Formwork support system and construction method thereof
1. A formwork support system, comprising:
the first grid units are attached to the bottom surface of the template, and the side edge parts of the first grid units protrude outwards to form protruding parts;
the second grid units are attached to the bottom surface of the template and arranged at intervals with the first grid units, the side portions of the second grid units are inwards recessed corresponding to the protruding portions to form recessed portions, the first grid units are fixedly connected with the second grid units, the protruding portions are correspondingly connected with the recessed portions, and therefore the connection positions of the first grid units and the second grid units are nonlinear; and
a plurality of telescoping members of adjustable length and for supporting the first and second grid units.
2. The formwork support system of claim 1, wherein the first grid element comprises a plurality of first main runners and first sub runners connected perpendicular to each other in a net shape, portions of ends of the first main runners projecting outwardly to form the projections;
the second grid unit comprises a plurality of second main keels and second secondary keels which are mutually vertically connected into a net shape, and the end parts of the second main keels corresponding to the protruding parts are inwards sunken to form the sunken parts;
through protruding portion with depressed part fixed connection for a plurality of first main joist with the joint line of second main joist is not on same straight line.
3. The formwork support system as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the first main runners and the second main runners is provided with five, ends of the three first main runners located at the middle and both sides are protruded outwardly to form the protrusion, and ends of the three second main runners located at the middle and both sides are recessed inwardly to form the recess.
4. The formwork support system as in claim 2, wherein an end of a portion of the first runner extends outwardly to form an extension and an end of a portion of the second runner corresponding to the extension tapers inwardly to form a constriction;
through extension with shrink portion fixed connection for a plurality of first fossil fragments with the joint seam of second fossil fragments is not on same straight line.
5. The formwork support system as in claim 4, wherein there are five of the first runner and the second runner, the ends of the three first runners on the middle and sides extending outwardly to form the extensions and the ends of the three second runners on the middle and sides contracting inwardly to form the constrictions.
6. The formwork support system of claim 4, further comprising:
the first frame keel is parallel to the first main keel, a plurality of first connecting keels are fixedly arranged on the first frame keel corresponding to the first primary keel, the plurality of first connecting keels are inwards shrunk corresponding to the extending parts to form first connecting parts, and the first frame keel is fixedly connected with the corresponding first primary keel through the first connecting keel so as to be fixedly arranged on the side part of the first grid unit; and
with second frame fossil fragments that second main joist paralleled, second frame fossil fragments correspond the secondary fossil fragments set firmly a plurality of second and connect fossil fragments, and a plurality of second connect fossil fragments correspond the shrink portion is outside protruding to be stretched in order to form the second connecting portion, through second connection fossil fragments and the corresponding secondary fossil fragments fixed connection, so that second frame fossil fragments set firmly in the lateral part of second grid unit.
7. The formwork support system of claim 1, further comprising a connecting plate fixedly connected at one end to the first grid cell and fixedly connected at another end to the second grid cell to fixedly connect the first grid cell and the second grid cell.
8. The formwork support system of claim 7, further comprising pins for passing through the connecting plate and the first or second grid unit, pin holes opened in the pins, and pin pieces for being inserted in the pin holes;
the pin correspondingly penetrates through the connecting plate and the first grid unit or the second grid unit, and the pin sheet is inserted into the pin hole so as to fixedly connect the connecting plate and the first grid unit or the second grid unit.
9. The formwork support system of claim 1, wherein the extension member comprises a sleeve for supporting on the ground, a screw threaded on the sleeve and partially extending out from the top of the sleeve, and a U-shaped groove rotatably mounted on the top of the screw and for abutting against the first grid unit or the second grid unit;
and the length of the telescopic piece is adjusted by screwing the screw rod to change the length of the extending part of the screw rod, so that the U-shaped groove can be propped against the first grid unit or the second grid unit.
10. A method of constructing a formwork support system as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
providing a plurality of first grid units, a plurality of second grid units and the telescopic pieces, attaching the first grid units to the bottom surface of the template, and adjusting the length of the telescopic pieces so as to prop up the first grid units;
and the second grid unit is attached to the bottom surface of the template and fixedly connected with the first grid unit, so that the protruding part is fixedly connected with the recessed part, the joint of the first grid unit and the second grid unit is nonlinear, the length of the telescopic piece is adjusted to support the second grid unit, and the first grid unit, the second grid unit and the telescopic piece are connected to form the template supporting system.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous updating of construction technology, the construction quality requirement is continuously improved, the competitive cost is increased, the investment of the main engineering template is huge, if the construction is carried out in a manner of supporting the template by battens, the loss rate is high, the construction requirement of green environmental protection cannot be met, and the turnover rate is low; if the aluminum template is adopted for construction, although the forming effect is good, the cost of the aluminum membrane plate is high, and the aluminum membrane plate cannot be widely applied.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof, solves the problems of high cost and large loss of the formwork supporting system, reduces the loss rate by supporting the formwork through a grid type supporting system, can meet the construction requirement of environmental protection, has high turnover rate, reduces the construction cost and ensures the construction quality.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose is as follows:
the invention provides a formwork support system, comprising:
the side edge parts of the first grating units protrude outwards to form protruding parts;
the first grid units are fixedly connected with the second grid units, so that the protruding parts are correspondingly connected with the recessed parts, and the joints of the first grid units and the second grid units are nonlinear; and
and the length of the plurality of telescopic pieces is adjustable, and the plurality of telescopic pieces are used for supporting the first grating unit and the second grating unit.
