an oil delivery copper pipe (9) is mounted on the second mounting bracket (8), and the oil delivery copper pipe (9) is connected with an oil delivery hose (10) and an oil nozzle (11);
the combined bearing (17) is fixed through a magnet (16), the magnet (16) is positioned in the first cushion (13), and the magnet (16) is positioned below the injection head (18).
2. A unit bearing grease filling device according to claim 1 characterised in that the second mounting bracket (8) is secured to the mounting post (3) by interlocking a first nut (6) with a second nut (7).
3. A unit bearing grease filling device according to claim 1 characterised in that the mounting bracket one (2) is secured to the mounting post (3) by interlocking nuts three (4) and four (5).
4. A grease filling device for a combined bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (12) is adhered with the first soft pad (13) by strong glue, and the second soft pad (14) with the air vent groove (25) is covered on the first soft pad (13).
5. A grease filling device for a combined bearing according to claim 4, characterized in that a positioning cushion (15) is arranged above the second cushion (14), and the positioning cushion (15) facilitates the combined bearing (17) to be placed right below the injection head (18).

A combined bearing grease filling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the difference between the diameter of the injection head (18) and the size of the inner hole of the combined bearing (17) is in the range of 0.8-1.0 mm, and the length is 2mm greater than the height of the combined bearing (17).
7. A unit bearing grease filling device according to claim 1 characterized in that the cylinder (20) is regulated and controlled by a throttle valve (21).
8. The combined bearing grease filling device according to claim 1, characterized in that a pressure gauge (24) is arranged on the pressure regulating valve (1).
Background
The SQ31 type shredder is a key device in the cigarette shredding processing in the tobacco industry, a feed mechanism is an important component of the type, and the transmission stability of the feed mechanism directly influences the quality of the shredding process. The feed mechanism is provided with 16 combined bearings, and the bearings need to be replaced periodically in order to ensure that the revolute pairs of the transmission mechanism are flexible. The combined bearing is formed by combining a needle roller and a thrust ball bearing, and due to the fact that the bearing structure is complex, the temperature of the bearing is abnormally increased due to too much or too little lubricating oil, and the lubricating work is particularly important when the bearing is replaced. Use grease filling gun in daily can not be fully lubricated this type combination bearing, the life of direct influence bearing, in order to avoid lubricated badly, the method of adopting at present is artifical with finger pressure oil, because bearing hole diameter is only 12mm, finger pressure oil is very inconvenient, lubricate 16 bearings in succession, has the pollution grease, extravagant grease and complex operation scheduling problem, the operation process occupies a large amount of operating time, has reduced maintenance operating efficiency.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a combined bearing grease filling device which can prevent the phenomena of grease pollution and grease waste, is simple and convenient to operate, saves time and improves the maintenance operation efficiency.

a combined bearing grease filling device comprises a base 12, wherein one side of the upper surface of the base 12 is provided with a mounting column 3, the other side of the upper surface of the base 12 is provided with a combined bearing 17, the upper part of the mounting column 3 is provided with a mounting bracket I2, the lower part of the mounting bracket I is provided with a mounting bracket II 8, the mounting bracket I2 is provided with a pressure regulating valve 1, the air inlet end of the pressure regulating valve 1 is connected with a pneumatic gun 19, the air outlet end of the pressure regulating valve 1 is connected with an air cylinder 20, and the lower end of the air cylinder 20 is provided with a pressure filling head 18;
an oil delivery copper pipe 9 is installed on the second mounting bracket 8, and the oil delivery copper pipe 9 is connected with an oil delivery hose 10 and an oil nozzle 11;
the combined bearing 17 is fixed by a magnet 16, the magnet 16 is positioned in the first cushion 13, and the magnet 16 is positioned below the injection head 18.
The second mounting bracket 8 is fixed on the mounting column 3 through the interlocking of the first nut 6 and the second nut 7.
The mounting bracket I2 is fixed on the mounting column 3 through a nut III 4 and a nut IV 5 in an interlocking mode.
The base 12 is adhered with a first soft cushion 13 by using super glue, and a second soft cushion 14 with an exhaust groove 25 is covered above the first soft cushion 13.
