1. A municipal road drainage device is characterized by comprising a drainage structure and an impurity removal structure;
the drainage structure comprises a bearing pipe (2) which is erected below a drainage port (4) on the ground and has an upward opening; the impurity removing structure comprises a mobile platform and a U-shaped groove (20) with a plurality of drain holes;
the moving table comprises a moving plate (10) and a driving device; the bottom of the ground is sequentially provided with a first fixing plate (9), a second fixing plate (13) and a mounting plate (15) in a fixed frame manner; the mounting plate (15) is positioned above one side of the bearing pipe (2), and the length of the mounting plate is greater than that of the U-shaped groove (20); the moving plate (10) is erected between the first fixing plate (9) and the second fixing plate (13) through the driving device and is driven by the driving device to move back and forth; two fixing rods (11) are fixed on one side, facing the mounting plate (15), of the moving plate (10), and the fixing rods (11) penetrate through the second fixing plate (13) and are fixedly connected with one side of the U-shaped groove (20);
a moving device is erected at the upper end of one side, facing the second fixing plate (13), of the mounting plate (15), a scraper (19) is erected on the moving device, and the scraper (19) is driven to move left and right; the scraper (19) is matched with the U-shaped groove (20); the mounting plate (15) is provided with a through groove for accommodating the U-shaped groove (20) to pass through.

The municipal road drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (15) is provided with a waste receiving frame (5) at both ends of the side facing the second fixing plate (13), and when the U-shaped groove (20) is moved between the mounting plate (15) and the second fixing plate (13), the waste receiving frame (5) is located below both ends of the U-shaped groove (20).

The municipal road drainage device according to claim 1, wherein a waste taking groove (14) is formed in each waste receiving frame (5), and a frame rod (6) is erected in the waste taking groove (14); the ground is provided with two waste taking openings (3) matched with the waste taking grooves (14), and the tops of the waste taking openings (3) are provided with sinking type waterproof covers.

The municipal road drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the driving means comprises a first screw (8) and a polished rod (12); the first screw (8) penetrates through the moving plate (10) and is in threaded fit with the moving plate (10), and two ends of the first screw are rotatably connected with the first fixing plate (9) and the second fixing plate (13); the polish rod (12) penetrates through the moving plate (10) and is in sliding fit with the moving plate (10); the outer side of the first fixing plate (9) is fixedly provided with a first motor (7), and an output shaft of the first motor (7) is in transmission connection with the first screw (8).

The municipal road drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the moving means comprises a second screw (18) and a second motor (16); a frame plate (17) is fixedly arranged on one side of the mounting plate (15), and the second screw (18) penetrates through the scraper (19) and is in threaded fit with the scraper (19); two ends of the second screw (18) are respectively connected with the two frame plates (17) in a rotating way; the second motor (16) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of one frame plate (17), and the second motor (16) is in transmission connection with the second screw (18); one side of the scraper (19) is abutted against one side of the mounting plate (19).
6. The municipal road drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the faucet (2) is in communication with a main drainage pipe (1).

Background
The urban drainage device is an important municipal facility for treating and discharging urban sewage and rainwater, guarantees normal work and life of citizens, and plays an important role in keeping urban roads smooth. Particularly, in heavy rain weather, if underground drainage facilities drain water in a short time, rainwater on the road is easy to accumulate, so that the driving of vehicles and pedestrians is influenced, and the occurrence of traffic accidents is improved.
The existing municipal drainage system is simple, adopts a plurality of pipelines to form a drainage network, and drains rainwater to rivers and the like. However, the impurities washed by the rainwater are more, and usually mixed with leaves, silt and the like and enter the sewer together, so that the drainage system is not smooth, the drainage capacity is reduced, meanwhile, the impurities are accumulated in the pipeline, the water passing cross section of the sewer is reduced, and the drainage capacity is poor.
Therefore, the invention provides a novel municipal road drainage device.

In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a municipal road drainage device. The device is concentrated through debris and is collected the processing, can avoid drainage system's jam effectively, influences the drainage effect.

A municipal road drainage device comprises a drainage structure and an impurity removal structure;
the drainage structure comprises a bearing pipe which is erected below a drainage port on the ground and has an upward opening; the impurity removing structure comprises a mobile platform and a U-shaped groove with a plurality of drain holes;
the moving table comprises a moving plate and a driving device; the bottom of the ground is sequentially provided with a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate and a mounting plate by a fixing frame; the mounting plate is positioned above one side of the bearing pipe, and the length of the mounting plate is greater than that of the U-shaped groove; the moving plate is erected between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate through the driving device and is driven by the driving device to move back and forth; two fixed rods are fixed on one side of the movable plate, which faces the mounting plate, and the fixed rods penetrate through the second fixed plate and are fixedly connected with one side of the U-shaped groove;
a moving device is erected at the upper end of one side, facing the second fixing plate, of the mounting plate, and a scraper is erected on the moving device and drives the scraper to move left and right; the scraper is matched with the U-shaped groove body; the surface of the mounting plate is provided with a through groove for the U-shaped groove to pass through.

