1. A pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve comprises a valve body (1) with an air inlet (22) and an air outlet (23) at two ends respectively and an automatic cutting device in the middle, and is characterized in that the valve body (1) adopts an eccentric air inlet mode with no center, the automatic cutting device consists of a hand cover (5), a sealing gasket (7), a sealing rod (8), an indication pull rod (13), a limiting disc (14), an electromagnet (15), a cutting plate (16), a sealing diaphragm (17), an armature disc (18) and a magnetic ring (19) positioning plate (20), the sealing gasket (7) is connected with one end of the sealing rod (8), the other end of the sealing rod (8) is sleeved with the magnetic ring (19), the positioning plate (18) is arranged on the magnetic ring (19), and the positioning plate (18) is connected with the sealing rod (8) through self-tapping; a sealing membrane (17) is arranged on the upper side of the armature plate (16), and the periphery of the sealing membrane (17) is pressed on the valve body (1) by the upper valve body (4) and is clamped tightly by a clamp (21); the upper end of the upper valve body (4) is provided with a hand cover (5), and the combination of the hand cover (5), the limiting disc (14) and the upper valve body (4) is connected by self-tapping; the indication pull rod (13) penetrates through a combined assembly of the hand cover (5), the limiting disc (14) and the upper valve body (4) and then is connected with the sealing diaphragm (17) and the armature disc (18) through self-tapping.

2. The pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve according to claim 1, characterized in that a restrictor plate (6) is installed in the gas inlet (22) of the valve body (1).

3. The pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein a knob switch is arranged on the valve body (1) near the straight gas outlet (23).

Background

The gas self-closing valve for pipeline is installed on the pipeline of low-pressure gas system, and when the gas supply pressure of pipeline is under-pressure or over-pressure, it has no need of using electricity or other external power, and can be automatically closed and manually opened. The self-closing valve arranged at the joint of the tail end of the pipeline and the rubber pipe behind the gas meter has the pressure-loss closing function. The pipeline gas self-closing valve is suitable for pipeline natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and artificial gas. The existing gas self-closing valve for the pipeline on the market has the disadvantages of complex structure, high cost and unstable product overcurrent closing parameters. The valve is not closed when the gas pipe for connecting the gas appliance, the tail end of which is connected with the gas appliance, is damaged or the rubber pipe falls off and the like seriously leaks. In addition, when the electromagnetic valve and the alarm are in failure or the line is abnormal, the electromagnetic valve cannot obtain an electric signal and cannot cut off the supply of an air source when the fuel gas leaks under the condition, and potential safety hazards are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the problems and defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve, which is a device capable of being automatically closed and manually opened without using electricity or other external power when the pipeline gas supply pressure is under-pressure or over-pressure when an alarm is not connected and the pipeline gas supply pressure is under-pressure or over-pressure.

The technical scheme adopted for achieving the purpose is that the pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve comprises a valve body, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed in two ends of the valve body, an automatic cutting device is arranged in the middle of the valve body, the valve body adopts an eccentric air inlet mode with no center of concentricity, the automatic cutting device consists of a hand cover, a sealing gasket, a sealing rod, an indication pull rod, a limiting disc, an electromagnet, a cutting plate, a sealing diaphragm, an armature disc and a magnetic ring positioning plate, the sealing gasket is connected with one end of the sealing rod, a magnetic ring is sleeved at the other end of the sealing rod, a positioning plate is arranged on the magnetic ring, and the positioning plate is connected with the sealing rod through self-tapping; a sealing membrane is arranged on the armature plate, and the periphery of the sealing membrane is pressed on the valve body by the upper valve body and is clamped tightly by a clamp; the upper end of the upper valve body is provided with a hand cover, and the hand cover, the limiting disc and the upper valve body are combined and connected through self-tapping; the indicating pull rod penetrates through the combined assembly of the hand cover, the limiting disc and the upper valve body and then is connected with the sealing diaphragm and the armature disc through self-tapping, and the flow limiting plate is installed in the air inlet of the valve body. A knob switch is arranged on the valve body close to the straight air outlet.

