Background

push rod components are arranged on both sides of the interior of the connecting sleeve, wherein the push rod components comprise movable rods, a plurality of groups of the movable rods are arranged in the interior of the connecting sleeve, and a plurality of groups of movable rods are distributed in an equal angle way about the central axis of the connecting sleeve, a plurality of movable grooves matched with the movable rods are arranged inside the connecting sleeve, and a plurality of movable rods are respectively arranged in the movable grooves movably, a connecting groove is arranged in each movable groove, a connecting ring is arranged on the surface of each movable rod in each connecting groove, the peripheral surface of each connecting ring is connected with the inner wall of each connecting groove in a sliding manner, a first spring is arranged in each connecting groove, and the spring is sleeved on the surface of the movable rod, one end of the spring I is fixedly connected with one side of the connecting ring, and the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected with one side of the inner wall of the connecting groove, and the circumferential surface of the water supply pipeline is provided with a positioning hole matched with the movable rod.

(2) one end of a water feeding pipeline is inserted into the connecting sleeve, one end of the water feeding pipeline is contacted with a left sealing washer in the connecting sleeve, then a limiting sleeve is in threaded connection with the left side in the connecting sleeve, the length of the limiting sleeve entering the connecting sleeve is utilized, the position of the limiting ring entering the limiting groove is adjusted, the inner wall of the limiting ring is contacted with the top end of a movable rod, after the limiting ring completely enters the limiting groove, the left side in the limiting ring is contacted with the top end of the movable rod, the top end of the movable rod is pressed into the movable groove at the moment, the bottom end of the movable rod is inserted into a positioning hole, the installation and connection of the water feeding pipeline in the connecting sleeve are completed, the automatic resetting of the movable rod in the movable groove is realized by utilizing a spring I, the separation between the water feeding pipeline and the connecting sleeve is convenient, in addition, one end of the movable rod extends out of the movable groove, and the bottom end of the movable rod is inserted into the positioning hole, the fixed installation of the water supply pipeline in the connecting sleeve is completed, the installation between the water supply pipeline and the connecting sleeve is conveniently and quickly completed, the whole installation of the regulating valve in the water supply pipeline is further realized, any tool is not needed in the whole installation process, the separation between the water supply pipeline and the regulating valve is simple, and the worker can conveniently detach and maintain the regulating valve;

referring to fig. 5, the surface of the water conduit 50 of the present invention is provided with a connecting assembly, wherein the connecting assembly includes a connecting block 501, a connecting column 502 is movably disposed inside the connecting block 501, the diameter of the connecting column 502 is the same as the diameter of the movable rod 201, a plurality of connecting columns 502 are disposed inside the connecting block 501, fixing grooves 503 matched with the connecting columns 502 are disposed inside the connecting block 501, one side of the inner wall of the fixing groove 503 is provided with a second spring 504, one end of the connecting column 502 is provided with a sliding plate 505, the sliding plate 505 is slidably disposed inside the fixing groove 503, and the other end of the second spring 504 is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding plate 505, the connecting block 501 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 101, the connecting column 502 inside the connecting block 501 is inserted into the movable groove 202 under the action of the second spring 504, thereby completing the installation and connection of the water conduit 50 and the connecting sleeve 101, the circumferential surface of the connecting block 501 is rotatably connected with a fixing ring 506, one side of the fixing ring 506 is in threaded connection with one side of the connecting sleeve 101, and the fixing ring 506 is in threaded connection with one side of the connecting sleeve 101, so that the installation stability between the water guide pipe 50 and the connecting sleeve 101 is further ensured.

referring to fig. 1 and 7 and 8, the bottom of the valve body 30 of the present invention is further provided with a support assembly, wherein the support assembly includes a support 601, the top of the support 601 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the valve body 30, the bottom of the support 601 is rotatably provided with a movable frame 602, the bottom of the movable frame 602 is connected to a support 603 by a screw thread, the bottom of the support 603 is provided with a support 604, the support 604 is internally provided with a plurality of support screws 605, the bottom of the support 604 is provided with a rubber pad 606, the support 603 is connected to the inside of the movable frame 602 in an extensible manner, after the whole regulating valve is installed, the support 604 can be in contact with the ground, so as to ensure the stability of the regulating valve during the working process, and the movable frame 602 can rotate a certain angle inside the support 601, and the movable frame 602 is fixed by a locking bolt 607, so as to realize multi-angle support of the regulating valve, both sides of the support 601 are in threaded connection with a locking bolt 607, and an arc groove 608 is formed in the support 601.
Example 6:
referring to fig. 1-8, the installation method of the single-seat self-operated control valve of the present invention is as follows:
firstly, assembling the valve cover 10, the sleeve 20 and the valve body 30 by using connecting flanges;
secondly, inserting one end of the water guide pipe 50 into the connecting sleeve 101, inserting a connecting block 501 on the surface of the water guide pipe 50 into the connecting sleeve 101, inserting a connecting column 502 in the connecting block 501 into the movable groove 202 under the action of a second spring 504, contacting one end of the water guide pipe 50 with a sealing gasket 104 on the right side in the connecting sleeve 101, and then connecting a fixing ring 506 with one side of the connecting sleeve 101 in a threaded manner to complete the installation and connection of the water guide pipe 50 in the connecting sleeve 101;
thirdly, inserting one end of the water feeding pipeline 60 into the connecting sleeve 101, enabling one end of the water feeding pipeline 60 to be in contact with a sealing washer 104 on the left side in the connecting sleeve 101, then enabling a limiting sleeve 303 to be in threaded connection with the left side in the connecting sleeve 101, adjusting the position of the limiting ring 301 entering the limiting groove 302 by utilizing the length of the limiting sleeve 303 entering the connecting sleeve 101, enabling the inner wall of the limiting ring 301 to be in contact with the top end of the movable rod 201, enabling the left side in the limiting ring 301 to be in contact with the top end of the movable rod 201 after the limiting ring 301 completely enters the limiting groove 302, enabling the top end of the movable rod 201 to be pressed into the movable groove 202 at the moment, enabling the bottom end of the movable rod 201 to be inserted into the positioning hole 206, and completing installation and connection of the water feeding pipeline 60 in the connecting sleeve 101;
fourthly, after the connection between the water guide pipe 50 and the water feeding pipe 60 is completed, the support frame 603 is spirally extended out of the movable frame 602, the support seat 604 at the bottom of the support frame 603 is in contact with the ground, the stability of the regulating valve in the working process is guaranteed, in addition, a certain angle can be rotated in the support 601 through the movable frame 602, and the movable frame 602 is fixed through the locking bolt 607, so that the multi-angle support of the regulating valve is realized.
