The starter motor 303 works, the motor 303 drives the first transfer gear 305 of top to rotate through first rotation axis 304, the first transfer gear 305 of top rotates and drives the first transfer gear 305 of below to rotate through first conveyer belt 306, so first conveyer belt 306 can convey subaerial waste material, first rotation axis 304 pivoted drives third transfer gear 310 simultaneously and rotates, third transfer gear 310 rotates and drives second transfer gear 309 through second conveyer belt 311 and rotates, second transfer gear 309 rotates and can drive brush wheel 312 and rotate, so under the mutually supporting of first conveyer belt 306 and second conveyer belt 311, clean subaerial waste material, after finishing cleaning, it can to close motor 303.

Because collection mechanism 4 is including L template 41, stopper 42, collecting box 43, deflector 44 and first reset spring 45, the left side of mounting panel 1 bottom is equipped with L template 41, and the right side of the interior diapire of L template 41 is equipped with stopper 42, and the interior diapire of L template 41 is equipped with collecting box 43, and the right side of collecting box 43 articulates and is connected with deflector 44, the first reset spring 45 that is connected with between deflector 44 and the collecting box 43. The collecting box 43 collects the waste materials cleaned by the cleaning mechanism 3, the cleaning mechanism 3 is closed after certain waste materials are collected in the collecting box 43, the collecting box 43 is taken down from the L-shaped plate 41, the collecting box 43 with the same specification is replaced at the same time, the waste materials can be collected again by resetting the collecting box, meanwhile, the waste materials can be guided by the guide plate 44, the waste materials can better enter the collecting box 43, the first reset spring 45 can enable the guide plate 44 to be in better contact with the ground, the waste materials can fully enter the collecting box 43, the limiting block 42 can fix the collecting box 43 to a certain degree, and the waste materials are prevented from falling off from the L-shaped plate 41.

Because the spraying device also comprises a spraying mechanism 6, the spraying mechanism 6 comprises a water tank 61, a water filling port 62, a water pump 63, a guide pipe 64 and an atomizing spray head 65, the water tank 61 is arranged at the top of the mounting plate 1, the water filling port 62 is arranged at the left side of the top of the water tank 61, the water pump 63 is arranged at the bottom in the water tank 61, the guide pipe 64 is arranged at the output end of the water pump 63, and the tail end of the guide pipe 64 penetrates through the water tank 61 and the mounting plate 1 in sequence and is provided with the atomizing spray head 65. A certain amount of clean water is added into the water tank 61 through the water adding port 62, the water pump 63 is started, the clean water in the water tank 61 is led out through the guide pipe 64 and is sprayed out by the atomizing nozzle 65, and water mist sprayed out by the atomizing nozzle 65 is uniformly sprayed on the ground, so that a large amount of dust generated when the waste is cleaned by using the dust cleaning device can be prevented, and the using effect of the dust cleaning device is improved.

Because still including hold-down mechanism 7, hold-down mechanism 7 is including first connecting rod 71, second connecting rod 72, third rotation axis 73, cylinder 74 and second reset spring 75, the articulated first connecting rod 71 that is connected with in middle part of first connecting rod 301, the right side of first connecting rod 71 bottom is connected with second connecting rod 72 vertically, the bottom of second connecting rod 72 is equipped with third rotation axis 73, be equipped with cylinder 74 on the third rotation axis 73, be connected with second reset spring 75 between first connecting rod 71 and the mounting panel 1.