The working principle of the pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve is as follows:

1) when the handle cover is lifted during normal gas supply, the indication pull rod drives the sealing diaphragm and the sealing rod to move upwards, the valve is opened, after gas enters, the sealing diaphragm generates upward buoyancy, the valve works normally, when gas is stopped accidentally, gas in the valve body is lost and is in an under-pressure state, the buoyancy of the sealing diaphragm disappears, the indication pull rod and the sealing rod move downwards, the magnetic ring plays a role, the sealing ring is attracted with the positioning plate, the sealing gasket returns to the original position, and the sealing of the gas inlet end is realized. The purpose of automatic closing under voltage is achieved. The handle cover must be lifted again to open the valve again.

2) When the rubber tube is damaged and falls off accidentally, the flow limiting plate acts, the flow of the valve body does not exceed a limit value, gas in the valve body is in an instant emptying state, the buoyancy of the sealing diaphragm disappears, the indicating pull rod and the sealing rod are driven to move downwards, the magnetic ring acts, and is attracted with the positioning plate, the sealing gasket returns to the original position, and the sealing of the air inlet end is realized. The purpose of automatic closing during overcurrent is achieved. The handle cover must be lifted again to open the valve again.

3) When the abnormal pressure of the air supply is too high, the buoyancy of the sealing diaphragm is increased, when the buoyancy of the sealing diaphragm is larger than a set value, the magnet is separated from the armature disc, and the armature disc and the indicating pull rod move upwards under the action of the buoyancy of the diaphragm; the magnetic ring moves downwards to drive the sealing rod to move downwards, the magnetic ring plays a role, is attracted with the positioning plate, and the sealing gasket returns to play a role in sealing the air inlet end. The purpose of automatic closing under overpressure is achieved. The handle cover must be lifted again to open the valve again.

4) When the gas alarm is connected, the gas alarm is an electromagnetic valve and a self-closing valve, except the three functions, when gas is slightly leaked to reach detection concentration, the alarm gives an alarm, after an electric signal is given to the pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve, the electromagnet is electrified to generate suction force on the cutting plate, so that the magnetic ring is separated from the armature plate, the magnetic ring falls down to be attracted with the positioning plate, the sealing gasket returns to the position, the sealing of the gas inlet end is automatically closed, the supply of a gas source is cut off, and the safety of a user is protected. If the valve is opened again, the electric signal supply of the alarm is cut off, and the hand cover is lifted again.

Compared with the prior art, the pipeline gas self-closing valve has the following advantages:

1) the pipeline gas self-closing valve is in an eccentric gas inlet mode, has a simple structure, and when a gas pipe for connecting a gas appliance, the tail end of which is connected with the gas appliance, is damaged or a rubber pipe falls off and the like and seriously leaks, the flow limiting plate works instantly, and the valve is closed instantly.

2) When the gas supply is abnormal, such as under-pressure, overpressure, accidental gas stop, rubber tube falling and the like, the gas supply can be automatically closed, the gas source is cut off, and the safety of users is protected. Reliable performance, sensitive action, no need of external control and all-weather state of giving up.

3) When the pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve is connected with an alarm, the pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve is an electromagnetic valve and is also a self-closing valve, and double protection is achieved. The blank that the electromagnetic valve is not closed under pressure, closed over current and closed over pressure is filled. And the misjudgment that the pipeline gas self-closing valve is not automatically closed due to micro-leakage is solved.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses a pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve, which is further described in detail by combining the drawings in the specification and specific embodiments given by the inventor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve comprises a valve body 1, wherein an air inlet 22 and an air outlet 23 are respectively arranged at two ends of the valve body 1, an automatic cut-off device is arranged in the middle of the valve body 1, the valve body 1 adopts an eccentric air inlet mode with no center, the automatic cut-off device comprises a hand cover 5, a sealing gasket 7, a sealing rod 8, an indicating pull rod 13, a limiting disc 14, an electromagnet 15, a cut-off plate 16, a sealing diaphragm 17, an armature disc 18 and a magnetic ring 19 positioning plate 20, the sealing gasket 7 is connected with one end of the sealing rod 8, the other end of the sealing rod 8 is sleeved with the magnetic ring 19, the positioning plate 18 is arranged on the magnetic ring 19, and the positioning plate 18 is connected with the sealing rod 8 through self-tapping. A sealing membrane 17 is arranged on the upper side of the armature plate 16, and the periphery of the sealing membrane 17 is pressed on the valve body 1 by the upper valve body 4 and is clamped tightly by a clamp 21; the upper end of the upper valve body 4 is provided with a hand cover 5, and the combination of the hand cover 5, the limiting disc 14 and the upper valve body 4 is connected by self-tapping; the indicating pull rod 13 penetrates through the combined assembly of the hand cover 5, the limiting disc 14 and the upper valve body 4 and is connected with the sealing diaphragm 17 and the armature disc 18 through self-tapping.

