concrete cutting operation and a using method thereof, which aim to solve the problem that members on two sides of a cutting seam sometimes clamp a rope saw.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a rope saw clamping prevention device for concrete cutting operation comprises a horizontally arranged fixing piece, wherein the upper end of the fixing piece is provided with a plurality of threaded holes penetrating through the lower end of the fixing piece, and the central lines of all the threaded holes are parallel and coplanar; the lower end of each threaded hole is provided with a supporting part at the two sides of the plane of the central lines of all the threaded holes respectively, the upper end of each supporting part is fixedly connected with the lower end of the fixing part, the distance from the lower end of each supporting part to the plane of the central lines of all the threaded holes is smaller than the distance from the upper end of each supporting part to the plane, and the supporting parts at the two sides of the plane are in mirror symmetry with respect to the plane; a screw rod is installed to every screw hole department screw thread, and the lower extreme interval of screw hole both sides supporting part is less than the diameter of screw rod.
Preferably, the upper end of the screw rod is provided with an operating handle, the operating handle is in a cross rod shape and is vertical to the screw rod, and the middle part of the operating handle is welded and fixed with the screw rod.
Preferably, the side of the upper end of the supporting part far away from the threaded hole is coplanar with one side surface of the fixing part.
Preferably, the fixing piece is in a square plate shape, the number of the threaded holes is two, the plane where the central lines of the two threaded holes are located divides the fixing piece into two rectangles with the same size, and the side length of the fixing piece is 3-5 times of the distance between the upper ends of the supporting parts on the two sides of the threaded holes.
The invention provides another technical scheme that: a use method of a rope saw clamping prevention device for concrete cutting operation comprises the following specific steps: installing a rope saw cutting system according to a construction scheme, and starting cutting operation; when the protective layer is basically cut, the rope saw at the cutting seam is about to reach the stressed main rib part, and the cutting operation is suspended; inserting the supporting parts into the cutting seam, rotating the screw rod to feed the screw rod towards the cutting seam until the lower end of the screw rod extrudes the supporting parts at two sides to enable the supporting parts to be respectively in close contact with the components at two sides of the cutting seam, and continuing cutting operation; when the component is completely cut and separated, the cutting machine is stopped, and the screw rod is rotated reversely until the supporting part is separated from the component.
Preferably, an operating handle is installed at the upper end of the screw rod, after the supporting part is inserted into the cutting seam, a wrench or pliers is taken to clamp the fixing part, and the operating handle is held by hand to rotate the screw rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
this concrete cutting operation prevents rope saw clamping device, and the structure is few, and simple to use, and effectual, can effectively avoid the rope saw to be pressed from both sides tightly by the component of slitting both sides, can guarantee the normal operation of rope saw, stops the potential safety hazard that this problem causes.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a rope saw clamping prevention device for concrete cutting operation comprises a horizontally arranged fixing piece 1, wherein the upper end of the fixing piece is provided with a plurality of threaded holes penetrating through the lower end, and the central lines of all the threaded holes are parallel and coplanar; the lower end of each threaded hole is provided with a supporting part 2 respectively positioned at two sides of the plane of the central lines of all the threaded holes, the upper end of each supporting part 2 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the fixing part 1, the distance from the lower end of each supporting part 2 to the plane of the central lines of all the threaded holes is smaller than the distance from the upper end of each supporting part 2 to the plane, and referring to fig. 2, the supporting parts 2 at two sides of the plane are in mirror symmetry with respect to the plane; a screw rod 3 is installed in each threaded hole in a threaded mode, and the distance between the lower ends of the supporting portions 2 on the two sides of each threaded hole is smaller than the diameter of the screw rod 3.
The upper end of the screw rod 3 can be also provided with an operating handle which is in a transverse rod shape and is vertical to the screw rod 3, and the middle part of the operating handle is welded and fixed with the screw rod 3; but sometimes the interval of a plurality of screw hole is not big, and the fixed operating handle that is equipped with back space is not enough, consequently can adopt threaded connection detachable handle, and operating handle is not fixed to the upper end of screw rod 3 promptly, installs temporarily again during the use.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the support portion 2, remote from the threaded bore, is coplanar with a side of the fixing 1, as shown in figure 2.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing member 1 is in the shape of a square plate, two threaded holes are provided, the plane of the central lines of the two threaded holes divides the fixing member 1 into two rectangles with equal size, and the side length of the fixing member 1 is 3-5 times of the distance between the upper ends of the supporting parts 2 at the two sides of the threaded hole.
In an alternative embodiment, there are two threaded holes, and the fixing member 1 is formed by welding two nuts.
The use method of the rope saw clamping prevention device for the concrete cutting operation comprises the following steps: installing a rope saw cutting system according to a construction scheme, and starting cutting operation; when the protective layer is basically cut, the rope saw at the cutting seam is about to reach the stressed main rib part, and the cutting operation is suspended; inserting the supporting part 2 into the cutting seam, generally, the plane of the central line of all the threaded holes is parallel to the plane of the cutting seam when the supporting part 2 is inserted, rotating the screw rod 3 to feed the screw rod towards the cutting seam, and when the lower end of the screw rod 3 contacts the supporting part 2, outwards stressing the supporting part 2, namely, spreading the supporting parts 2 at two sides, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, continuing to rotate the screw rod 3 until the lower end of the screw rod 3 extrudes the supporting parts 2 at two sides to respectively contact with the components at two sides of the cutting seam tightly, and continuing to cut; when the component is completely cut and separated, the cutting machine is stopped, and the screw rod 3 is rotated reversely until the supporting part 2 is separated from the component; in order to prevent the screw 3 from being pushed away from the support 2, the support 2 is preferably made of a flexible metal plate, such as steel.
Specifically, after the supporting portion 2 is inserted into the cutting seam, the screw 3 may be rotated by taking a wrench or pliers to clamp the fixing member 1, especially when the fixing member 1 is a nut, the fixing member may be conveniently fixed by using the wrench, and the screw 3 may be rotated by holding the operating handle.
