1. An adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is characterized by comprising a shell, an adjustable opening and closing type noise reduction structure, a smoke inlet and a smoke outlet; the adjustable opening-closing type noise reduction structure is arranged at the smoke outlet through a pivoting structure and is opened and closed through various modes such as manual operation, mechanical operation, electric control and the like; the adjustable opening and closing type noise reduction structure/material is one or more of a sound absorption structure/material, a noise elimination structure/material or a sound insulation structure/material.

The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is of a T-shaped double-elbow structure, and further comprises an arc sound absorption guide plate, a light guide plate and an outer frame connecting member; the arc sound absorption guide plate is arranged on the inner side of the upper side wall of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device corresponding to the position right above the smoke inlet and is of a T-shaped structure, the light guide plate is arranged at the smoke inlet and is provided with one or more of a sound absorption structure, a sound elimination structure or a sound insulation structure; high-temperature resistant sound absorption materials can be selectively filled in the arc sound absorption guide plate and/or the light guide plate; the adjustable opening and closing type noise reduction structure is arranged at the smoke outlet in a shutter type mode, wherein one or more shutters can be arranged, and each shutter is independently adjustable.
3. The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device as claimed in claim 2 wherein the lightweight baffles can be one or more.

The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is a straight structure, the adjustable open-close type noise reduction structure comprises a plurality of adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheets, and the adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheets and the smoke outlet are in one-to-one correspondence and have the same size; high-temperature resistant sound absorption materials can be selectively filled in the adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet.
5. The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the adjustable open/close type diversion sound absorption sheet and the smoke outlet are one or more of leaf-shaped, gourd-shaped, Z-shaped and double Z-shaped.

The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable open/close type noise reduction structure can be made of metal or nonmetal material, or transparent low melting point material; when adopting transparent low melting point material, adjustable switching formula falls the structure of making an uproar and includes lateral sliding formula open-close structure, plane rotation type open-close structure, facade rotation type open-close structure, just transparent low melting point material can melt under the effect of high temperature flue gas.
7. The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device according to claim 6, wherein the transparent low melting point material is one or more of Polycarbonate (PC), acryl/organic glass (PMMA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), etc.

An enclosed sound barrier using the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a frame support, a sound barrier unit, a transparent window; the frame support comprises an upright post support and an arc-shaped top support, the bottom end of the upright post is fixedly connected with an independent foundation embedded part or an embedded part in a foundation, and the top of the upright post support is connected with the arc-shaped support through bolts or welded; the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device, the sound barrier unit, the transparent window and the upright post bracket are connected with the arc-shaped bracket and then form a closed sound barrier with the base surface.

The closed type sound barrier according to claim 8, wherein one or more adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing devices can be arranged in the closed type sound barrier, and the adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing devices can be arranged on the top or the side of the closed type sound barrier, can exhaust air from one side or both sides, can be arranged discontinuously, can be arranged in a full length manner, or can be arranged in any combination manner of the discontinuous and the full length manner, and each adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device can be controlled independently.

14. A method for noise reduction and smoke exhaust control of a closed sound barrier, which uses the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device of claims 1-7 and the closed sound barrier of claims 8-13.

The method of claim 14, wherein the adjustable smoke exhaust and noise absorption device can be adjusted to different states according to whether a fire occurs or whether it rains or not, when the day and night correspond to different noise limits, or when the conditions of sensitive points on one or both sides outside the closed sound barrier are different.

The method of claim 15, wherein the adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device can be turned on when the daytime noise limit is high, and can be turned off when the nighttime noise limit is low, or the adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device can be partially turned off.
17. The method of claim 15, wherein when there is a sensitive point on one side of the closed sound barrier, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device on the other side of the sensitive point can be fully opened.
18. The method of claim 15, wherein the adjustable smoke exhaust and noise reduction device is fully or partially closed when no fire occurs, and fully opened when a fire occurs; specifically, the opening and closing number of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be adjusted according to the required smoke exhaust amount, or the opening degree of the adjustable opening and closing type flow guide sound absorption sheet in the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be adjusted to adjust the opening size of the smoke outlet.