Preferably, the driving device comprises a first screw and a polish rod; the first screw penetrates through the movable plate and is in threaded fit with the movable plate, and two ends of the first screw are rotatably connected with the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate; the polish rod penetrates through the moving plate and is in sliding fit with the moving plate; the outer side of the first fixing plate is fixedly provided with a first motor, and an output shaft of the first motor is in transmission connection with the first screw rod.

the invention provides a municipal road drainage device, which collects and filters sundries during drainage through a telescopic U-shaped groove, stirs the sundries into two waste taking grooves through a scraper blade, performs centralized treatment, ensures normal drainage of municipal roads, and avoids blockage of a drainage system and influence on drainage effect; the device adopts pressure sensor to obtain the cumulant of the debris in the U type groove, carries out the debris collection after reaching the default, and whole process automation, edulcoration drainage effect preferred makes the drainage more unobstructed.

Examples
A municipal road drainage device, as shown in figures 1-3, comprises a drainage structure and an impurity removal structure;
the drainage structure comprises a bearing pipe 2 which is erected below a drainage port 4 on the ground and has an upward opening; the impurity removing structure comprises a mobile station and a U-shaped groove 20 with a plurality of drain holes; further, as shown in fig. 2, the adapting pipe 2 is communicated with a main drainage pipe 1, and the wastewater is intensively discharged or treated from the main drainage pipe 1;
the mobile station comprises a mobile plate 10 and a driving device, as shown in fig. 1 and 3; a first fixing plate 9, a second fixing plate 13 and a mounting plate 15 are fixedly erected at the bottom of the ground in sequence; the mounting plate 15 is positioned above one side of the bearing pipe 2, and the length of the mounting plate is greater than that of the U-shaped groove 20; the moving plate 10 is erected between the first fixing plate 9 and the second fixing plate 13 through a driving device and is driven by the driving device to move back and forth; two fixed rods 11 are fixed on one side of the moving plate 10 facing the mounting plate 15, and the fixed rods 11 penetrate through the second fixed plate 13 and are fixedly connected with one side of the U-shaped groove 20; the U-shaped groove 20 moves back and forth under the driving of the driving device, can penetrate through the mounting plate 15, and provides a filtering function during drainage on one side and a function of collecting sundries in a centralized manner on the other side; further, in order to facilitate normal impurity removal, a moving device is erected at the upper end of one side of the mounting plate 15 facing the second fixing plate 13, as shown in fig. 3, a scraper 19 is erected on the moving device, and the scraper 19 is driven to move left and right; the scraper 19 is matched with the U-shaped groove 20; the mounting plate 15 is provided with a through groove for accommodating the U-shaped groove 20 to pass through. Further, the driving device comprises a first screw 8 and a polished rod 12; the first screw 8 penetrates through the moving plate 10 and is in threaded fit with the moving plate 10, and two ends of the first screw are rotatably connected with the first fixing plate 9 and the second fixing plate 13; the polish rod 12 penetrates through the moving plate 10 and is in sliding fit with the moving plate 10; the outer side of the first fixing plate 9 is fixedly provided with a first motor 7, and an output shaft of the first motor 7 is in transmission connection with a first screw 8. The left and right movement of the scraper 19 is realized through the transmission structure of the screw slide block, so that the cleaning and the collection of sundries are realized;
furthermore, the two ends of one side of the mounting plate 15 facing the second fixing plate 13 are both provided with the waste receiving frame 5, and when the U-shaped groove 20 moves to a position between the mounting plate 15 and the second fixing plate 13, the waste receiving frame 5 is positioned below the two ends of the U-shaped groove 20; a waste taking groove 14 is formed in each waste receiving frame 5, and a rack rod 6 is erected in the waste taking groove 14; the ground is provided with two waste taking grooves 14 matched with the waste taking port 3, and the top of the waste taking port 3 is provided with a sinking type waterproof cover.
In the present embodiment, the first and second electrodes are,
when the first motor 7 is driven to rotate, the first screw rod 8 is driven to rotate, and then the movable plate 10 is driven to move back and forth, so that the U-shaped groove 20 can move back and forth, and can penetrate through the mounting plate 15 to perform drainage filtration and centralized collection treatment of impurities;

when the drainage and impurity removal work is carried out, firstly, the scraper 19 is shifted to one end, so that the influence on the movement of the U-shaped groove 20 is avoided; the U-shaped groove 20 is moved to the position below the water outlet 4, when the road drains water, the water enters the water draining device along the water outlet, the water is filtered through the U-shaped groove 20, the waste water enters the adapting pipe 2, and sundries are kept in the U-shaped groove 20;
acquiring an actual pressure value at the bottom of the U-shaped groove 20 through a pressure sensor, and judging that the storage capacity of the sundries reaches a critical point after the actual pressure value exceeds a preset pressure value, wherein the sundries need to be discharged; driving the driving device again to move the U-shaped groove 20 between the mounting plate 15 and the second fixing plate 13 to collect the sundries;
the moving device, namely the scraper 19, is driven to move, sundries in the U-shaped groove 20 are pushed into the waste taking groove 14, and then the sundry removing action is completed; driving the driving device again, conveying the U-shaped groove 20 above the bearing pipe 2, and continuing the drainage and impurity removal operation;
and opening the waterproof cover on the waste taking opening 3, taking the waste taking groove 14 out of the waste taking opening 3 through the iron hook, treating sundries, and placing the waste taking groove 14 again for draining and removing impurities in the next stage.
