1. A handle device having rotational pre-positioning, comprising:
the rotary sealing device comprises an upper rotating body (1), a lower rotating body (2) nested in the upper rotating body (1), a central rotating support body (3) fixed on the upper rotating body (1), a sealing base (7) fixed on the lower rotating body (2) and an elastic body (5) fixed on the lower rotating body (2);
a through hole is formed in the middle of the lower rotating body (2), the central rotating supporting body (3) is embedded in the through hole and fixed on the upper rotating body (1), at least two elastomer mounting holes are formed in the lower rotating body (2), and each elastomer (5) is mounted in each elastomer mounting hole.

A handle device with rotary prepositioning according to claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the upper rotary body (1) near the lower rotary body (2) is provided with a central rotary support body mounting area, and the central rotary support body mounting area is provided with a screw fixing threaded hole, and one end surface of the central rotary support body (3) is in contact with the central rotary support body mounting area and is fixed in the screw fixing threaded hole by screw fixing.

A handle device with rotary prepositioning according to claim 1, wherein the lower rotary body (2) is injection molded from plastic and the lower rotary body (2) is interference fitted with the central rotary support body (3) to allow relative rotation between the lower rotary body (2) and the central rotary support body (3).

A handle arrangement with rotational pre-positioning according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastomer (5) comprises an elastomer housing, a spring arranged in the elastomer housing and an elastomer boss arranged on the spring, which elastomer boss is arranged in the elastomer housing and moves in the vertical direction.

Preferably, a central rotary support body installation area is arranged on the inner surface of the upper rotary body close to the lower rotary body, a screw fixing threaded hole is formed in the central rotary support body installation area, and one end face of the central rotary support body is in contact with the central rotary support body installation area and is fixed in the screw fixing threaded hole through screw fixing.
