Background
According to the needs of power transmission and transformation switchgear, in order to meet the requirement that temperature rise meets the standard during operation of large-capacity switchgear, a fan circulating system is often required to be additionally arranged in the switchgear, the ventilation flow is increased according to the operation condition of the switchgear, the ventilation effect is improved, and the fan circulating system is started and stopped in due time to achieve the ventilation and cooling effects, so that a fan alarm control device is arranged in the switchgear. At present, most of fans of the existing fan alarm control device are fixedly installed on a cabinet top plate of switch equipment, and after the fans go wrong, the whole replacement process of the fans is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

when the fan breaks down and needs to be replaced, the bottom plate is detached from the fan mounting frame by unscrewing the bolt B, the mounting plate is detached from the bottom plate by unscrewing the bolt A, the fan is detached from the bottom plate to install a new fan on the bottom plate, the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate through the bolt A, the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the fan mounting frame through the bolt B, and the replacement of the fan is completed.
The novel fan alarm control device can reliably and effectively dissipate heat inside the switch equipment by starting and stopping the fan according to the temperature inside the switch equipment; the fan mounting frame can be matched with the bottom plate and the mounting plate to realize convenient replacement of the fan, and time and labor are saved.

As shown in fig. 2, a fan guard 10 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fan 2, the fan guard 10 is in a truncated cone shape with a diameter gradually increasing from top to bottom, and the inside of the fan guard is hollow. The bottom surface of the fan guard 10 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 11. The fan cover 10 is internally provided with a water absorption layer 12, a dust filtering layer 13 and a filter screen 14 which are sequentially and horizontally arranged from top to bottom. The filter screen 14 is a lining gauze, and the lining gauze is selected as the filter screen, so that the filter effect is good, and the service life is long. The layer that absorbs water can adsorb the moisture in the gas fast, reduces the aqueous vapor effectively and causes the influence to the fan. The fan and the fan cover are matched to be arranged to dissipate heat inside the switch device, so that the temperature inside the switch device is effectively reduced.
The working method of the novel fan alarm control device comprises the following steps:
when the temperature in the switch equipment changes, the temperature sensor detects the temperature change in the switch equipment, so that the controller controls the fan 2 to operate and simultaneously enables the alarm to operate, and an alarm signal is sent out; the fan 2 works to radiate heat in the switch device, the temperature in the switch device is detected by the temperature sensor after the temperature in the switch device is reduced, and the controller controls the fan 2 to stop running and enables the alarm to stop running;
when fan 2 broke down and need be changed, unscrew bolt B8 and pull down bottom plate 5 from fan mounting bracket 1, unscrew bolt A7 again and pull down mounting panel 6 from bottom plate 5, pull down fan 2 again and install new fan on bottom plate 5 from bottom plate 5, pass through bolt A with mounting panel and bottom plate again and fixedly link to each other, pass through bolt B with bottom plate and fan mounting bracket again and fixedly link to each other, the change of fan is accomplished.