The invention provides a formwork support system, which is characterized in that a first grid unit and a second grid unit are fixedly connected, a protruding part and a recessed part are correspondingly connected, the joint of the first grid unit and the second grid unit is nonlinear, so that the effect of dispersing stress and preventing stress concentration can be achieved, a telescopic piece is further utilized to support the first grid unit and the second grid unit, a formwork support system is formed, a formwork can be uniformly supported, the problems of high cost and large loss of the formwork support system are solved, the formwork is supported by the grid type support system, the loss rate is reduced, the construction requirements of environmental protection can be met, the turnover rate is high, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction quality is ensured.
The formwork support system of the invention is further improved in that the first grid unit comprises a plurality of first main keels and first secondary keels which are mutually vertically connected into a net shape, and the end parts of part of the first main keels are protruded outwards to form protruding parts;
the second grid unit comprises a plurality of second main keels and second secondary keels which are mutually vertically connected into a net shape, and the end parts of the second main keels corresponding to the protruding parts are inwards sunken to form sunken parts;
through protruding portion and depressed part fixed connection for the joint seam of a plurality of first main joist and second main joist is not on same straight line.
The formwork support system of the invention is further improved in that the first main keel and the second main keel are respectively provided with five pieces, the ends of the three first main keels positioned in the middle and at the two sides are protruded outwards to form protruded parts, and the ends of the three second main keels positioned in the middle and at the two sides are sunken inwards to form sunken parts.
The formwork support system of the present invention is further improved in that the ends of the partial first runners extend outwardly to form extensions, and the ends of the partial second runners corresponding to the extensions are retracted inwardly to form constrictions;
through extension and shrink portion fixed connection for the connecting seam of a plurality of first fossil fragments and second fossil fragments is not on same straight line.
The formwork support system is further improved in that five first keels and five second keels are arranged, the end portions of the three first keels positioned in the middle and on the two sides extend outwards to form extension portions, and the end portions of the three second keels positioned in the middle and on the two sides contract inwards to form contraction portions.
The formwork support system of the present invention is further improved by further comprising:
the first frame keel is parallel to the first main keel, a plurality of first connecting keels are fixedly arranged on the first frame keel corresponding to the first primary keel, the plurality of first connecting keels are inwards contracted corresponding to the extending parts to form first connecting parts, and the first frame keel is fixedly connected with the corresponding first primary keel through the first connecting keel so as to be fixedly arranged on the side part of the first grid unit; and
and the second frame keel is parallel to the second main keel, the second frame keel corresponds to the second secondary keel and is fixedly provided with a plurality of second connecting keels, the plurality of second connecting keels correspond to the contraction parts and protrude outwards to form second connecting parts, and the second connecting keels are fixedly connected with the corresponding second secondary keel through the second connecting keels, so that the second frame keel is fixedly arranged on the side part of the second grid unit.
The formwork support system is further improved in that the formwork support system further comprises a connecting plate, one end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the first grid unit, and the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the second grid unit, so that the first grid unit and the second grid unit are fixedly connected.
The template support system is further improved in that the template support system further comprises pins penetrating through the connecting plate and the first grid unit or the second grid unit, pin holes arranged on the pins and pin pieces inserted into the pin holes;
the pin correspondingly penetrates through the connecting plate and the first grid unit or the second grid unit, and the pin sheet is inserted into the pin hole so as to fixedly connect the connecting plate and the first grid unit or the second grid unit.
The formwork support system is further improved in that the telescopic piece comprises a sleeve vertically supported on the bottom surface, a screw rod screwed on the sleeve and partially extending out from the top of the sleeve, and a U-shaped groove rotatably arranged on the top of the screw rod and used for supporting and abutting against the first grid unit or the second grid unit;
the length of the extension piece is adjusted by screwing the screw rod to change the length of the extension part of the screw rod, so that the U-shaped groove can be propped against the first grid unit or the second grid unit.
