A prefabricated assembled scissor stair with simple support in a segmented mode and continuous two spans in a segmented mode is characterized by comprising two stairs which are arranged in a cross mode, wherein each stair comprises an upper stair section and a lower stair section; and a supporting cross beam is arranged at the intersection of the two stairs, and the lower end of the upper stair section and the upper end of the lower stair section are cast with the supporting cross beam into a whole to form a sectional type two-span continuous structure.

The prefabricated assembled scissor stair with the simple section and the continuous two spans according to claim 1, wherein an upper stair plate at the upper end of the upper stair section is hinged with an upper stair beam through a connecting piece, and a lower stair plate at the lower end of the lower stair section is hinged with a lower stair beam through a connecting piece.

The prefabricated assembled scissor stair with the simple section and the continuous two-span structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper step plate and the lower step plate are both provided with a reserved hole, and the connecting member is installed in the reserved hole to enable the upper step plate and the upper ladder beam to be hinged and the lower step plate and the lower ladder beam to be hinged.
4. The prefabricated assembled scissor stair with the simple section support and the continuous two-span structure according to claim 1, wherein the support cross beam is a reinforced concrete beam.
5. The prefabricated assembled scissor stair with the simple section support and the continuous two-span structure as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the connecting pieces are embedded ribs.
Background
At present, the building industry is promoting the structure adjustment and upgrade of the building industry, and the assembly type building is greatly developed, the prefabricated reinforced concrete structure building is taken as the mainstream technology of the current market, and the prefabricated staircase is often taken as an important prefabricated component in the construction of the prefabricated assembly type building. The prefabricated staircase has the advantages of factory standardized production, flexible construction, high construction efficiency and the like. In a high-rise building, because the prefabricated scissor stairway is directly and integrally formed in a factory, and the length of part of the stairway is often more than 5 meters, in order to ensure the bearing capacity and the safety of the stairway, the thickness of the stairway needs to be designed to be thicker, so that the weight of the stairway is larger (the weight can be more than 5 tons), the difficulty is increased for production prefabrication, transportation, hoisting, installation and construction, and potential safety hazards can exist; particularly, the larger the weight of the stair is, the higher the tonnage of the lifting equipment required is, and the higher the corresponding costs of production prefabrication, transportation, lifting, installation, construction and the like are.
Therefore, a novel prefabricated scissor stair with light self weight, simple and reliable structure, low transportation and hoisting requirements and moderate cost needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing staircase has large span, so that the thickness and the weight of the staircase are large, and the difficulty is increased for production prefabrication, transportation, hoisting, installation and construction, and provides a prefabricated assembled scissor staircase which is small in weight, convenient to transport, install and construct, simple in subsection and continuous in two spans. The stair plates are segmented to form a two-span continuous structure, and the cross part of the scissors stair is provided with the cast-in-place supporting beam, so that the stair sections are connected through casting, and form a whole, thereby achieving the purpose of segmenting the stair, reducing the length, thickness and dead weight of the stair, and ensuring the use safety.
The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
a prefabricated assembled scissor stair with simple support in a segmented mode and continuous two spans comprises two stairs which are arranged in a cross mode, wherein each stair comprises an upper stair section and a lower stair section, an upper stair plate at the upper end of each upper stair section is hinged to an upper stair beam through a connecting piece, and a lower stair plate at the lower end of each lower stair section is hinged to a lower stair beam through a connecting piece; and a supporting cross beam is arranged at the intersection of the two stairs, and the lower end of the upper stair section and the upper end of the lower stair section are cast with the supporting cross beam into a whole to form a sectional type two-span continuous structure.
As a preferable scheme, the upper ladder plate at the upper end of the upper ladder section is hinged with the upper ladder beam through a connecting piece, and the lower ladder plate at the lower end of the lower ladder section is hinged with the lower ladder beam through a connecting piece.
As a preferred scheme, reserved holes are formed in the upper ladder board and the lower ladder board, and the connecting piece is installed in the reserved holes to enable the upper ladder board to be hinged to the upper ladder beam and enable the lower ladder board to be hinged to the lower ladder beam.
