Background

The underwater connector is used for connecting two pipelines underwater, due to errors of manufacturing and underwater installation, axial errors of the two pipelines connected by the connector can be greatly different from each other, and the underwater complex environment is particularly unfavorable for measuring the axial errors of the pipelines, so that the underwater telescopic connector is required to adjust the axial length of the telescopic connector according to the axial actual errors of the pipelines to connect the two pipelines.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a telescopic connector which can be axially adjusted and sealed by manual operation under water aiming at the requirements that the underwater pipeline installation has uncertain axial errors and the telescopic connector is required to be axially adjusted and sealed.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the flange is connected with the end cover, two sealing rubber cylinders, a gasket, a fixing ring and a top head are sequentially arranged in the axial direction between the flange and the cylinder wall, pre-tightening bolts with the number equal to that of the top heads are arranged between the flange and the buckling plate, the flange is provided with trapezoidal threaded holes, and trapezoidal threads are arranged on the pre-tightening bolts and are matched with the pre-tightening bolts; the large end of each top is provided with a circular groove, the head of the pre-tightening bolt acts in the circular groove, the small end of each top is provided with a threaded hole, the connection is realized by matching a fixing bolt and a fixing ring, the flange end cover and the cylinder wall are provided with sealing rings, the flange is also provided with an annular groove, the large end of each top is positioned in the annular groove, and the outer surface of the cylinder wall is provided with a hanging ring.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention relates to an underwater bolt pre-tightening telescopic connector, which comprises 1 cylinder wall 1, 1 flange 2, 1 flange pipeline extension section 17, 6 ejection heads 3, 1 fixing ring 4, 1 gasket 5, 2 sealing rubber cylinders 6, 6', 1 end cover 18, 1O-ring 20, 6 pre-tightening bolts 7, 2 buckle plates 8 and 32 fixing bolts 9, and is characterized in that: the flange 2 can freely stretch out and draw back in the axial direction in the cylinder wall 1, after the stretching position of the flange 2 is determined, the pre-tightening bolts 7 are sequentially screwed up by hand for half a circle, and the operation is circulated, so that the top 3 pushes the gasket 5 to extrude the sealing glue cylinders 6 and 6', and the sealing work of the underwater connector is completed.
