The product of the invention is mainly aimed at the main structure to finish the building, and the cement is not easy to install, the wood is expensive, and the cost is increased. This product installation is simple convenient, and the service life is long, has replaced components such as the novel energy-conserving substitute EPS bracket between conventional cement and the wooden component, like rafter, purlin, stick together, roof beam.

Examples

An EPS archaized component is manufactured by the following steps:

3) mounting a component: and coating anti-cracking glue ash on the component, adhering the component to the installation position, fixedly installing the component by using an anti-corrosion expansion bolt, and leveling the joint by using the anti-cracking glue ash.

The invention has the following advantages: the raw materials are reasonable in design, convenient to manufacture and install, low in production cost, light in weight, anti-cracking, anti-aging, easy to install, long in service life and good in popularization prospect and value.

The finished product manufactured by the invention is shown in figures 1 and 2, is beautiful and elegant, and is convenient to manufacture.