Preferably, the supporting beams are reinforced concrete beams.
Preferably, the connecting member is a pre-embedded rib.
The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention forms two-span continuous structure by segmenting the stair plates; the cast-in-place supporting cross beam is arranged at the intersection of the stairs, so that the stair sections are connected through cast-in-place, and form a whole, and the aims of segmenting the stairs, and reducing the length, thickness and self weight of the stairs are fulfilled. The stair disclosed by the invention is convenient for prefabrication, transportation, hoisting, installation and construction in segmented production, solves the problems of great construction difficulty and high construction cost caused by too long length and too large self weight of the stair, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, capability of performing shaped prefabrication production and high construction efficiency.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment relates to a prefabricated assembled scissor stair with simple support by sections and two continuous spans, comprising two stairs 1 arranged in a cross manner, wherein each of the two stairs 1 comprises an upper stair section 11 and a lower stair section 12, an upper stair tread 111 at the upper end of the upper stair section 11 is hinged to an upper stair beam 112 through a connecting piece 13, and a lower stair tread 121 at the lower end of the lower stair section 12 is hinged to a lower stair beam 122 through a connecting piece 13; and a supporting cross beam 2 is arranged at the intersection of the two stairs 1, and the lower end of the upper stair section 11 and the upper end of the lower stair section 12 are cast with the supporting cross beam 2 into a whole to form a sectional type two-span continuous structure.
Two stairs 1 are arranged in the same layer in a mutually crossed manner, wherein each stair 1 is arranged into two sections, and each stair section comprises an upper stair section 11 and a lower stair section 12; the upper deck 111 of the upper flight 11 is connected to the upper beam 112 and the lower deck 121 of the lower flight 12 is connected to the lower beam 122. Then, a cast-in-place supporting beam 2 is arranged at the intersection of the two staircases 1, and the upper stair section 11 and the lower stair section 12 are poured together through the supporting beam 2, so that the upper stair section 11 and the lower stair section 12 are integrally connected.
The invention forms a two-span continuous structure by segmenting the stair 1 plate; the cast-in-place supporting beam 2 is arranged at the intersection of the stair 1, so that the stair sections are connected through cast-in-place, and form a whole, and further, the purposes of segmenting the stair 1 and reducing the length, thickness and self weight of the stair 1 are achieved. The stair 1 is convenient for prefabrication, transportation, hoisting, installation and construction in segmented production, solves the problems of high construction difficulty and high construction cost caused by too long length and too large self weight of the stair 1, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, capability of performing shaped prefabrication production and high construction efficiency.
The upper step board 111 and the lower step board 121 are both provided with a reserved hole 113, the connecting member 13 is installed in the reserved hole 113, the upper step board 111 is hinged to the upper step beam 112, and the lower step board 121 is hinged to the lower step beam 122. The connecting piece 13 is a pre-buried rib. When the connecting piece 13 is aligned with the preformed hole 113 and inserted and fixed, the upper ladder board 111 and the upper ladder beam 112 can be quickly hinged, and the lower ladder board 121 and the lower ladder beam 122 can be hinged, so that the assembly is convenient and quick.
The supporting cross beam 2 is a reinforced concrete beam; the supporting beam 2 is formed by pouring steel beams and concrete.
The construction process of the invention is as follows:
two prepared holes 113 on an upper ladder board 111 of the upper ladder section 11 are hinged with embedded ribs in an upper ladder beam 112, and two prepared holes 113 on a lower ladder board 121 of the lower ladder section 12 are hinged with embedded ribs in a lower ladder beam 122. Then, a cast-in-place supporting beam 2 is arranged at the intersection of the two stairs 1, and the upper stair section 11 and the lower stair section 12 are connected through the cast-in-place supporting beam 2, so that the upper stair section 11, the lower stair section 12 and the supporting beam 2 are cast in place and connected into a whole, and construction can be completed.
