1. Anti-theft safe, its characterized in that includes:
the cabinet body is provided with an accommodating cavity, and one side of the cabinet body is provided with an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the anti-theft door is hinged with the cabinet body and is used for being buckled on the opening to be locked with the cabinet body; the anti-theft door is provided with a coded lock module;
the rolling door assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a rolling door, the rolling door is provided with an opening structure matched with the opening, and the rolling door is used for sliding into the accommodating cavity after the password in the password lock module is continuously input wrongly so as to divide the accommodating cavity into an intermediate cavity communicated with the opening and a storage cavity used for storing valuables or confidential documents; and
a matched controller.
2. The anti-theft safe of claim 1, wherein the rollup door assembly comprises:
the first door box is fixedly arranged in the storage cavity and is used for connecting one end of the rolling door;
the second door box is fixedly arranged in the storage box and is positioned below the first door box so as to be connected with the other end of the rolling door;
the guide rail is embedded in the inner wall surface of the cabinet body and used for guiding and driving the rolling door;
the first driving structure is fixedly arranged in the first door box and is connected with one end of the rolling door, the first driving structure is electrically connected with the controller and is used for pulling the rolling door to be conveyed into the first door box and to be wound in the first door box, and the notch structure is moved into the accommodating cavity so as to communicate the storage cavity and the middle cavity; and
the second driving structure is fixedly arranged in the second door box and connected with the other end of the rolling door, and the second driving structure is electrically connected with the controller and used for pulling the rolling door to be transferred into the second door box and wound in the first door box, and further enabling the notch structure to be moved out of the accommodating cavity so as to separate the storage cavity from the middle cavity;
the rolling door and the anti-theft door which slide into the accommodating cavity are arranged in parallel at intervals.
3. The anti-theft safe of claim 2, wherein the first door box and the second door box are identical in construction, the first door box or the second door box comprising:
the roller shutter door structure comprises a box body, a roller shutter door cavity and a guide rail, wherein the box body is internally provided with a roller shutter door cavity, the box body is provided with a through opening which is communicated with the roller shutter door cavity and used for the roller shutter door to pass through, and the through opening is arranged corresponding to the guide rail; and
the fixed sleeve pipe is equipped with two, two the fixed sleeve pipe all set up in the roll-up door cavity, and with the inner wall fixed connection of box, two the fixed sleeve pipe is coaxial to be set up, and along the length direction interval of box sets up, two the fixed sleeve pipe is used for supplying first drive structure or second drive structure fixed mounting.
4. The anti-theft safe of claim 3, wherein the first drive structure and the second drive structure are identical, the first drive structure or the second drive structure comprising:
the reel is rotatably arranged in the two fixed sleeves;
the connecting part is arranged in a gap between the two fixing sleeves, one end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the scroll, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with one end of the rolling door and is used for synchronously rotating along with the scroll and driving the rolling door to transmit; and
the driver is fixedly arranged in one of the fixing sleeve pipes, the power output end of the driver is coaxially connected with the reel, and the driver is electrically connected with the controller and used for driving the reel to rotate.
5. The anti-theft safe according to claim 3, characterized in that there are two of said rails, said two rails being arranged parallel and spaced apart along the length of said box; each guide rail is provided with a sliding groove for the rolling door to slide;
the guide rail includes:
the two horizontal parts are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction and are respectively positioned above and below the accommodating cavity, and one end of each horizontal part is arranged corresponding to the through opening on the first door box or the second door box; and
and the vertical parts are arranged along the vertical direction and are respectively connected with the other ends of the two horizontal parts in a smooth transition manner.
6. The anti-theft safe according to claim 5, characterized in that said shutter comprises a plurality of shutter blades hinged in sequence, each of said shutter blades having its two ends inserted into said sliding slots of two of said guide rails, respectively.
7. The anti-theft safety cabinet according to claim 6, characterized in that the curtain sheets are made of high-strength high-alloy materials, and sealing silica gel is arranged between any two curtain sheets.
8. The anti-theft safe according to claim 1, further comprising an alarm fixedly mounted on the anti-theft door and electrically connected to the controller for issuing an alarm after a password in the password lock module is continuously input incorrectly.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard and income of people, more and more valuables are owned at home, and people tend to use the safe case to store valuables, and the safe case can effectively prevent the valuables from being stolen, but the current skill of stealing is also higher and higher, and the requirement on the safe case is also higher and higher.