Background
The sound barrier is the most effective means for traffic noise control, especially the closed sound barrier, which is the most common engineering measure for solving the noise pollution of high-rise buildings, and is more and more widely applied in urban traffic in recent years. In the design of the closed type sound barrier, besides meeting the requirements of noise reduction, structural safety and the like, as in 8.3.5 th requirement of the subway design fire standard (GB 51298-.
It can be seen from the actual cases, technical researches and patents that there are also related researches in China at present, for example, ventilation noise elimination shutters are designed at the top, but the totally enclosed sound barriers implemented in China at present do not adopt the scheme, and firstly, because the noise elimination shutters are heavy, the noise elimination amount is limited, the resistance is large, the smoke discharge safety hazard is very large, and larger-scale fires and casualties are easily caused. Secondly, the noise reduction performance of the top louver is fixed and inflexible, no targeted design is performed, and the defects of excessive waste or insufficient design exist, for example, different noise limit values are corresponding to the daytime and the evening, different noise reduction amounts can be corresponding to the condition that sensitive points are arranged on one side and two sides outside the closed type barrier, and the louvers can be completely closed when no fire occurs, so that the noise reduction amount can be increased. Thirdly, the top shutter cannot be rain-proof, the durability is poor, and the service life of the whole closed sound barrier is influenced.
Therefore, the research on the closed type smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device on the top of the sound barrier has good smoke exhausting performance and rain and snow resistance, can meet the requirements of light weight, small volume and small resistance, and simultaneously ensures the flexible and adjustable sound absorbing (noise elimination or sound insulation) function to be very necessary and urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the closed type adjustable sound barrier smoke exhaust and sound absorption device which is light in weight, small in resistance, flexible and adjustable, and good in durability and is suitable for rail traffic, railway traffic, road traffic, fire fighting and the like.

The arrangement mode of the streamline arc sound absorption guide plate is based on fire protection and smoke exhaust safety consideration, a large amount of smoke can be discharged in time when a fire disaster happens, and the requirement of 'the specification of subway design fire standard' (GB 51298-2018) is met, namely 'the totally-enclosed sound barrier is required to be provided with a natural smoke exhaust port with the area not less than 5% of the horizontal projection', which is different from the emission purpose of common fluid in the prior art.

Furthermore, the adjustable opening-closing noise reduction structure can adopt a transparent low-melting-point adjustable opening-closing smoke exhaust structure besides metal/nonmetal materials, and when a fire disaster happens, on one hand, the transparent low-melting-point smoke exhaust structure can be opened to reach the maximum opening degree; on the other hand, the high-temperature smoke can melt the transparent low-melting-point structure from the middle, the smoke discharge amount can be greatly increased after the transparent low-melting-point structure is melted, the smoke discharge resistance is smaller, and the transparent sound absorption plate is only melted and does not fall off, so that potential safety hazards cannot be caused.
Furthermore, the opening and closing modes of the adjustable opening and closing noise reduction structure can include a vertical surface rotation mode, a transverse sliding mode and a plane rotation mode.

Furthermore, one or more adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption devices can be arranged in the closed sound barrier, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption devices can be arranged at the top or the side of the closed sound barrier, can exhaust air from one side or two sides, and can be arranged discontinuously or in a full length manner or in any combination manner of the discontinuous and the full length. Each adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device can be independently controlled.
Furthermore, a fire smoke sensor, a temperature sensor or a flame probe is arranged in the closed sound barrier or on the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device, and the fire smoke sensor, the temperature sensor or the flame probe is connected with an automatic alarm system, can automatically alarm and automatically open the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device.
Further, the transparent material window is arranged on the top or the side of the closed sound barrier, and the sound barrier unit is arranged on the top or the side of the closed sound barrier.
Furthermore, the transparent window can be made of a laminated glass sound insulation screen, a transparent acrylic plate sound insulation screen or a transparent window.

Further, when one side of the closed sound barrier is provided with a sensitive point, the adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device positioned on the other side of the sensitive point can be completely opened.
Furthermore, when no fire occurs, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be completely or partially closed, and when a fire occurs, the adjustable smoke exhaust is completely opened; specifically, the opening and closing number of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be adjusted according to the required smoke exhaust amount, or the opening degree of the adjustable opening and closing type flow guide sound absorption sheet in the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be adjusted to adjust the opening size of the smoke outlet.