A positioning soft cushion 15 is arranged above the second soft cushion 14, and the positioning soft cushion 15 is convenient for the combined bearing 17 to be placed under the injection head 18.
The difference between the diameter of the injection head 18 and the size of the inner hole of the combined bearing 17 is in the range of 0.8-1.0 mm, and the length is 2mm greater than the height of the combined bearing 17.
The cylinder 20 is regulated and controlled by a throttle 21.
The pressure regulating valve 1 is provided with a pressure gauge 24.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pneumatic element and the grease filling element are fixed on a mounting base, and the mounting base comprises a base 12, a mounting column 13, a first mounting bracket 2, a second mounting bracket 8, a third nut 4, a fourth nut 5, a first nut 6, a second nut 7, a first cushion 13, a second cushion 14, a positioning cushion 15 and a magnet 16;
the pneumatic elements comprise a pneumatic gun 19, an air pipe 22, an air pipe 23, a pressure regulating valve 1, a throttle valve 21, a pressure gauge 24 and an air cylinder 20;
the grease filling element comprises a pressure filling head 18, a copper conveying oil pipe 9, an oil conveying hose 10 and a nozzle 11.
The pressure regulating valve 1 is installed on a first installation support 2 and is fixed on an installation column 3 through interlocking of a third nut 4 and a fourth nut 5, the air cylinder 20 is installed on a second lower installation support 8 and is fixed on the installation column 3 through interlocking of a first nut 6 and a second nut 7, and the height of the installation support is changed through adjusting the position of the nuts.
The air inlet end of the pressure regulating valve 1 is connected with a pneumatic gun 19, the pneumatic gun 19 is equivalent to a valve for controlling the on-off of an air source, the air outlet end of the pressure regulating valve 1 is connected with an air cylinder 20, the air cylinder 20 is used as an actuating element for action, and the lower end of the air cylinder is provided with a pressure injection head 18 for driving the pressure injection head 18 to move up and down. And an oil delivery copper pipe 9 is fixed on the second mounting bracket 8 and is connected with an oil delivery hose 10 and an oil nozzle 11. Adhering a first soft cushion 13 on the base 12 by using strong glue, wherein the first soft cushion 13 is embedded with a magnet 16 and is positioned right below the injection head 18, the surface of the first soft cushion is covered with a second soft cushion 14 provided with an exhaust groove 25, and a layer of soft cushion 15 is adhered on the second soft cushion 14; the difference between the diameter of the pressure injection head 18 and the size of the inner hole of the combined bearing 17 is in the range of 0.8-1.0 mm, the length is 2mm larger than the height of the bearing, the material is processed by nylon and has better smoothness, the stroke of the air cylinder 20 is 25mm, the speed of the action can be adjusted and controlled by the throttle valve 21, the pressure of an air source supplied to the air cylinder 20 is controlled to be about 0.25MPa, and the pressure regulating valve 1 is adjusted by observing the pressure gauge 24 to change the pressure.
The inlet of the oil delivery channel of the oil filling device of the oil nozzle 11 is connected with an oil gun which is usually used during operation to connect the oil nozzle 11, oil is filled into the central hole of the combined bearing 17, and the amount of the oil can be roughly controlled by the times of the oil gun.
Magnet 16 installs in the cushion under pressure injection head 18, plays the effect that fixed combination bearing 17 removed when preventing to annotate the grease, and the air discharge duct 25 on cushion two 14 is wide 3mm deep 2mm, and the air in the combination bearing 17 is discharged from air discharge duct 25 during the oiling is favorable to the grease to be impressed inside the bearing, and location cushion 15 is tailor to specific current situation, makes things convenient for combination bearing 17 to place under pressure injection head 18 in one step.
During operation, grease is injected into the central hole of the combined bearing 17 to be filled with the grease through the oil delivery pipe and is placed under the pressure injection head 18, an operator buckles the pneumatic gun 19, compressed air is decompressed through the pressure regulating valve 1 and then drives the air cylinder 20, the air cylinder 20 drives the pressure injection head 18 installed at one end of the air cylinder to move downwards, and the grease in the central hole of the bearing is extruded into the bearing to complete filling.