In the prior art, in order to guarantee the security of safe deposit box, set up two doors usually, except that exposing locates outside door, still be equipped with a emergency exit inside the safe deposit box, this kind of structure though can increase the security of safe deposit box, when getting the article in the safe deposit box and putting, all need open or close two doors, especially when placing article to the safe deposit box in, it wastes time and energy, and the practicality is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-theft safety box, and aims to solve the problems of poor practicability and poor safety in the use process of the existing safety box.

the rolling door assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a rolling door, the rolling door is provided with an opening structure matched with the opening, and the rolling door is used for sliding into the accommodating cavity after the password in the password lock module is continuously input wrongly so as to divide the accommodating cavity into an intermediate cavity communicated with the opening and a storage cavity used for storing valuables or confidential documents; and
a matched controller.
As another embodiment of the present application, a first door box is fixedly disposed in the storage chamber, for connecting one end of the roll door;
the second door box is fixedly arranged in the storage box and is positioned below the first door box so as to be connected with the other end of the rolling door;
the guide rail is embedded in the inner wall surface of the cabinet body and used for guiding and driving the rolling door;
the first driving structure is fixedly arranged in the first door box and is connected with one end of the rolling door, the first driving structure is electrically connected with the controller and is used for pulling the rolling door to be conveyed into the first door box and to be wound in the first door box, and the notch structure is moved into the accommodating cavity so as to communicate the storage cavity and the middle cavity; and
the second driving structure is fixedly arranged in the second door box and connected with the other end of the rolling door, and the second driving structure is electrically connected with the controller and used for pulling the rolling door to be transferred into the second door box and wound in the first door box, and further enabling the notch structure to be moved out of the accommodating cavity so as to separate the storage cavity from the middle cavity;
the rolling door and the anti-theft door which slide into the accommodating cavity are arranged in parallel at intervals.
As another embodiment of the present application, the first door box and the second door box have the same structure, and the first door box or the second door box includes:
the roller shutter door structure comprises a box body, a roller shutter door cavity and a guide rail, wherein the box body is internally provided with a roller shutter door cavity, the box body is provided with a through opening which is communicated with the roller shutter door cavity and used for the roller shutter door to pass through, and the through opening is arranged corresponding to the guide rail; and
the fixed sleeve pipe is equipped with two, two the fixed sleeve pipe all set up in the roll-up door cavity, and with the inner wall fixed connection of box, two the fixed sleeve pipe is coaxial to be set up, and along the length direction interval of box sets up, two the fixed sleeve pipe is used for supplying first drive structure or second drive structure fixed mounting.
As another embodiment of the present application, the first driving structure and the second driving structure are the same, and the first driving structure or the second driving structure includes:
the reel is rotatably arranged in the two fixed sleeves;
the connecting part is arranged in a gap between the two fixing sleeves, one end of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the scroll, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with one end of the rolling door and is used for synchronously rotating along with the scroll and driving the rolling door to transmit; and
the driver is fixedly arranged in one of the fixing sleeve pipes, the power output end of the driver is coaxially connected with the reel, and the driver is electrically connected with the controller and used for driving the reel to rotate.
As another embodiment of the application, two guide rails are arranged, and the two guide rails are arranged in parallel and at intervals along the length direction of the box body; each guide rail is provided with a sliding groove for the rolling door to slide;
the guide rail includes:
the two horizontal parts are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction and are respectively positioned above and below the accommodating cavity, and one end of each horizontal part is arranged corresponding to the through opening on the first door box or the second door box; and
and the vertical parts are arranged along the vertical direction and are respectively connected with the other ends of the two horizontal parts in a smooth transition manner.
As another embodiment of the present application, the rolling door includes a plurality of curtain sheets hinged in sequence, and both ends of each curtain sheet are respectively inserted into the sliding grooves of the two guide rails.
As another embodiment of this application, the material of curtain piece is the high alloy material that intensity is big, arbitrary two all be equipped with sealing silica gel between the curtain piece.
As another embodiment of the present application, the anti-theft safe further includes an alarm, the alarm is fixedly disposed on the anti-theft door, and electrically connected to the controller, for giving an alarm after a password in the password lock module is continuously input incorrectly.
