In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly and completely understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. By adopting the structure, the through hole in the side surface of the nut body can be sleeved on the split bolt and can slide to a designated position along the split bolt, the nut body is rotated by 90 degrees, and the split bolt can rotate into the through hole along the staggered openings on the two sides and can be buckled with the internal threads at the two ends of the through hole of the nut body, as shown in figure 4; and then, the nut body is rotated, so that the internal threads at the two ends of the nut body are screwed inwards along the external threads of the split bolt, and the nut body is locked and reinforced to a specified position. Otherwise, the nut body can be rapidly disassembled.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the middle of the nut body 1 is a cuboid 10, two ends of the nut body are cover plates 11, the through hole 3 sequentially penetrates through the upper cover plate 11, the cuboid 10 and the lower cover plate 11, and an internal thread 4 in threaded fit with the bolt 00 is arranged in the through hole 3 in the middle of the cover plates 11 at the two ends; the through hole 2 penetrates through the cuboid 10, and the edge of the cover plate 11 protrudes out of the edge of the cuboid 10. Wherein, the through hole 2 longitudinally penetrates through two long sides of the cuboid 10. The cover plate with the structure can increase the contact area of the nut body and the template waiting reinforcing piece, the cuboid is adopted to facilitate processing and manufacturing, the nut body is convenient to rotate, meanwhile, the whole weight of the nut body can be reduced, and the lightweight design requirement is met.

In embodiments 1 and 4 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the cover plate 11 is prismatic or elliptical, and two sides of the middle of the cover plate 11 are symmetrically provided with planes for engaging with a wrench. By adopting the structure, the directions of the through holes and the through holes are conveniently distinguished, and the nut body is convenient to operate and apply force by holding. When the nut body is fastened and disassembled, the wrench can be matched with the planes on the two sides of the cover plate, and the hammer is used for striking the protruding parts on the two sides of the cover plate or the cuboid, so that the nut body can rotate quickly, and time, labor and resources are saved.

In the specific manufacturing process, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the through hole 2 and the notch 5 are rectangular holes, and the rectangular holes are convenient to process and manufacture.

Further optimizing the technical scheme, as shown in fig. 3, in embodiment 2, the middle part of the through hole 2 is provided with arc grooves 6 on two side walls, and the diameter of each arc groove is larger than the outer diameter of the bolt. The through hole with the structure is more convenient for rapid sleeving and disassembling on the split bolt.

In one embodiment of the invention, the nut body 1 is integrally cast from ductile iron, and the internal thread 4 of the through hole 3 is machined. The nut body is cast by ductile cast iron, the through hole and the fabrication hole of the through hole can be cast and molded, and then the through hole and the internal threads at the two ends of the through hole are machined and molded. By adopting the process, the process can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the waste of raw materials can be reduced.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the nut body 1 is made of carbon steel. The process can be processed and formed through a plurality of machining procedures on the basis of carbon steel blank materials. Compared with a casting process, the process consumes more materials. In addition, the strength of the carbon steel is slightly higher than that of the nodular cast iron, and the two materials are suitable for nut bodies with different technological requirements.

The invention also provides a method for assembling and disassembling the quick assembling and disassembling nut, which comprises the following steps:

(1) passing the end of the bolt through the through hole in the side of the quick-release nut;

(2) moving the quick assembling and disassembling nut to the plane of the workpiece to be fastened along the bolt;

(3) when the quick assembling and disassembling nut reaches a position close to the plane of a workpiece to be fastened, the quick assembling and disassembling nut is rotated to rotate to the position of the through hole along openings of which the two sides are communicated with the through hole and the through hole, at the moment, the through hole of the quick assembling and disassembling nut is superposed with the central axis of the bolt, and the internal threads at the two ends of the through hole are matched with the threads of the bolt;

(4) the quick assembling and disassembling nut is rotated relative to the bolt, and the purpose of fastening a workpiece by the quick assembling and disassembling nut is achieved.

The steps are operated reversely, and the quick disassembly of the quick assembling and disassembling nut can be realized.

Compared with the prior art, the quick assembling and disassembling nut has the advantages of simple structure and quick and convenient assembling and disassembling, the through hole on the side surface of the nut body is sleeved at the end part of the split bolt, and the nut body is rotated after the split bolt quickly slides to a specified position along the split bolt, so that the split bolt is coaxial with the through hole and is in threaded fit with the internal threads at the two ends of the split bolt; the nut body is rotated to be screwed inwards along the bolt, and then the nut body can be fastened on the split bolt. The invention has convenient and fast use, safety and reliability, detachability, and can realize fast fixing and dismounting in the opposite pulling and fixing construction process of wall, column and beam formworks, thereby achieving the purpose of saving a large amount of labor; but also can save time and labor, save project cost, and is economical, practical and convenient for popularization and application.