A restrictor plate 6 is installed in the intake port 22 of the valve body 1.

A knob switch is arranged on the valve body 1 near the straight air outlet 23.

The knob switch consists of a knob 2, a PTFE gasket 9, a round ball 10, a ball valve rod 12 and a sealing ring 11.

The valve body 1 adopts an eccentric air inlet mode with non-concentricity, namely that fuel gas enters from an air inlet,

the straight air outlet 23 is connected with a threaded joint 3.

The pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve adopts an eccentric gas inlet mode with non-concentricity, and changes the structure of the traditional self-closing valve. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve and the self-closing valve are combined into a whole, so that double protection is achieved. The gas self-closing valve has the functions of an electromagnetic valve and a pipeline gas self-closing valve. The electromagnetic valve can not play a safety protection role in power failure, and does not have the functions of over (over) current cut-off closing, overpressure closing and under-pressure closing. Although the self-closing valve has the functions of over-flow (over-flow) cut-off closing, overpressure closing and under-pressure closing, when the leakage quantity is within a certain range, the gas leaks, but the self-closing does not occur. The two are combined into one, so that the defects are mutually compensated, and the safety is greatly improved.

The invention relates to a pipeline gas electromagnetic self-closing valve, which has the functions as follows:

1) over (over) current cutoff function: when the gas rubber tube is loosened, dropped, burned, bitten by mouse and broken to exceed the set flow, the valve automatically cuts off the gas source.

2) An overpressure protection function: when the pressure regulator is out of order, the air pressure suddenly rises to exceed the safe pressure, which causes the flow to exceed the value, and the valve automatically cuts off the air source.

3) Under (ultra low) pressure (anti-backfire) function: when the pressure regulating station breaks down or other reasons cause insufficient gas supply pressure of the gas pipeline, the valve automatically closes the gas source, and the occurrence of backfire accidents is avoided.

4) The air stopping and closing function: when the gas supply of the gas pipeline is stopped due to emergencies, troubleshooting and other reasons, the valve automatically closes the gas source.

5) The microleakage detection function: closing the switch of the gas appliance, opening the hand cover of the self-closing valve, closing the air inlet valve, observing for 10-20 minutes, and keeping the self-closing valve in an open state, which indicates that the rubber tube, the interface and the switch of the gas appliance are normal.

Second, installation method

1. The air inlet is connected with an air inlet pipeline;

2. the gas outlet is connected with a stainless steel corrugated hose for connecting gas appliances or a hose meeting the requirements for connecting the gas appliances;

3. spraying soapy water at the joint for testing, and finishing installation without bubbling;

4. the gas inlet pipeline is fixed by the special pipe clamp, so that the whole pipeline is in a stable state, and the pipeline and the gas self-closing valve of the pipeline are prevented from moving and loosening to cause safety hiding in the use process.

Third, description of use

1. Rotating the ball valve switch to make the handle parallel to the gas path;

2. the handle button can be used in normal air supply state;

3. the hand button suck back is found in use and may have the following problems:

a. stopping gas supply of a gas company;

b. the gas supply pressure is too low;

c. the IC card gas meter stops working or the balance in the card is insufficient.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