The anti-theft safety box provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the anti-theft safety box main body structure is composed of the box body and the anti-theft door, and the coded lock module is arranged on the anti-theft door, so that the anti-theft safety box has a basic anti-theft effect. The rolling door assembly is arranged in the cabinet body, and can slide into the accommodating cavity to further protect valuables or confidential documents in the storage cavity after the password in the password lock module is continuously input wrongly, so that the safety performance is high. When the password is input incorrectly continuously, the rolling door assembly is opened, so that the situation that only the security door needs to be opened in the normal file taking and placing process in the cabinet body can be ensured; only when the door is stolen, the rolling door component slides into the rolling door in the accommodating cavity; the structure can reduce the working strength of the opening and closing anti-theft door of workers and improve the working efficiency.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 together, the anti-theft safe of the present invention will now be described. The anti-theft safe comprises a cabinet body 10, an anti-theft door 20, a rolling door assembly 30 and a matched controller. The cabinet 10 has an accommodating cavity, and an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity is formed at one side of the cabinet 10. The security door 20 is hinged with the cabinet body 10 and is used for being buckled in the opening to be locked with the cabinet body 10; the security door 20 is provided with a coded lock module 21. The rolling door assembly 30 is disposed in the accommodating cavity and includes a rolling door 33, the rolling door 33 has an opening structure 331 adapted to the opening, the rolling door 33 is used for sliding into the accommodating cavity after the password in the password lock module 21 is continuously input incorrectly, so as to divide the accommodating cavity into an intermediate cavity communicated with the opening and a storage cavity for storing valuables or confidential documents by the rolling door 33.
Compared with the prior art, the anti-theft safety box provided by the invention has the advantages that the main body structure of the anti-theft safety box is composed of the box body 10 and the anti-theft door 20, and the coded lock module 21 is arranged on the anti-theft door 20, so that the anti-theft effect is basic. The rolling door assembly 30 is disposed in the cabinet 10, and can form a rolling door 33 in the accommodating cavity after the password in the password lock module 21 is continuously input incorrectly, so as to further protect the valuables or confidential documents in the storage cavity, and the safety performance is high. When the password is input incorrectly, the rolling door assembly 30 is opened, so that the security door 20 only needs to be opened in the normal process of taking and placing the files in the cabinet 10; only when stolen, the roller door assembly 30 slides into the receiving cavity, along with the roller door 33; the structure can reduce the working strength of the opening and closing security door 20 of the working personnel, improve the working efficiency and has strong practicability.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a rolling door assembly 30 includes a first door box 31, a second door box 32, a guide rail 34, a first driving structure 35, and a second driving structure 36. Wherein the first door box 31 is fixedly arranged in the storage chamber. The second door box 32 is fixedly disposed in the storage box and located below the first door box 31. The two ends of the rolling door 33 are respectively arranged in the first door box 31 and the second door box 32, and the guide rail 34 is embedded in the inner wall surface of the cabinet 10 for guiding and driving the rolling door 33. The structure can ensure the automatic transmission of the rolling door 33 in the accommodating cavity and ensure the occurrence of the safety door.
The first driving structure 35 is fixedly disposed in the first door box 31 and connected to one end of the rolling door 33, the first driving structure 35 is electrically connected to the controller, and the first driving structure 35 pulls the rolling door 33 to be transferred into the first door box 31 and to be wound in the first door box 31. When the shutter 33 is wound in the first door compartment 31, the slit structure 331 moves into the receiving cavity, and the storage cavity is now in communication with the intermediate cavity.
The second driving structure 36 is fixedly arranged in the second door box 32 and connected with the other end of the rolling door 33, the second driving structure 36 is electrically connected with the controller, the second driving structure 36 pulls the rolling door 33 to be transferred into the second door box 32 and wound in the first door box 31, at this time, the notch structure 331 is moved out of the accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is separated by other parts of the rolling door 33 to form a storage cavity and an intermediate cavity.
In this embodiment, the first driving structure 35 and the second driving structure 36 can only pull the rolling door 33, so as to ensure that the rolling door 33 can work stably.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the first door box 31 and the second door box 32 have the same structure, and the first door box 31 or the second door box 32 includes a box 311 and a fixing sleeve 312. Wherein, a rolling door cavity is arranged in the box body 311, a through opening communicated with the rolling door cavity and used for the rolling door 33 to pass through is arranged on the box body 311, and the through opening is arranged corresponding to the guide rail 34. The number of the fixing sleeves 312 is two, the two fixing sleeves 312 are disposed in the cavity of the rolling door and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box 311, the two fixing sleeves 312 are disposed coaxially and spaced along the length direction of the box 311, and the two fixing sleeves 312 are used for fixing the first driving structure 35 or the second driving structure 36. The fixed sleeve 312 may be regarded as a fixed shaft, which may facilitate the rolling of the roll door 33.