Specifically, 1) the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small resistance and better smoke exhaust performance after the guide part is installed. 2) The noise reduction performance of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is flexible and adjustable. If the daytime and the night correspond to different noise limits, the smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be opened when the daytime noise limit is high, the smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be closed (or partially closed) when the night noise limit is low, and the sound absorption amount (the sound absorption amount or the sound insulation amount) is increased; or the outer side and two sides of the closed sound barrier are provided with sensitive points, which can correspond to different noise reduction quantities, and when one side is provided with the sensitive points, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device positioned at the other side of the sensitive points can be completely opened, so that the smoke exhaust is more facilitated. 3) When the fire disaster does not happen, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be completely closed, so that the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can have the maximum noise reduction amount, when the fire disaster happens, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is automatically opened while automatic alarming is carried out, the smoke exhaust and sound absorption device is convenient to exhaust and extinguish, the opening amount of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can be adjusted according to the required smoke exhaust amount, or the opening degree of the adjustable opening-closing type flow guide sound absorption piece can be adjusted to adjust the opening size of a smoke outlet. 4) The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device can also prevent rain and snow from entering the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device and the closed sound barrier, the light guide plate structure form of double/elbows is not adopted in the actual engineering in the field of the closed barrier at present, and the structure can completely prevent rain and snow from entering the closed barrier no matter whether the adjustable shutters are opened or closed, so that the durability and the safety coefficient of the whole structure are enhanced, and the service life is prolonged.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a closed sound barrier comprises a frame support 1, a column support 2, an arc top support 3, a sound barrier unit 4, a transparent window 5 and an adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device 6; the frame support 1 comprises an upright post support 2 and an arc-shaped top support 3, the bottom end of the upright post is fixedly connected with an independent foundation embedded part or an embedded part in a foundation, and the top of the upright post support 2 is connected with the arc-shaped top support 3 through bolts or welded; the sound barrier unit 4, the transparent window 5 and the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device 6 are connected with the upright post bracket 2 and the arc top bracket 3 and then form a closed sound barrier with the base surface.
As shown in fig. 2, an adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device with a T-shaped structure comprises an arc sound absorption guide plate 8, a light guide plate 9 and an outer frame connecting member; the arc sound absorption guide plate 8 is arranged on the inner side of the upper side wall of the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device corresponding to the position right above the smoke inlet and is of a T-shaped structure, the light guide plate 9 is arranged at the smoke inlet, and the light guide plate 9 has the functions of sound absorption, noise elimination or sound insulation; the arc sound absorption guide plate 8 and/or the light guide plate 9 are/is filled with high-temperature-resistant sound absorption materials 11; the adjustable opening and closing noise reduction structure 10 is arranged in a shutter type at the smoke outlet. The adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device has the advantages that the noise reduction performance is flexible and adjustable, the device can be opened on one side, can be completely opened, and can also be partially opened.
As shown in fig. 3-8, the adjustable smoke exhaust and sound absorption device with six in-line structures in different shapes respectively includes a leaf-shaped adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet 13, a gourd-shaped adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet 16, a zigzag adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet 18, a double zigzag adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet 18, an adjustable open-close type smoke exhaust structure low-melting-point transparent sound absorption plate 21, and an outer frame and/or a high temperature resistant sound absorption material.
Fig. 3 is a leaf-shaped adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet, which has the advantages of large opening degree of an inlet and an outlet, small gap at the middle part, resistance, noise reduction, good noise elimination performance, relatively simple structure, small volume, convenience for manufacturing and practical installation and use.
Fig. 4 is a calabash-shaped adjustable open-close type diversion sound absorption sheet, the sheet structure has the characteristics that the opening degrees of an inlet and an outlet are the largest, the gap of the middle part is reduced from small to large, and the alternate enlargement is reduced, and the sheet structure has the characteristics of resistance and resistance of noise reduction and further enhances the sound absorption (noise elimination or sound insulation) performance.
Fig. 5 is a zigzag adjustable open-close type flow guide sound absorption sheet, which has the characteristics of maximum opening degree of an inlet and an outlet, uniform gap at the middle part, resistance and resistance, good sound absorption (noise elimination or sound insulation) performance, and is composed of rectangles, is of a rotary adjustable structure, relatively simple in structure, small in size, convenient to manufacture and practical to install and use.

FIG. 8 is a plane rotary type transparent low-melting point adjustable opening and closing type smoke exhausting structure, which comprises a low-melting point transparent sound absorbing plate 21, and the transparent low-melting point smoke exhausting structure can be opened to the maximum opening degree on one hand when a fire occurs; on the other hand, the high-temperature smoke can melt the transparent low-melting-point structure from the middle, the smoke discharge amount can be greatly increased after the transparent low-melting-point structure is melted, the smoke discharge resistance is smaller, and the transparent sound absorption plate is only melted and does not fall off, so that potential safety hazards cannot be caused. The structure is composed of transparent sound absorption plates, the structure is adjustable in rotation, and the structure is relatively simple and convenient to manufacture and actually install and use.
Fig. 9 is an automatic control schematic diagram of the adjustable smoke exhausting and sound absorbing device.
