1. A buoy suitable for a multi-pile foundation and floating fan combined structure system is disclosed, wherein a floating fan comprises an upper fan and a lower buoy, and the multi-pile foundation is a large-diameter steel pile which is pre-driven into a seabed; the floating drum is characterized by comprising a flange, a guide structure, a single leg, a partition plate, an upper-layer inner chamber, a middle-layer inner chamber, a lower-layer inner chamber, a built-in pipeline, a fixed hole position, a sealing plate and a grouting pipeline;
the buoy is arranged at the bottom of the tower drum of the upper fan; the top of the floating barrel is provided with a flange surface which is used for connecting the flange surface at the bottom of the tower barrel below the fan through a flange; the bottom of the buoy is provided with a plurality of single-leg structures, the number of the single legs is the same as that of the multi-pile foundations, the bottom of each single leg is provided with a guide structure, and the guide structures are used for inserting the single-leg structures into the multi-pile foundations when in place; after the single leg below the buoy is inserted into the multi-pile foundation, grouting is carried out in annular gaps between the legs of the multi-pile foundation and the single leg at the bottom of the buoy through grouting pipelines, the bottom of each grouting pipeline is opened on the legs of the multi-pile foundation, other parts of each pipeline are attached to the outer walls of the multi-pile foundation and the buoy, the top of each pipeline is opened above the water surface, and grouting equipment is connected;
the buoy adopts a subdivision design, a partition plate is arranged in the buoy, the partition plate and the inner wall of the buoy form an inner chamber of the buoy, and the inner chamber is divided into an upper inner chamber, a middle inner chamber and a lower inner chamber in the horizontal direction along the vertical direction; each horizontal inner layer is divided into a plurality of small cabins, each small cabin is provided with an independent built-in pipeline, and each cabin in the floating drum is injected with water and drained through an external load regulating pump and the built-in pipeline, so that floating and sinking of the floating fan in water are controlled; the inclination of the floating fan in water can be controlled by controlling the water amount of different cabins, so that the leveling of the floating fan is realized, and grouting is performed after the leveling to realize permanent fixation;
the buoy is provided with a fixed hole position for fixing the integral assembled wharf fan and the underwater temporary foundation of the wharf and connecting and fixing the integral assembled wharf fan and the underwater temporary foundation with a transport ship in subsequent marine transportation, so that the transport ship and the fan buoy assembly are integrated in transportation.
2. The pontoon of claim 1, wherein the lower leg of the pontoon is inserted into the multi-pile foundation and a sealing plate is provided below the annular gap between the bottom of the guide structure and the interior of the multi-pile foundation.
Background
At present, components such as an upper fan of offshore wind power, including a tower barrel, an engine room, a hub, fan blades and the like, are usually installed in blocks, namely the components of the upper fan are respectively transported to a specified place in batches and then are sequentially hoisted and installed by using a self-elevating installation ship, the leg length requirement of the installation ship is higher under the conditions of water depth of more than 50 meters and thick silt layer, and domestic corresponding installation ship resources are extremely scarce; in addition, the hoisting operation time of the self-elevating installation ship is longer, compared with land hoisting, the offshore operation environment is complex and changeable, the construction difficulty is large, and the progress and the quality are difficult to control. Therefore, the integrally installed floating type fan combined structure system is provided, the floating type fan installation of the novel structure system does not depend on a self-elevating installation vessel, the offshore operation time is short, and the comprehensive efficiency is extremely superior.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a buoy suitable for a multi-pile and floating fan combined structure system, namely a buoy in a floating fan combined structure, and particularly provides a buoy suitable for a multi-pile foundation and floating fan combined structure system.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a buoy suitable for a multi-pile foundation and a floating fan combined structure system, wherein the floating fan comprises an upper fan and a lower buoy, and the multi-pile foundation is a large-diameter (2.5-5 m in diameter) steel pile which is pre-driven into a seabed. . The buoy comprises a flange, a guide structure, a single leg, a partition board, an upper inner chamber, a middle inner chamber, a lower inner chamber, a built-in pipeline, a fixed hole position, a sealing plate and a grouting pipeline.
The buoy is arranged at the bottom of the tower drum of the upper fan; the top of the floating barrel is provided with a flange surface which is used for connecting the flange surface at the bottom of the tower barrel below the fan through a flange; the bottom of the buoy is provided with a plurality of single-leg structures, the number of the single legs is the same as that of the multi-pile foundations, the bottom of each single leg is provided with a guide structure, and the guide structures are used for inserting the single-leg structures into the multi-pile foundations when in place; after the single leg below the buoy is inserted into the multi-pile foundation, grouting is performed through grouting pipelines in annular gaps between the legs of the multi-pile foundation and the single legs at the bottom of the buoy, the bottom opening of each grouting pipeline is arranged on the legs of the multi-pile foundation, other parts of the pipelines are attached to the outer walls of the multi-pile foundation and the buoy, and the top opening of each pipeline is arranged above the water surface and connected with grouting equipment.
The flotation pontoon adopt the subdivision design, its inside baffle that is equipped with, the inner chamber of flotation pontoon is constituteed to baffle and flotation pontoon inner wall, is divided into the inner chamber of upper, middle and lower three horizontal direction along the vertical direction inner chamber. Each horizontal inner layer is divided into a plurality of small cabins, each small cabin is provided with an independent built-in pipeline, and each cabin in the floating drum is injected with water and drained through an external load regulating pump and the built-in pipeline, so that floating and sinking of the floating fan in water are controlled; the inclination of the floating fan in water can be controlled by controlling the water amount of different cabins, so that the leveling of the floating fan is realized, and grouting is performed after the leveling, so that permanent fixation is realized.