The arrangement of the fixing sleeve 312 can facilitate the installation of the first driving structure 35 or the second driving structure 36, because the space of the accommodating cavity in the cabinet 10 is limited, the structure arranged at the interval of the two fixing sleeves 312 can prevent the first driving structure 35 or the second driving structure 36 from continuously occupying other accommodating cavities, and the maximization of the space utilization rate is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the first driving structure 35 and the second driving structure 36 are the same, and the first driving structure 35 or the second driving structure 36 includes a reel 351, a connecting portion 352, and a driver 353. Wherein the reel 351 is rotatably disposed in the two fixed sleeves 312. The connecting portion 352 is disposed in the gap between the two fixing sleeves 312, one end of the connecting portion 352 is fixedly connected to the winding shaft 351, and the other end of the connecting portion 352 is connected to one end of the rolling door 33, so as to rotate synchronously with the winding shaft 351 and drive the rolling door 33 to transmit. The driver 353 is fixedly arranged inside one of the fixing sleeves 312, the power output end is coaxially connected with the reel 351, and the driver 353 is electrically connected with the controller and used for driving the reel 351 to rotate. This configuration allows the first drive structure 35 or the second drive structure 36 to be disposed within the retaining sleeve 312, while not occupying additional cavities, and also facilitating the actuation of the tambour door 33.
A rolling bearing is provided between the reel 351 and the fixed sleeve 312, an outer ring of the rolling bearing is attached to an inner wall surface of the fixed sleeve 312, and an inner ring of the rolling bearing is fitted over an outer peripheral surface of the reel 351.
The driver 353 may be a stepping motor or a servo motor.
As a specific implementation manner of the anti-theft safe provided by the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, two guide rails 34 are provided, and the two guide rails 34 are parallel and spaced along the length direction of the box body 311; each guide rail 34 is provided with a sliding groove for sliding the rolling door 33. Each guide rail 34 includes a horizontal portion 341 and a vertical portion 342. Two horizontal portions 341 are provided, the two horizontal portions 341 are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction and are respectively located above and below the accommodating cavity, and one end of each horizontal portion 341 corresponds to the through opening on the first door box 31 or the second door box 32. The vertical portion 342 is disposed along the vertical direction, and is smoothly transitionally connected to the other ends of the two horizontal portions 341, respectively.
The guide rails 34 may facilitate guiding of the multiple-roll doors 33 to ensure stable operation of the roll doors 33. The slide groove inside the horizontal portion 341 communicates with the through opening of the first door box 31 or the second door box 32.
Since the two horizontal portions 341 are respectively located above or below the receiving cavity, a sliding cavity may be provided above or below the receiving cavity to facilitate installation of the guide rail 34.
As a specific implementation manner of the anti-theft safe provided by the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the rolling door 33 includes a plurality of curtain sheets hinged in sequence, and both ends of each curtain sheet are respectively inserted into the sliding grooves of the two guide rails 34. Each curtain sheet is a rectangular structure body, the width of the curtain sheet can be randomly designed and selected according to the actual use condition, and the hinge structure between the curtain sheets is the prior art and is not described in detail herein.
As a specific implementation manner of the anti-theft safety box provided by the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the curtain sheets are made of high-strength high-alloy material, and sealing silica gel is disposed between any two curtain sheets. The high alloy material with high strength has strong anti-damage capability, and can ensure that the safety door is not easy to damage. In addition, the sealing silica gel can prevent valuables or confidential documents in the storage cavity from being destroyed.
As a specific implementation manner of the anti-theft safe provided by the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the anti-theft safe further includes an alarm 50, the alarm 50 is fixed on the anti-theft door 20 and electrically connected to the controller, and is configured to issue an alarm after a password in the password lock module 21 is continuously input incorrectly.
It should be noted that the combination lock module 21 is electrically connected to the controller, and the controller can set to continuously input several combination errors to operate the rolling door assembly 30. In addition, the combination lock module 21 and the connection manner and structure of the combination lock module 21 and the controller are the prior art, and are not described herein again.