The invention provides a construction method of a formwork support system, which comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of first grid units, a plurality of second grid units and telescopic pieces, attaching the first grid units to the bottom surface of the template, and adjusting the length of the telescopic pieces so as to prop the first grid units;
the second grid unit is attached to the bottom surface of the template and fixedly connected with the first grid unit, the protruding portion is fixedly connected with the recessed portion, the joint of the first grid unit and the second grid unit is nonlinear, the length of the telescopic piece is adjusted, the second grid unit is supported against the telescopic piece, and the first grid units, the second grid unit and the telescopic piece are connected to form a template supporting system.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a formwork support system and a construction method thereof, wherein a first grid unit and a second grid unit are fixedly connected, a protruding portion and a recessed portion are correspondingly connected, and the joint of the first grid unit and the second grid unit is nonlinear, so that the effect of dispersing stress and preventing stress concentration can be achieved, and then the first grid unit and the second grid unit are supported by using a telescopic piece, so that the formwork support system is formed, a formwork can be uniformly supported, the problems of high cost and large loss of the formwork support system are solved, the formwork is supported by the grid type support system, the loss rate is reduced, the construction requirement of environmental protection can be met, the turnover rate is high, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction quality is ensured. The formwork support system of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a use state of the formwork support system according to the present invention. The formwork support system of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the formwork support system of the present invention comprises:
a plurality of first grill units 11 attached to the bottom surface of the template, and side portions of the first grill units 11 protrude outward to form protruding portions 1111;
a plurality of second grid units 12 which are attached to the bottom surface of the template and are arranged at intervals on the first grid units 11, wherein the side parts of the second grid units 12 are inwards recessed corresponding to the protruding parts 1111 to form recessed parts 1211, and the protruding parts 1111 are correspondingly connected with the recessed parts 1211 by fixedly connecting the first grid units 11 and the second grid units 12, so that the connecting parts of the first grid units 11 and the second grid units 12 are in a non-linear type; and
a plurality of telescopic members 16 having an adjustable length and supporting the first and second grill units 11 and 12.
Specifically, the telescopic member 16 includes a sleeve 161 vertically supported on the bottom surface, a screw 162 screwed to the sleeve 161 and partially extending out from the top of the sleeve 161, and a U-shaped groove 1621 rotatably installed on the top of the screw 162 and supporting against the first grid unit 11 or the second grid unit 12;
the length of the telescopic member 16 is adjusted by screwing the screw 162 to change the length of the protruding portion of the screw 162 so that the U-shaped groove 1621 can abut against the first grill unit 11 or the second grill unit 12.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first grid unit 11 includes a plurality of first main runners 111 and first sub runners 112 vertically connected to each other in a net shape, ends of some of the first main runners 111 are protruded outwardly to form a protrusion 1111;
the second grid unit 12 includes a plurality of second main runners 121 and second sub runners 122 vertically connected to each other in a net shape, and ends of portions of the second main runners 121 corresponding to the protrusions are inwardly recessed to form recesses 1211;
the protruding portion 1111 is fixedly connected with the recessed portion 1211, so that the connecting seams of the first main keels 111 and the second main keels 121 are not on the same straight line.
Preferably, the first main runner 111 and the second main runner 121 are provided with five, the ends of the three first main runners 111 located at the middle and both sides protrude outward to form protrusions 1111, and the ends of the three second main runners 121 located at the middle and both sides are recessed inward to form recesses 1211.
Further, the end of the partial first sub-keel 112 extends outward to form an extension 1121, and the end of the partial second sub-keel 122 corresponding to the extension 1121 is contracted inward to form a contracted portion 1221;
the extending portion 1121 is fixedly connected with the contracting portion 1221, so that the connecting seams of the first keels 112 and the second keels 122 are not on the same straight line.
Preferably, five first and second cross runners 112 and 122 are provided, the ends of the three first cross runners 112 at the middle and both sides extend outward to form extensions 1121, and the ends of the three second cross runners 122 at the middle and both sides are contracted inward to form constrictions 1221.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the method further includes:
the first frame keel 13 is parallel to the first main keel 111, a plurality of first connecting keels 131 are fixedly arranged on the first frame keel 13 corresponding to the first sub keel 112, the plurality of first connecting keels 131 are inwardly contracted corresponding to the extending portions 1121 to form first connecting portions 1311, and the first frame keel 13 is fixedly connected with the corresponding first sub keel 112 through the first connecting keel 131 so as to be fixedly arranged on the side portion of the first grid unit 11, so that the side portion of the first grid unit 11 is flattened; and
the second frame keel 14 parallel to the second main keel 121, the second frame keel 14 corresponding to the second secondary keel 122 is fixedly provided with a plurality of second connection keels 141, and the plurality of second connection keels 141 corresponding to the contraction parts 1221 are outwardly protruded to form second connection parts 1411, and the second connection keels 141 and the corresponding second secondary keels 122 are fixedly connected through the second connection keels 141, so that the second frame keel 14 is fixedly arranged on the side part of the second grid unit 12, and the side part of the second grid unit 12 is flattened.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a connecting plate 15 is further included, one end of which is fixedly connected to the first grid unit 11, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the second grid unit 12, so as to fixedly connect the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12.
