In order to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon that the through holes 101 may cause the clothes to be ironed with marks of the through holes 101 during the process of ironing the clothes by the worker, in the present embodiment, the air-permeable cloth 103 is laid on the worktable 10, and the air-permeable cloth 103 has a plurality of air-permeable gaps, which can allow steam to pass through the air-permeable cloth 103, and at the same time, can support the clothes to enable the clothes to be ironed better.

In order to increase the air extraction efficiency of the air extraction cylinder 4, in this embodiment, the air extraction cylinder 4 has a circular cross section and a diameter that is sized to match the length of the steam iron 1, and a follower assembly is mounted on the table 10, and the follower assembly is capable of holding the air extraction cylinder 4 in a position corresponding to the steam iron 1, so that the air extraction cylinder 4 can just suck steam corresponding to the steam iron 1.
