Background

In the production process of an oil production well, sleeve gas such as free gas, partial dissolved gas and the like can overflow from a casing of the oil production well, the sleeve gas has the same property as natural gas and can be directly combusted, but the sleeve gas has low yield and therefore does not have the value of industrial exploitation and collection.

At present, most of the sleeve gas is ignited and consumed on site by adopting a torch or is directly released into the atmosphere for treatment, so that the operation wastes resources on one hand and can also bring pollution to the environment on the other hand.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an adjustable constant-pressure backflow-preventing type casing gas recovery device, which meets the technical requirement that casing gas in a casing pipe of an oil production well needs to be collected by reasonably controlling casing pressure in an oil well wellhead gas collection process, and solves the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution in the prior art.

a first tubular body;

a first one-way valve disposed at the outlet end of the first tubular body;

the second one-way valve is arranged in the second tubular body and is connected with the outlet end of the connecting body;

and the pressure adjusting mechanism is arranged at the other end of the second tubular body and is in transmission fit with the second one-way valve.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the first check valve includes:

a first ball seat disposed at an outlet end of the first tubular body;

the first ball sleeve is arranged at the outlet end of the first ball seat;

a first sealing ball disposed at an outlet end of the first ball seat;

one end of the first ball rod is connected with the first sealing ball body, and the other end of the first ball rod extends out of the first ball sleeve.

As shown in fig. 1, in the adjustable constant-pressure backflow-preventing type sleeve gas recovery device of the present invention, an outer cylinder 13 is disposed outside an outlet end of the first tubular body 17, and the outer cylinder 13 is used for connecting the first tubular body 17 into an oil collecting pipeline.

As shown in fig. 1, in the adjustable constant-pressure backflow-preventing type casing gas recovery device of the present invention, a pressure gauge 9 is disposed on a side portion of a connecting body 10, and the specific condition of the pressure in the casing can be obtained through the pressure gauge 9, so as to know the working condition of the production well.