Specifically, the solar cell further comprises a pin 151 which is arranged through the connecting plate 15 and the first grid unit 11 or the second grid unit 12, a pin hole which is arranged on the pin 151, and a pin piece 1511 which is inserted into the pin hole;
the pin 151 is inserted through the connection plate 15 and the first or second grill unit 11 or 12, and the pin 1511 is inserted into the pin hole to fixedly connect the connection plate 15 and the first or second grill unit 11 or 12.
The specific implementation method of the invention is as follows:
attaching the first grid unit 11 to the bottom surface of the template, and adjusting the length of the telescopic piece 16 to enable the telescopic piece 16 to support the first grid unit 11;
attaching the second grid unit 12 to the bottom surface of the formwork and fixedly connecting the second grid unit 12 with the first grid unit 11, wherein the second main keel 121 is fixedly connected with the first main keel 111, and the protruding portion 1111 is fixedly connected with the recessed portion 1211, so that a connecting seam between the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12 is nonlinear, the second main keel 122 is fixedly connected with the first sub keel 112, and the contracting portion 1221 is fixedly connected with the extending portion 1121, so that a connecting seam between the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12 is nonlinear;
adjusting the length of the telescoping member 16 so that the telescoping member 16 butts against the second grid element 12;
installing a first frame keel 13 at the side of the first grid unit 11 at the edge, fixedly connecting the first connecting keel 131 with the first sub-keel 112 and fixedly connecting the first connecting part 1311 with the extending part 1121, so that the side of the first grid unit 11 is flat and straight;
installing a second frame keel 14 at the side of the second grid unit 12 at the edge, fixedly connecting the second connecting keel 141 with the second secondary keel 122 and fixedly connecting the second connecting part 1411 with the contraction part 1221, so that the side of the second grid unit 12 is flat and straight;
the length of the telescopic member 16 is adjusted so that the telescopic member 16 supports the first and second frame members 13 and 14, so that the first and second grid units 11 and 12 and the telescopic member 16 are connected to form a formwork support system.
The invention also provides a construction method of the formwork support system, which comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of first grid units 11, second grid units 12 and telescopic pieces 16, attaching the first grid units 11 to the bottom surface of the template, and adjusting the length of the telescopic pieces 16 to support the first grid units 11;
the second grid unit 12 is attached to the bottom surface of the formwork and fixedly connected to the first grid unit 11, such that the protrusion 1111 is fixedly connected to the recess 1211, such that the junction of the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12 is non-linear, and the length of the extension member 16 is adjusted to support the second grid unit 12, such that the plurality of first grid units 11, the second grid unit 12, and the extension member 16 are connected to form a formwork support system.
The concrete operation mode of the construction method provided by the invention is as follows:
attaching the first grid unit 11 to the bottom surface of the template, and adjusting the length of the telescopic piece 16 to enable the telescopic piece 16 to support the first grid unit 11;
attaching the second grid unit 12 to the bottom surface of the formwork and fixedly connecting the second grid unit 12 with the first grid unit 11, wherein the second main keel 121 is fixedly connected with the first main keel 111, and the protruding portion 1111 is fixedly connected with the recessed portion 1211, so that a connecting seam between the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12 is nonlinear, the second main keel 122 is fixedly connected with the first sub keel 112, and the contracting portion 1221 is fixedly connected with the extending portion 1121, so that a connecting seam between the first grid unit 11 and the second grid unit 12 is nonlinear;
adjusting the length of the telescoping member 16 so that the telescoping member 16 butts against the second grid element 12;
installing a first frame keel 13 at the side of the first grid unit 11 at the edge, fixedly connecting the first connecting keel 131 with the first sub-keel 112 and fixedly connecting the first connecting part 1311 with the extending part 1121, so that the side of the first grid unit 11 is flat and straight;
installing a second frame keel 14 at the side of the second grid unit 12 at the edge, fixedly connecting the second connecting keel 141 with the second secondary keel 122 and fixedly connecting the second connecting part 1411 with the contraction part 1221, so that the side of the second grid unit 12 is flat and straight;
the length of the telescopic member 16 is adjusted so that the telescopic member 16 supports the first and second frame members 13 and 14, so that the first and second grid units 11 and 12 and the telescopic member 16 are connected to form a formwork support system.