The buoy is provided with a fixed hole position for fixing the integral assembled wharf fan and the underwater temporary foundation of the wharf and connecting and fixing the integral assembled wharf fan and the underwater temporary foundation with a transport ship in subsequent marine transportation, so that the transport ship and the fan buoy assembly are integrated in transportation.
Furthermore, after the landing legs below the floating drum are inserted into the multi-pile foundation, a sealing plate is arranged below an annular gap between the bottom of the guide structure and the interior of the multi-pile foundation, and the sealing effect is achieved.
The main functions of the buoy are as follows:
1) the empty cabin on the flotation pontoon provides enough buoyancy, supports upper portion fan weight, according to present mainstream 10MW fan model, upper portion fan weight reaches 1000 tons, and the flotation pontoon provides buoyancy and reaches 1500 tons
2) The fixing hole positions arranged on the floating barrel are used for fixing the wharf fan after being integrally assembled and the wharf underwater temporary foundation and are fixedly connected with a transport ship during subsequent marine transportation.
3) The floating cylinder is externally connected with a load adjusting pump, and the floating cylinder is internally provided with a water injection pipe and a water discharge pipe, so that the floating fan can be controlled to float and sink in water and be leveled.
4) Each single leg at the bottom of the buoy is provided with a guide plate, and the guide plates are easily inserted into the multi-pile foundation when in place.
The floating fan combined structure provided by the invention can float on the water surface by virtue of the floating barrel, can realize integral heaving by adjusting the load of the floating barrel, is connected and fixed with the telescopic connecting rod arranged at the bottom of the transport ship through the fixed hole position on the floating barrel, and is integrated with the transport ship, and when in marine transportation, the floating fan sails along with the transport ship; the support frame on the transport ship is rigidly connected with a middle tower drum of the floating type fan, so that the stability of the floating type fan along with the navigation of the transport ship is ensured; and (4) transporting to a fan position, and positioning right above the multi-pile foundation by using an anchoring system or a DP (data processing) system of a transport ship to enable a bottom end interface of the floating fan to be aligned with the underwater multi-pile foundation. And then, releasing the connection between the bottom of the transport ship and the buoy, releasing the vertical connection between the frame and the fan tower drum on the transport ship, simultaneously keeping the horizontal connection between the frame and the fan tower drum, ballasting the buoy, moving the tower drum in the middle of the fan down along the slide rail of the connecting structure to realize the overall sinking of the floating fan, adjusting and loading each cabin of the buoy during the sinking process to control the overall level, completing the butt joint and positioning of the buoy and the multi-pile foundation through the bottom guide structure of the buoy, measuring to meet the installation accuracy requirement, grouting to connect the annular gap between the buoy and the multi-pile foundation, completely releasing the horizontal connection between the frame and the fan tower drum on the transport ship after the grouting strength meets the requirement, withdrawing the transport ship and completing the installation.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the floating pontoon provided by the invention is used as a part of a floating fan suitable for a multi-pile foundation and floating fan combined structure system, and plays the roles of providing buoyancy, adjusting balance, guiding in place and the like, so that the integral floating installation of the fan is realized, a large-scale marine installation ship is not relied on, the marine construction difficulty is reduced, the marine hoisting time is saved, the marine construction cost is obviously reduced, and the requirements of large-scale marine wind power construction and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are met.

For a thorough understanding of the present invention, a detailed construction is set forth below in connection with the accompanying drawings.
The floating type wind turbine structure is suitable for a floating type wind turbine structure 1 with multiple piles and a four-pile foundation 2, the four-pile foundation is taken as an example, and other multiple-pile forms such as a three-pile foundation and the like are possible, wherein the floating type wind turbine structure 1 is divided into an upper wind turbine 3 and a lower buoy 4, the buoy 4 is installed at the bottom of a tower barrel of the upper wind turbine 3, the top of the buoy is connected with the bottom of the tower barrel through a flange 5, and each single leg at the bottom of the buoy is provided with a guide structure 6, so that the single leg 7 at the lower part of the buoy is easily inserted into the four-pile foundation 2.
The buoy 4 adopts a subdivision design, a partition plate 8 is arranged in the buoy, the partition plate and the inner wall of the buoy form an inner chamber of the buoy, and the inner chamber is divided into an upper layer inner chamber 9, a middle layer inner chamber 10 and a lower layer inner chamber 11 along the vertical direction. Each horizontal layer is divided into four cabins, twelve cabins in total, and water injection and drainage are carried out on each cabin in the floating barrel through an external load regulating pump and an internal pipeline 12 (for clear representation, only one side pipeline is shown, and actually each cabin of the twelve cabins is provided with an independent pipeline), so that floating and sinking of the floating fan in water can be controlled. And the inclination of the floating fan in water can be controlled by controlling the water amount of different cabins, so that the leveling of the floating fan is realized.
The buoy is provided with a fixing hole position 13, and a connecting rod on the transport ship can be inserted into the fixing hole position and is completely fixed, so that the transport ship and the fan buoy combined body are integrated in transportation. And sealing plates 14 are arranged below annular gaps between the four legs of the four-pile foundation and the four legs at the bottom of the buoy to play a role in sealing so as to fix the combined structure of the buoy and the multiple piles by grouting. Grouting is carried out in annular gaps between the legs of the foundation and the legs at the bottom of the buoy, the bottom of a grouting pipeline 15 is opened on the legs of the multi-pile foundation (for example, at a position 0.5 meter above the guide structure) and needs to be connected underwater on site, other parts of the pipeline are attached to the outer walls of the multi-pile foundation and the buoy, and the top of the pipeline is opened above the water surface and is connected with grouting equipment.
